There are three kayaks and paddles for guest to use to explore the lake. Our lake home is situated on a wide, no-wake cove on the northwest side of Loch Lomand. Enjoy this spacious 3375 sf, four bedroom home with amazing views and lake frontage. Each room has been carefully crafted to surround you with comfort and luxury. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and a en suite bathroom. Three queen sized beds and 2 full bath for the other bedrooms. You have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage. Enjoy watching the sunset from 2 decks overlooking the lake. Main floor boasts a living room with TV, a den, kitchen, dining room, coffee bar and breakfast nook, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a lake view balcony and sun room. The lower level features a den with access to a large deck, 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. From the back yard you can ride the tram or take the stairs to your private boat dock, ideal for mooring your own boat or a rental boat from nearby Loch Lomond Marina. We also have 3 kayaks, paddles and life jackets that you can use at no charge. The swimming is great and the water is beautiful right off of the dock.

There were 6 of us total, staying at the house. Three kids and three adults. The house was well kept and clean. It was in a very private, quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and very helpful. There is a long steep bank down to the lake. However, the powered cart helped tremendously with the journey back up. Having the kayaks and paddleboard was also fun for the kids. It was a great place to stay. No complaints.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely home. It was clean and beautiful. The younger ones enjoyed playing in the water off the deck. The kitchen was very well equipped although we ate out most of the time. They also enjoyed playing in the game room. I was in my wheelchair so I stayed on the main floor. I only had to bring my shower stool for the shower. We were treated to an awesome lightshow over the lake when a big storm blew through on the second night. Our power and cable stayed on. Overall we had a great family get together.

This was our third time staying here and we would have stayed here a couple of other times but someone had already booked our dates.The house is very roomy and we always feel at home. Not having to walk down the stairs to the lake is definitely a plus especially since we went fishing at least once a day. It is always a treat for us to stay here and we definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We rented this property for a reunion of old friends. It was perfect for our 3 couples with plenty of space to come together and to spread out. Ping pong was an extra treat. The house was very clean, comfortable beds, nicely appointed kitchen, etc. Our group is already talking about next year.

The house was clean, and very peacefully quiet, and even larger than it looks in the pictures. Neighbors were very friendly when driving in and out. Everybody waves! VERY well stocked/supplied kitchen. The family that owns this were EXTREMELY communicative and FANTASTICALLY accommodating. Didn't get a chance to actually use the lakeside access, as we were in town for a memorial service, but it looked beautiful while we sat on the back porch in the mornings and evenings we were there. Very close to several other towns, including Bentonville, the home of Walmart (with the first store museum which should NOT to be missed for visit), and the town square was also VERY fun to visit on a Saturday morning for breakfast. We would love to come back again! Thank you for being such AWESOME hosts!

The house was great. A nice open floor plan with plenty of space for a full house. The dock was nice with an outdoor elevator up and down to the dock. The only complaint is with the clothes washer. It is extremely loud. It makes conversations in the main living area almost impossible while it's running, but that's just a minor issue. Rhonda was great to work with and very helpful.

Very cute place with plenty of room for 10 adults. It was very clean and tidy. All needed cooking items were available and easy to find. The home is Right on the Elk River. The only issue we had was the listing says there are 3 queens and a king but there are 2 queens, a king and 2 twins. Other than that, listing was exactly as described. We VERY much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely
Property is quiet and the cove is perfect for swimming and lounging for a few days. Kids played a lot of ping pong. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Kayaks, life jackets, floats and beach towels were all great as it a saved us from having to pack so much Great place.

Girls get away
We choose this house because of the location and access to the lake.
We found the beds to be comfortable and all 4 bedrooms to be as advertised.
Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Limited hand towels in the kitchen for drying dishes.
Over all the place was very welcoming.
It was great to have the tram to bring cooler and other water supplies down to dock. The location was so peaceful and loved the cove.! The local told us this the the better cove for fishing early in the mornings. Some minor improvements could be done to landscaping and decking.
Would recommend or would stay here again.

Float Trip Weekend
House was great, clean and kept up. The dock is nice, but a little rough and the landscaping on the backside of the house provides privacy but does obstruct the view somewhat. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house
Bedroom upstairs next to washer and dryer is shown to be a queen and it’s two twin. The room does get warmer than the other room so a fan is needed. Everything else was great.

Disappointing
The outdoor "patio" off of the main living area/kitchen is fully enclosed, but not air-conditioned. There appeared to be a stand-alone unit, but it wasn't on when we got there and we didn't try to turn it on. It was so hot and stuffy when we got there, we avoided the area. We had to cut through the enclosed patio to access the outdoor stairs down to the boat dock.
The refrigerator indicated that the water filter for the ice and water dispenser needed to be changed. We texted the owner to notify them of the issue and received no reply.
No outdoor dining table. Repairs needed to exterior stairs.

Life is BETTER at the lake!
We decided kind of last minute to plan a get away over labor day weekend. We looked and looked for a property that was to our standards and that would give us a good relaxing weekend, to say we hit the jackpot is an understatement. Lake Loch Lomond is a beautiful Lake and perfect size. The lake has wonderful coves for swimming and kayaking. We decided for one day that we would rent a boat for some lake time. We rented the boat from Rhonda and Bo and had no problems at all, it was perfect and delivered and picked up at the private dock down from the house. This house is large and allows people to spread out and is the prefect place to take your family and friends. The house is equipped with anything you would need during your stay, except food. Rhonda was very quick in her responses to us for anything we needed. The house was very clean and there was sanitizer and cleaning wipes in every area of the house. This area is really beautiful, the house was perfect, we will be definitely be back for sure!

Rhonda is awesome to work with and has a beautiful house. This being my second time to stay I highly recommend this house if your looking for a nice quiet cove to swim in with lots of trails nearby.

The house has everything!!!!!!!!! I want to say size really does matter!!!!!! The smallest bed is a queen..... and all of the beds are memory foam.... it's like sleeping on a cloud!!!!!The loch Lomond was the best swimming we have ever experienced!!!!! The water was refreshing and we jumped off the dock and swam around or used the kayak for hours. Seriously people.....the teenagers didn't even need the television!!!!!!!

We had a get-together of 4 generations. The house was clean and comfortable. The living room had ample room for us and with the adjacent sun-room - there was a place for everybody. The beds were all very comfortable as well. I brought my boat for fishing Loch Lomond (did very well on the schooling black bass) - I tied up to the outside of the dock as I had a deep-V boat and the lift in the slip was for a pontoon - so didn't want to damage that (or my boat) - but tying on the outside worked great and there was power at the dock for my trolling motors. The tram worked great as I had my 87 year old father with me so he didn't have to take all the stairs. There is a bit of a angled climb on the sidewalk up from the tram to the house - so if you have mobility issues, that is something to consider. I just gave my father assistance on that portion. House is easy to find and has a large driveway (we had 3 cars and placed my boat trailer across the street). A few maintenance items I'd recommend are 1) we had black ants in kitchen and lower bath - which happens when in the woods - but probably time for exterminator to spray. 2) There are vines growing across a number of the steps to the dock - presenting a tripping hazard - recommend doing some landscaping in back to cut the vegetation back. and lastly, 3) on the dock - there are some nails/screws coming up from the deck boards which I stepped on - no injury - but someone could cut foot on - so I would take a look at all decking, stair treads, etc to ensure no future injuries. These are all normal maintenance items and did not detract from our stay - just recommendations for future actions. Overall a great stay and I'd recommend this place to stay at.

Lake getaway
We completely enjoyed our stay at this house. The kids and I spent our days at the private dock playing in the water and sunning. And in the evenings we were able to watch movies together and had plenty of room to spread out when we needed some space. This was a great little get away!

Fantastic
We stayed at the house for one night, had an amazing time! The dock was perfect for floating! Even have a nifty little elevator that made getting the lake a lot easier! Over all 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Wonderful, Socially Distant Vacation
We had to cancel our vacation to Boston this summer but after this week, none of us even cared anymore! We had such a great time relaxing on the balcony, fishing/swimming from the dock and taking out the boat one day. The hiking in the area was amazing, too. So beautiful and the weather was cool (compared to Texas)! The house was perfect for our family of 10. (Grandparents and two families of 4). We had enough room to spread out and each family unit had their own bathroom. The tram to the dock was a lifesaver for us. It's a lot of steps to get there. The owners were quick to respond to our texts. One small issue we had was my husband was trying to work a couple of days and the internet was spotty for that. We had no issues with streaming tv or using our devices, but if you need to work while you're there, be aware of that. Thank you for such a great trip!

Great lake house in Bella Vista
This house is in a great location on a beautiful cove on Loch Lomond. The house is super comfortable for 4 couples. The house is really close to Scotsdale and Highlands golf courses. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the lake. It sure felt good to get in the lake and cool off after playing golf. If you like to golf and float around in the lake, this is your place to stay! it was perfect for us.
