Muy bien en el alojamiento encima del restaurante

El alojamiento encima del restaurante muy amplio, bonito y cómodo. El desayuno muy bien. Uno de los días nos prepararon un pack para llevar ya que cogíamos el ferry muy pronto. Nos ayudaron con todo a través del chat de Booking. Muy amables.

Estuvimos dos noches en dos momentos diferentes. La primera teníamos reservado el studio pero por un problema con la habitación nos instalaron en otro estudio algo más lejos y de menor calidad con un baño sin puerta.

Zeer goed gelegen, mooie ruime kamer

Het personeel was zeer verwarrend, ontbijt onduidelijk, vandaag wel inc. Fruitsap morgen exclusief....ook zij rekenen 1 op 1 waardoor je dus 10% meer betaald in Euro....dus ga eerst naar de bank om te wisselen daar is 1% commissie.

El apartamento es muy grande y limpio. Tienen un bar bajo donde dan un desayuno riquisimo. La zona es muy segura,no hay peligro y al lado del aeropuerto

Very good

Very nice studio in a great central location. The staff were exceptional in facilitating my stay and ensuring that it went smoothly. Very good breakfast included in the bar downstairs.

The studio is positioned directly on the street, with a window giving on the corridor that provides access to the bar downstairs. As such, there was quite some noise in the evening and morning, but none during the night and in any case didn't prove too disturbing.

Friendly stay in a great location

Food was excellent. Nice breakfast selections (and dinners too). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, and reception was great getting me settled.

Bathroom needed soap/shampoo (I bought) and toilet didn't flush (had to use spray hose for water). But these were minor issues to a great room.

Exceptional

Nice location on a quiet safe street across from the post office. Very comfortable for 2 people with a nice large bathroom. Central to everything and a nice easy check-in and check-out. The food at Techas Place was also great and we ate there for dinner and breakfast. The wifi worked very well and the shower was nice and hot. This apartment was a great value with a warm welcome and they were also able to arrange an early breakfast for us and taxi so that we could make our morning flight. Obrigado para todo!

Dirty, Thieves, Overrated. Never ever again

1 Agreed 1500 Escudos with the hotel to pick me up from the airport. After arrival needed to pay 2500. Owner was present whilst I payed the taxi driver. 2. More or less forced to leave the place around 11:00 because of the next tenant waiting. 3. After ordering one orange juice and one little cake waiter asked me to pay for breakfast eventhough it was included in the price. Many sticky objects such as light switches, table and chairs. Overrated reviews.

Great stay on a great location

Great location, spacious room with modern facilities and super friendly and helpfull staff. We were even aible to rent a car from the guesthouse on very short notice, with great help of the owners. Our stay could not have been better

Not a big thing for us, but just so you know: the bathroom (including the toilet) is open. It is separate from the bedroom (the suite is very big), but there are no doors or curtains, so you'll see and hear everything from each other :).

Strongly recommend

There is no dedicated staff to make up the room. The person responsible for that task (Solange) has her main job as cook/"chef" and she has no time for or she is tired to carry out this additional job. My understanding was that this is a temporary situation. One of the ACs was not working properly.

The staff is great. Always ready to help you out, always smiling and singing. They helped me with everything I needed. The food is excellent. The place is very comfortable, very well and very nice designed. Location is excellent. NB: it seems like there is an issue with Booking.com. At the end of my rating the pozitive things that I liked will appear like "-" (negative aspects) and vice-versa.

WA lovely well presented apartment with quality bed and sofa.

The extra 3 metal step should be covered with timber and paint White to make it easy to walk up bare feet and use the lovely luxury his and hers bathroom

lovely place in the nicest part of Praia

This place was so charming, every little detail was made with love. they organized vegan breakfast for us the evening before because we left very early in the morning. I would go back there for sure whenever I come back to Praia.

A comfortable and happy stay in this lovely apartment.

The location is fantastic and close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A tasty breakfast was brought to us each morning which was great. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
