About this house rental
Nestled in Estero Island, this attractive house for $819 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 4 king bedroom, one queen murphy bed, trundle bed (two twins), 3 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of the Times Square/Pier area. One block to TImes Square, the pier, and the beach. Enjoy the peaceful heated pool which is covered by a Lanai to keep out bugs and leaves. The pool area has a beautiful mahogany bar on one end. The Bar has a 50 inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area seating 8-10, a large living room with over sized tan leather couches, reclining Lazie Boys, and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, a deck, an office area, a laundry, and 3 king bedrooms each with a TV and a queen murphy bed. Downstairs is a one king bedroom apartment. The living room has a trundle bed which pulls out into two twin beds, a flat screen TV and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full bath. This apartment is conveniently located next to the pool for use of the restroom facilities and kitchen facilities. Also next to the pool is an outdoor shower for pool use or for the larger person in your group. There are fishing poles to fish in the canal and four used bikes to ride the beach or see the island. Provided also are many pool toys, sand toys, beach cart, beach chairs, rolling cooler, and beach umbrella. Along the canal is a large dock for your fishing convenience. If you would rather just lounge in the hammock on the dock or sit and watch the boats, dolphins and manatee's go by. For the youngsters there is a high chair, infant seat, porta crib, booster seat, stroller games and toys. This property is located next door to Paradise Cove which is a 3 king, 5 bath, pool, canal, tiki bar home. Put them together for a large family gathering. Paradise Cove ll is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests. House had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool and spent a majority of their time there. We rented a boat and parked it on the canal. Owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. Location was great, easy walk to several good restaurants. Times Square beach was crowded both days we went down, so we mostly just took the boat out to find more private locations. Was nice to be able to bring the dog along and the fee was reasonable.

We had a great vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location was fantastic. The lay out of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. We really appreciated the screened in pool. We do a great deal of cooking and the kitchen was well appropriated. The owner was easy to communicate with. No complaints at all!!

The good:
The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. This house is a-w-e-s-o-m-e. The pool is salt water and nice and deep and huge. There's a bar and a little apartment. The master bathroom has a bidet and the master bed adjusts and vibrates lol. There was more than enough room to spread out and have some space if you need it. It is located on the canal and if you hop in one of the three kayaks you are a few strokes away from the back bay. The house itself is RIGHT around the corner from downtown. The sunsets are amazing, the local restaurants are really cool. I loved it.
The (not bad, but, idk... notable?)
- It was just bad luck but the air went out on our last night there and it was so hot and humid. Tess was as responsive and helpful as it was reasonable to expect her to be at 8pm on a Friday night. But that was a bummer.

From booking through our stay everything was easy. Tess is very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries. The place was clean and large enough for our whole family. A lot of room in the open concept living space, although most of our time was spent by the pool which also has a lot of room. Would definitely recommend to any family!

This property was in a fantastic location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the space with room for all. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed watching the fish in the light in the canal at night. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

Had a fantastic time in this house! Mid July with 4 couples. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Made friends with neighbors on both sides. House is great; master bedroom has adjustable massage bed and bidet in bathroom—surprise bonus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bar area was great and ice maker well used!! Fish light attracts fish every night and there’s a bar in the dock for hanging by the water. In laws stayed in downstairs apartment and it was great to have an extra fridge and bathroom (fridge also behind bar). Tess was friendly and helpful and If I have any suggestions for her it would be to request the cleaning people tidy up the outside area in the back and outdoor shower periodically. All was good once we cleaned up a little, and we spent lots of time out there. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, pier, and on weekends there’s a band outside in Times Square, street performers, and additional activities. Thanks Tess for everything—we had a great time!!!

Location is perfect for walking to everything you want. House is clean and almost everything needed is provided. Our only complaints are the fishing rods were not in good condition and the grill was not cleaned.
Wonderful sidenote, the dining room made a great backup plan for our rained out beach wedding ceremony!

This property has ample space inside and out. There are so many options for activities on and near the property. We spent very little time inside because the lanai and pool were so roomy and comfortable. Our host responded to our extra needs promptly. We would recommend this property!

The house is in the perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, beach and the pier. The house had everything we wanted and more. We used the pool everyday also used the fishing pole, bikes, wagon, sand toys, beach umbrella, coolers, gas grill, Karaoke machine. This is our 2nd time to FMB and the 2nd time renting from Tess. The furniture was a little bit dated and worn, but the house was perfect for our family and great location to walk every where! We loved the screened in pool! We actually caught a few fish as well in the canal!! Tess was awesome to work with, even through the pandemic, as we had to cancel a few times. She was very understanding and always replied very quickly to our concerns!!!We had an awesome time (hated to leave) and would love to come back to this place again some time!!! This year because of COVID we went for Girls Wanna Have Sun, and decided on a rental near beach in Fort Myers with private pool.We couldn't have been more satisfied. 2 blocks from main strip of shops and restuarants and one block more to beach.Koester's home was amazing. Everything you could want and more. Only wish there was interior connection to downstairs rooms. Some of the women kept locking door out of habit and other part of group would be locked out.Usually we are a bigger group and if we do Florida again we will rent Koester's next door home as well.Thanks for a great stay.
