Clean, beautiful, comfortable, accessible to things, well stocked with towels, pillows, kitchen appliances and gadgets, great views.

The porch overlooking the river was definitely a highlight of our stay. Plenty of room for a big family. Beautiful decor with an interesting, unique layout.

We had an amazing time in Springdale. The property is very centrally located and just a short walk to the shuttle. We loved siting on the deck next to the river and using the telescope to star and moon gaze. Beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend.

We had the perfect girls weekend stay in Zion. Tori was easy to communicate with and met us at the house for check in. The house is stunning and has everything you need and more. Two hot tubs! The house is even better in person than the pictures. It was a bonus to get all three floors for the weekend. The views the views the views!!! The house is in the perfect location and right off the Virgin River. It was easy to hop on the Springdale shuttle stop 7 or drive into the park. There are tons of restaurants and shops close by. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Great home with all the amenities. Everything was as pictured and described. Tori was prompt, thoughtful and a terrific host to work with. Location is awesome- back porch sits right on Virgin river and house is no more than 50 yards from shuttle stop. Would love to come back here on the doorstop of Zion!

Loved everything about this property!!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. It is in a perfect location in Springdale, just steps from the #7 trolley route into Zion NP. The property is actually 3 levels, each having its own secure access door from the side entry. kitchen, washer/dryer, and sitting area. When we rented it all 3 were all included in the rental. The back porch overlooked the river with various lounge chairs & sitting areas. The nighttime views of the sky were wonderful. A few outdoor furniture pieces are in need of replacement. Family members got splinters from the deteriorating wicker pieces. The view of the river was lovely. We saw quite a few people floating down the river on tubes and kayaks, which can all be rented in locations in Springdale. Only 1 bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Bring your own washcloths, & only a few hand towels were available when we rented. If you plan to cook meals be sure to bring your preferred cooking items. The kitchen tools need updating. Skillets had coating that was flaking off. There were lots of items, but they really weren't useful for everyday cooking. The unit sleeps 10 but only had 7 butter knives. If you plan to eat out it won't be an issue. Overall this location was perfect, had lots to do nearby, and the house was clean.

We LOVED this home!!! Right on the river and so much room for everyone to spread out. Decorations are adorable, and Tori leaves all of the extras for your convenience. Would stay here 10 out of 10 again!!

Amazing house and location. Enough room for 6 adult women who visited Zion to hike. We were able to grill after hiking all day and enjoy the hot tub. Great property.

My family and I stayed at Tori’s place for 5 nights and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house is immaculate and unlike any other VRBO we have stayed in. The location simply cannot be beat- so close to the park entrance as well as restaurant and a market for any groceries you need. The views from the house as well as the sound of the river right out back make you feel like you’re in a dream. I would not pass up a chance to stay here again.

I cannot say enough about this home! It is truly spectacular and was very comfortable for my family on our vacation. The host, Tori, was very welcoming and had a hand written note for us on arrival with information on the home and recommendations for restaurants, etc. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved every minute and just wish we had longer!

Fantastic place. Room for ten easily. Close to the park. Plenty of shops and restaurants to walk to or take the free shuttle bus. This is the ideal place for a larger group that is looking for hiking vacation. Thanks for everything Tori.

Our group was fortunate enough to stay at this place for a week. We loved everything about it; location, layout of property, gorgeous deck over looking the river! I can’t say enough good things about this property. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing. The deck is so peaceful right on the Virgin River. Tori was very helpful and responsive. Everything was immaculate!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house is amazing and Tori is the perfect host. Well worth the money. We had 3 couples and basically each had our own floor. Congregating on the large deck by the river and two hot tubs made for a great family vacation. Highly recommend!!!

Tori was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay on her property! We had plenty of room and enjoyed all the outdoor spaces. Also, it was very close to the town shuttle so we never had to drive or pay for parking.

I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to experience a beautiful home, superb location, and scenery. Our family had the best time together. Thank you Tori for being such an awesome host. We loved this property and being so close to great restaurants and Zion!

Beautiful home! Property peaceful and tranquil. Enjoyed sitting on the deck to relax and unwind. Enjoyed the view. Listening to the river and star gazing at night, absolutely beautiful! Even saw a shooting star. Appreciated soaps at sinks/showers, shampoo, dishwasher soap, dish soap, and toilet paper being provided. The shuttle stop by the home so convenient! We traveled with friends. It was an amazing home for us all to reconnect and down time together. Definitely recommend renting this house. You will not be disappointed!

Friends and family stayed in this home for a wedding at the Zion Red Rock Villa. It was an amazing stay walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved the porch and views!

There are minimal pans and supplies, along with very little counter space and places to store food in the main kitchen. There are three kitchens. But the top floor and basement are more like kitchenettes--not places to actually cook a larger meal. Also, towels were in short supply. Bring your own pool towels and makeup washcloths. The house is fabulous. Lots of space and all amenities we needed. We spent much time on the back deck watching the river and the view of the meadow and mountains. An easy walk to the shuttle and early enough on the route to get a seat. Our host made herself available but we had no complications. Highly recommend this house for families. Dave from New Jersey.
