You can watch the dolphins and sea birds play from either the large screened in lanai or private open patio both facing the coastal waterway while sipping on your morning coffee or favourite cocktail. At 1,090 square feet, this is one of the very few larger 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units containing a large kitchen and open concept living room. Try fishing off the 40 foot private boat slip in front of the ground floor unit, or bring your boat or rent one from the many local marinas. A boat slip is included with the unit to tie down your boat within the calm coastal waters but contains no boat lift. Inside our waterfront unit you are welcomed by beautiful coastal decor with a large fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar for additional seating and open concept living space. Tropical landscapes spill through the unit’s numerous windows with water views off both bedrooms. The dining area is elegant and modern for your evening dining following a day at the beach. For serenity and relaxation, you can enjoy one of 4 TVs throughout the unit or read a book or magazine which are available for your enjoyment. Cuddle up in the private tropical oasis master bedroom with king bed and ensuite with luxurious oversized shower. Granite countertops are the finishing touch to all counters in this recently remodeled unit. Additional guests and children will be pampered with their large 2nd bedroom containing 2 queen beds and adjacent bathroom all decked out with a nautical theme. Ceiling fans have been added for your comfort as well as complementary Wi-Fi and a private propane grill. Our condo was just perfect and it could have not been any better. The office lady needs to learn how to speak to the people who are renting there with respect and try to be more helpful. Stayed at Madeira Beach for many years and this lady has been the worst manager that we have come across. But we love Madeira Beach and will be back

The property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need plus my favorite... a crockpot! We used it several days to have diner ready when you come off the beach. The living room area was perfect. Lots of great conversations had there. Can't say enough good things about this unit. Everything from the check in process to our entire stay here in this beautiful Condo was 5 STARS! This condo was not only beautiful but it was well stocked too. The property is very well maintained and its close to everything. The beach, grocery store, liquor store and resturants. Not to mention Johns Pass is 3 minutes up the road. You honestly dont need a car when you stay at the MBYC. This is our 4th time staying at the Yacht Club and I have to say, we loved this Condo the best and would stay here time and time again. The owner was super responsive so thats a huge plus if you have a question or a concern they will respond immediately! I can't say enough good things about our experience. I will say whoever rents this Condo will not regret it. Ty so much Brad, we had a blast and we will be back next year!

Our family had a lovely visit at Madeira Beach staying at this condo. The unit was very well stocked, clean and well-maintained. Short walk to the beach and good restaurants. It is an older development so the bathrooms are small. It would be an excellent stay for anyone who has their own boat as the dock is right next to the unit!

We loved the property. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with paper products, soaps, shampoos, and even some spices in kitchen that came in handy. The fishing pier right out front was a favorite hangout. Everything was in walking distance: groceries, drug store, liquor store, restaurants, the pool, and, of course, the beach. We had our boat with us, and the dock was great for loading and unloading.

Perfect for Two couples or a couple with children. Close to St.John’s pass. A block from groceries and a short walk to the beach. Rental car needed for elderly people, but everything you would need is there. Great host! Thank you so much!! Would definitely return. & recommend to friends.

Online listing was on-point! This beautifully decorated and well-stocked condo on the marina’s edge is just a short walk to public beach, intercoastal lookout, grocery, bars, restaurants, beach shop, miniature golf, and the on-site pool. Easy check-in/check-out, and property management team was very professional. We will definitely consider this location for future visits.

Pros: lovely condo equipped with everything our family needed for the week; great location - grocery store, CVS, Dollar General, and dining options (we ate at Frabotta's several times) right outside the community; 5-10 min walk to the beach; beach toys, towels, umbrellas, boogey boards there for our use; across the street from a nice park with a playground and splash pad that our kids enjoyed. Cons: we had to do some makeshift child-proofing to keep our nearly 2 yo and 4 yo safe (such as securing the under-sink cupboards which contained cleaning supplies), but I imagine that would be the case at most rental properties. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again!!!

Property was great. In a gated community a short walk to the beach. We drove to the beach most of the time due to my family bringing a cooler to the beach. Clean inside and out. Would certainly stay at location again. Many great restaurants nearby. My family’s go to was the Amish Country Creamery right around the corner. Madeira Beach is situated perfectly between St Pete and Clearwater adding many things you can do on trip.

Loved this condo. Much bigger then what we thought. Beautiful showers and lots of counter space. Loved having an open and enclosed porch. Very clean! We love staying at the yacht club, this was our 3rd time staying here. This condo was our absolute favorite one by far!

My family absolutely loved this place! Screened in porch for lunch, short walk to Madeira Beach, very clean, had everything we needed in the unit. At night time sit on the patio and look at the intercostal water. Debbie was so nice! Definitely would recommend this condo and WILL be coming again! Love the neighborhood and the property is well taken care of.

Enjoyed sitting on the dock for morning coffee and evening drinks. Condo was very clean and comfortable, and very much liked having the two patios to relax on. Beach was a bit further walk than anticipated, but still easy to access.

The condo was great, we were able to bring our boat, you walk out the door and the boat is right there. Great location you can walk everywhere. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable I’ve never slept better, our family was unable to come, but we made the best of it and had a wonderful time, would definitely stay at this place again.

This condo looked exactly as it does in the photos. If you do not have a car you can easily walk anywhere to get groceries, liquor, get to the beach, great restaurants and bars. It was very quiet here and the Yacht Club has some beautiful well kept grounds! We are definitely coming back!
