Located in Estero Island, this attractive house for $813 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our Sun Kissed Cottage is a 4 minute walk to the beach; located on a canal with a beautiful dock, tiki hut, pool (*pool NOT heated*) and hot tub. Cleaned and Sanitized using Clorox products after each guest. Robust wireless internet with wired access point (WAP) for full house coverage. Great location - within walking distance to the beach (1/8 mile) restaurants and shopping. Relaxing home with wonderful back yard for lounging in the pool and hot tub, fishing off the dock or hanging under the tiki hut. Pull your boat up along side the dock for easy access to Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. There are two bedrooms: master with king sized bed and second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. Sunroom has fold out queen sleeper with memory foam supportive mattress. Fold out bed is appropriate for Youths Only. The home has two flat screen TVs (in separate rooms) with incredible Sonos audio in living room. Two full baths wit showers abd an outdoor shower, laundry room with brand new large washer and dryer, and a quiet desk area. The kitchen is open to the main living area. Great stay at Ft. Myers Beach

The house was just as described. Everything was very clean and we were comfortable there. We spent quite a bit of time in the pool and hot tub as well as relaxing under the Tiki Hut. The distance to the beach and dining options make it a really convenient place to stay. We walked just about everywhere. Communication with the owner was excellent. He checked in 4-5 times during the stay to see if we needed anything, and wondering if everything was going ok. I would not hesitate to come back here for another visit. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the house and the time we spent there.

The cottage was BETTER than the photos and we completely enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space with the tiki hut and comfortable furniture underneath, hot tub and dock were the best we have ever experienced. My husband spent alot of time fishing the canal; especially when I had to "work from home" while at the beach. The wifi didn't disappoint at all for my very demanding job. The one small time we had a blip, John our host knew before I did and called us right away. (it was the weekend!) John is a VERY responsive and helpful host! Oh, and the lime tree in the yard was great - helped ourselves a few times for Coronas. The house also had Tommy Bahama chairs for the beach, umbrellas and a wagon. Everything you could need is there. We plan to be back! Thanks John!

We loved this VRBO. It was clean, convenient and so beautiful. We were able to walk to the beach everyday. It is centrally located so the restaurants were very close as well. We used the free open air trolley when traveling to Time Square but it is still walkable. The pool is not heated so a bit cold in January but the hot tub heated quickly and got very warm. It was very quiet, peaceful and would definitely choose this VRBO again.

This was a great experience! John’s home is spotless and very well stocked. The beds are comfy as are all the furnishings. Bathrooms are small but no worry as the convenient bedroom dresser spaces are complete with great lighting AND magnifying mirrors!! Thank you for that! The pool and hot tub are pristine. I fell in love with the tiki hut and even caught an afternoon nap on the outdoor couch. The iguanas and birds are interesting and fun to watch. We loved grabbing a cocktail at Liki Tiki and taking the short walk to the beach at sunset. I sure wish we owned a boat or jet-ski to make use of the great dock! Other things we really appreciated were the high capacity washer/dryer and handy Tommy Bahama beach chairs. Truly everything is provided and is great quality and condition. One of our best stays ever. Thank you John!

What a delightful getaway place!

Sun Kissed Cottage was one of those vacation spots that was better than all the online picture showed! The home was so charming...a classic beach house feel. And it couldn't have been in a better location for first-timers to the Ft. Myers Beach area. Just a 6 or 7 house walk to the beach, and also a great go-to lunch and dinner spot (Liki Tiki BBQ, and MoJoe's were are regular spots), whether sit down or to-go dining (for food AND cocktails). While vacationing here, we beached, swam, bbq'd, dolphin-cruised, dined out often, and shopped - - - all within walking distance. But the best part was just staying at the house and chillling, pool-lounging, dock-fishing (and catching!), reading, and lazy shady hanging out under the huge 20'x20' tiki hut in the backyard. Perfect for mom and dad, and our 17 and 20 year old daughters (who were also exploring colleges in the area on this trip). The house has all the amenities and "extras" you could want (from kitchen appliances, to beach accessories). And John could not have been nicer or more attentive. Seriously, he checked in several times unsolicited, just to make sure we had wifi, TV figured out. He could not have made us feel more welcome in any way. For these reasons and more, I recommend Sun Kissed Cottage with enthusiasm as a great choice for your getaway, if you are looking for fun and relaxing week in Ft Myers Beach, Florida. Perfect little oasis! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Feels more like a home than a rental. Well maintained and supplied. Walk to anything or just go “hippo” in the pool! Tiki hut was our favorite hangout! This will be our house whenever in FMB!

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and the pool and hot tub were great. The tiki hut and back area alone was worth the stay. And most importantly, the owners are very accommodating and great commuicators...which makes the process very easy. I not only reccommend them and the property, but my family will definitely be staying there again.

We had a great week at the Sun Kissed Cottage for Spring Break 2021! The cottage has everything you need, and is in the perfect location! The pool is great, and it was fun watching the wildlife and boats on the canal. So close to downtown, the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The house has a grill, beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and amazing tiki hut, a great pool, a hot tub, a dock to fish from, and all of the kitchen items we needed. The owners were great to work with and super responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved staying in this adorable home. It had everything we needed. We spent everyday in the backyard swimming, sitting in the hot tub, fishing in the canal, grilling, and relaxing under the tiki hut. John the owner was nice communicating with me to make sure our stay was perfect. We are usually ready to go home at the end of a trip but staying in this house we did not want to leave. You will not be disappointed staying here and we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sun Kissed Cottage. The house is perfect; perfect size; perfect location to the beach (about a three-minute walk); perfect (easy walking) location to all the bars and restaurants including Times Square (about 1 mile walk). While it is close to everything, it is still in a very quiet neighborhood. We were able to keep our windows open and it was as quiet as a church. The “backyard” is wonderful, with a hot tub, pool, Tiki Hut, and a canal (that allows you to watch boats pass by, along with a variety of birds). We enjoyed the hot tub quite often and the weather was warm enough, that even though the pool was not heated, it warmed up enough that we were able to enjoy that also. John was very, very easy to work with and very responsive to all of our inquiries. The house was fully stocked with all of our needs. It was really nice to have two large TVs with cable and surround sound. The sunroom was wonderful to drink your coffee with the beautiful Ft. Meyers Beach morning sun shining in every day. We feel very lucky and fortunate to have been able to find and rent this house. We really had a great time and a lot of fun. We can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sun Kissed Cottage! The cottage and property are well maintained. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. This cottage is in a perfect location - close to Times Square and the beach but still in a quiet neighborhood. The pool, hot tub, and tiki provided a perfect hang out spot for our entire family. The cottage is well stocked with books and games for evenings and rainy days. The decor is very tasteful, but not overdone. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Fort Myers Beach!

My son and I had a great time at the Sunkissed cottage. The pool and hot tub were great and the dock is a great place to fish. Tiki bar is great to enjoy the evening. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ft Myers
