About this house rental
Guests- for some reason people consistently disregard my NO PET & NO SMOKING POLICY. Please be advised I absolutely will charge $1000.00 and a carpet cleaning fee. DO NOT BRING PETS , DO NOT SMOKE ON MY PROPERTY, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT AND PAY A CARPET CLEANING FEE. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NO PET POLICY Our property is in the heart of Nantuckets Historic District. We have two homes on a large property, the cottage at the rear has 4 large bedrooms and 2 full and one 1/2 baths with laundry on the second floor and the bungalow has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our bungalow features a master bedroom and bath on the main floor with a king size bed, and a carrera marble bath . The second bedroom features a queen size bed with all new linens and the third bedroom has a twin captains bed. The hall bath has a tub shower combo. The bungalow has a very large family kitchen with all the comforts of home and laundry in the lower level. The beautiful living room has plenty of seating and a 32 inch flat screen TV as do all of the bedrooms. Our sunroom has wrap around windows and a full size bed, if you must work do it in comfort with a desk in a quiet area, EXTREME PRO WIFI included. The large deck is fully furnished and grill just off the deck. Just across the large private driveway is our cottage. The cottage has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths! The master bedroom has a queen and is on the first floor with a master bath, and new linens . Cathedral ceilings add to the grand space with a cozy kitchen just off the living room. Large flat screen TV, WIFI and very comfortable seating make this cottage a great place to relax! On the upper level we have 3 bedrooms, all with new linens. Two of the bedrooms feature 2 twin beds and the third has a queen bed. The third bathroom and Laundry are also on the second level. Please refer to #'s 3506712 & 3506331 for individual reviews on each house! More privacy is around the back with a large deck and beautiful back yard. Deck furniture and grill make this a perfect place to entertain, spend time with family and read a good book! Family vacations, wedding parties and special occasions are all welcome. We absolutely loved our stay at 111 Orange Street. When we arrived, the check in process was so easy and the 2 homes were both so clean. There were 8 adult women and we came over to golf, the house was perfect for us. The location was awesome, we walked everywhere. I highly recommend this property, we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much! What a gem!

Our group of 11 loved our spring weekend stay in Nantucket at this lovely property. The two houses were so spacious, very clean, and Cynthia was such a quick communicator when we had questions or wanted to check in. We loved the location and felt that the area was incredibly safe and convenient. We are already looking forward to returning. Thank you Cynthia for a fabulous stay!

What a lovely property - both houses were just incredible. We were 13, including one under 1 year and the indoor and outdoor spaces beautifully accommodated all of our needs. Cynthia was a wonderful, communicative host and really made us feel very welcomed. Both houses were well stocked with all of the items needed for a great weekend. This is one of the very best VBRO rentals we have enjoyed over many years of homestays.

We had a fabulous week! The location of the property was perfect. We could walk to town or bike to Sconset, Madaket, Surfside, and Cisco! The kitchens were perfect to make fabulous dinners! Cynthia was always available and provided fabulous ideas for the week!

Stayed with an 11 person group for a bachelorette weekend and this was the PERFECT spot! Everyone got their own bed, there was plenty of space and bathrooms, and the outdoor seating areas were perfect! Very clean and close to downtown. Cynthia was an excellent host and very responsive/helpful throughout. Highly reccommend!

Ladies Weekend
The property was beautiful and what a pleasant surprise to have a huge backyard behind the back house. There was plenty of room to move around and for everyone to sleep comfortably. The property is a one minute walk from Cumberland Farms and the liquor store. Short walk to town for shopping and dining. The island shuttle stops out front and a few of us used it to get from the airport to the house. I would highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back to Nantucket!

Perfect location and accommodations
We rented both houses for guests attending our son’s wedding. The location was perfect! It was a short walk downtown and home from the Chicken Box. There is a great coffee shop around the corner too! The houses were fully stocked with everything we needed & we even found time to relax on the nearby beach! Thanks Cynthia for making our stay in Nantucket so enjoyable! We will gladly return to your little slice of heaven again!

Excellent, Spacious homes for a girls weekend
We had a great time at Cynthia's property on Nantucket. There was more than enough space (and bathrooms!) for a girls weekend, and the location was perfect. We would definitely book again!

Perfect Location!!
My family and I were visiting Nantucket for a family wedding in June. Cynthia's homes are lovely and a short walk to everything. We didn't even have to rent bikes which we had intended to do before arriving there. There is a secluded beach on the inlet literally 1/2 block away. We enjoyed swimming here and swimming up to moored sailboats:) The town is less than a 10 minute stroll from the homes. The lighthouse is in walking distance as well. Everything about the homes was wonderful. We loved the layout of both homes. They were clean and had everything we needed. Beds are very comfy and soft. We would love to come back for a longer stay. Cynthia was more than accommodating.

Epic Bachelorette Weekend!
What a gorgeous property! My girlfriends and I rented out both homes for my bachelorette weekend. We ended up with 13 of us and everyone slept very comfortably with plenty of space to spare. The location was very convenient whether we were walking downtown or hoping on a bus to Cisco Brewery. Both homes we're clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. I have nothing but positive words to describe how easy Cynthia was to work with prior to our arrival. She was so kind to accommodate us for an earlier check in and a later check out (THANK YOU!). We were sad to leave and wish we could have stayed longer! Until next time!

We rented both houses and they were equally amazing. They were clean well appointment and in a perfect location. The back yard and deck were amazing and having extra beach chairs was a huge help. Lastly the new outside shower was amazing.

Perfect Weekend!
From the beginning Cynthia was a pleasure to work with, super accommodating, responsive and helpful. The property is beautiful; both houses are perfect and conveniently located to everything, they are so close to town we walked to get coffee every morning and could easily head in for a quick lunch or walk to the store down the street! There was plenty of space and everyone had a great time. Will definitely be our go to rental for large groups! Thanks again for everything!!

Beautiful, cozy home close to Town
I stayed at Cynthia's home (both houses) with a full bridal party and significant others for my best friend's wedding. It was a lot of people to coordinate but Cynthia made it easy to maneuver and all rooms offered privacy and comfort for everyone. I only wish we could have spent more time at the house!
The houses were cozy and lovely with everything we could have possibly needed. When we arrived everything was clean with easy to follow instructions for all appliances, check in and check out. A 15 minute walk from Main street, the house was close to everywhere we needed to be during a busy wedding weekend.
I definitely hope to stay here again soon. Thanks again, Cynthia!

Perfect weekend! Highly recommend
Perfect, perfect, perfect! We stayed here with a group of 14 adults for a wedding weekend on the island and it could not have been any better! The house was beautiful, immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed. Very short walk in to town. Small coffee shop right next door. Cynthia was extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic home with a great host
I had a fabulous time in Nantucket and am so pleased with Cynthia's home. The home was perfect for a group trip--several bedrooms and a large, beautiful kitchen for the group to relax in. Cynthia was an excellent host - I tend to be pretty nervous before trips like this, but she was extremely organized and provided us clear and helpful instructions on everything we needed to know about the house. I'm thrilled with our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Wonderful house in a perfect location!
14 of us just got back from a wonderful weekend on Nantucket. The house and cottage were just perfect for our group - much larger than we anticipated and everyone had room to spread out and relax. We loved having the 5 bathrooms and 8 bedrooms (one bed is on the front porch, but to us it counted as a bedroom, as the porch is very nicely finished). The house is VERY well stocked- tons of towels, kitchen items, and lots of extras- we were so taken care of by all the touches the owner has put into this house. The beds were comfortable. It is also impeccably decorated. We loved sitting out in the sun on the deck. This is also a very convenient location - 10 minutes to Main Street, Stop and Shop is a quick walk, there's a deli and two great restaurants (Grey Lady and Island Kitchen) nearby. We loved having such a nice house for our girls weekend. I looked at a ton of rentals online before deciding on this one and I'm so happy I made the right choice.

Wonderful retreat location!
Your property provided the perfect launching point for our investigation into the whaling industry on Nantucket. The location is ideal, within walking distance of town and a grocery store. The separate buildings worked particularly well for our group. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-appointed. We loved it!

Comfortable for a large groups of couples
The home was the perfect fit for our large group that included many couples, who each were able to have a private bedroom. The house was also able to accommodate the singles in the group with ample twin beds. The house has plenty of common space inside and outside to enjoy as a group. We were close to town and could easily walk to and from town at any point during the day. We also found the Cumberland farms near by helpful for our stay! The house was clean upon arrival and offered modern amenities to make for a comfortable stay. The owners were accommodating in replying quickly to our questions and requests throughout the reservation process and even during our stay. I would recommend this home to a large family, wedding guests, or any large group looking to enjoy their stay on Nantucket.

Very pleased with this rental property!!
We rented both the bungalow and cottage for three nights for our son's wedding and they were perfect. Beautifully decorated, very, very clean, high quality linens and towels, and nice furniture in both homes. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee shop and convenience store right around the corner (1 min. walk) , and a 10-min walk to downtown. The owners were a pleasure to rent from. We loved it and would recommend this rental property to others.

Perfect Property for Large Groups
We were in Nantucket from 6/05/15-6/07/15 for a Bachelorette party. The home & bungalow was gorgeous and perfect for the ten of us. The location was perfect as it was a 10 minute walk to Main Street. Cynthia was great to work with always answering questions promptly when necessary. We couldn't ask for a better place to spend a long weekend away!

Wonderful time!!
We came out for daffy weekend and rented both cottages. It was perfect weather, and the cottages were delightful. There is ample space in both to accommodate large family gatherings. It is about a 10 minute walk to the ferry, so no need for a car. We ate at American Seasons and had a fabulous meal. Cynthia is extremely responsive and made this process so easy. We made sure to have some Henry's sandwiches on the beach for a picnic lunch - everything is so close! We would definitely recommend this property to others!
