About this condo rental
Thank you for taking interest in our beautiful fully remodeled one bedroom, one bath condo that is just a few steps away from the beach! It is walking distance to a ton of great restaurants, crab houses, deli's, sub shops and lots of bars. We are directly across the street from the Convention Center which is great if you have an event there but even better for us sun worshippers because our beach is never super crowded! With amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer, dryer, central air conditioning, 2 large Flat-screen TVs, free WiFi, poly deck set and off-street parking available for one car, who wouldn't want to vacation here! IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: 1. This condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with one parking space (additional public parking out front of condo 2. We do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children 3. This is NO smoking permitted of any kind in the condo 4. Per Condo rules there are no pets allowed 5. We do not supply sheets and towels. 6. Please bring all of your own toiletries

Excellent place to stay and the host, Gina, is very responsive and kind. Location is perfect with lots to do and just steps from the beach. We stayed in October and even with a rainy weekend had a wonderful time. Hoping to return next year!

I'm happy to confirm that this condo is clean, remodeled, and with all the necessary amenities, across from Convention Center and within a very short walk to the beach. The washer and dryer set need repair/replacement. Everything else is top notch. Giving it a five-star rating overall and would definitely recommend it to others who consider visiting OC.

Beautiful condo close by the beach and many nice restaurants. Property was very clean and decorated nicely. Gina kept in touch and made sure everything was okay for us. My husband and I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much 💓

Very nice clean freshly remodeled unit. Easy access to beach and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Will be back hopefully sooner than later.

This property/stay was exactly what I needed. Perfect location with close beach access! Clean, updated and comfortable. Wish the weather was better but everything else was exceptional! Would definitely stay again and hoping to do so in the future. Thanks Gina for your hospitality

This condo was newly updated and clean. We loved the decor, and the owner had ample housekeeping supplies available. Access was a breeze and the owner was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely rent again.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean upon check in and the smell was amazing (I could not figure out what smelled so good). From the decor to the comfort to the fully stocked kitchen, everything was top notch. There were tv’s in the living and bedroom. The walk in shower and double shower heads were amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was amazingly beautiful and cozy! The beds are so comfy and the shower is awesome! Gina was the best host. We had a fantastic vacation.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Very short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from your patio outside. The place was stunning, clean very spacious had all the amenities you could think of so you didn’t have to bring it all. it was just hands down fabulous!

My family of 3 absolutely loved LoBo Shack... I've never stayed in such a clean, well equipped rental. Gina is a gem and genuinely cares about her guests and is clearly passionate about her wonderful condo. Highly highly recommend... we will definitely be back!

This condo is very cute and was picked for its 5 star rating on cleanliness and it did not disappoint. Enjoyed how great it was to work with the owner. Easy check-in process and great location. I would certainly stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this stay!! The unit was perfect for our family. Super clean and exactly as described. The beds in the bedroom were way more comfortable than expected for a rental unit which was a nice surprise. Quick walk to the convention center without needing to worry about parking. Beach is just steps away. The communications with Gina were prompt and super accommodating to our needs. We will DEFINITELY be returning in the future! Thank you, Gina!

This was a wonderful experience start to finish. The property is exactly as described, literally steps from the beach and close to to PLENTY of activities. Gina (the host) was A++, and obviously has placed a priority in ensuring her guests have the best experience possible. I would jump at the opportunity to stay in any property that Gina manages. The only way you won't love this property is if you don't read the listing, or are an unreasonable guest.

We had a great time over the 4th of July week. The listing is exactly how it looks online and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and so comfortable for our family of 3. Our teen son appreciated the pull out couch and not having to share a room with his parents ;). We would definitely return.
