Ideal for a family or a group of people in vacation. THE SPACE. The apartment is 100 m2 and has a large living space which opens on a terrace with a sea view. Living room furnished with two large and comfortable sofas and equipped with 50" flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area wih a table for 6 people. Access to a fully furnished terrace. Bedroom 1: queen size bed, full height closet and vanity table. Bedroom 2: double bed, full height closet and 32" flat screen TV Bedroom3: 2 single beds 2 bathrooms with stylish modern design and pampering showers. One has a bathtub that is also a jacuzzi. INCLUDED AMENITIES - Central AC/heat. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and dryer in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi. - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap. EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST - Private parking spot: included in the booking. - Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay. - Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay. - Wooden crib: 250 ₪ per stay. - Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay. - Extra cleaning during stay: 70₪ per hour. GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages. We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance. We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. The final details will be sent to you prior to your arrival after you have completed your check in online. PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 17% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 17% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. - The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 17% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD The apartment is located on Trumpeldor street next to Bugrashov and Ben Yehuda street. It is just a few minutes walk from the beach. Dizengof street in one direction and the famous Carmel market in the other are within walking distance as well. There is no shortage of eateries, shops, and cafes in the immediate vicinity and you'll be able fully enjoy the Tel Aviv life style with minimum planning. GETTING AROUND You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Ben Yehuda and Bugrashov streets. There are countless buses running from Hayarkon and Dizengof streets which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone. Lastely we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.

Beautiful apartment by the beach

My family and I spent about 9 days in this apartment and we found it to be very comfortable and with a great location. It is only two blocks from the Bograshov beach and close to everything Tel Aviv has to offer. AC is working well and helped with the heat. Having a parking spot was great since we took a couple day trips with the rental car, although I would suggest to get a small car to park easily. We enjoyed our stay!

Не первый раз заказываю апартаменты на этом сайте. Все, как всегда, на высшем уровне. Квартира в самом центре, чистая, светлая. Есть своя парковка, что очень важно в Тель Авиве. До моря 5 мин. пешком. Удобные кровати, есть все для комфортного проживания и даже больше. На кухне большой холодильник, плита 4 конфорки, микрогаль, тостер, посудомоечная машина. 2 балкона, один технический и большой. Хорошие окна, шума с улицы совсем не слышно. Два ванные комнаты, одна с ванной, другая с душем. Обязательно сюда вернемся. Большое спасибо за теплый прием.

I was lied to about how the apartment looked . The furniture was totally different . The children’s bed had a huge stain on it the bath towels had stains and fowl odder . All the beds in all the rooms were not maid like in the picture . All the wall decorations were not there . The closets were you hand the clothes were so tall you have use a stick to reach it . Don’t believe what you see in the pictures. B/c of the way the host miss advertised the apartment I had to book a hotel on short notice . I will say the staff were extremely nice and responsive. Over all I would not believe what I see in the pictures very disappointing!
