Pros: This townhome is really nice. The location is great. We took some walks into town (5 minutes) took the stairs in the neighborhood to get into local shops (great exercise) The kitchen and living room area have an open space feeling and the appliances are great! The rooms were great. We had 2 kids using the twin beds and they liked it. The other two bedrooms have king beds and the sofa in the living room is very comfortable. The garage is very large, which was great. The washer, detergent and dryer were nice to have available as well as a working -not noise dishwasher. I loved this home and will save it on my list of places to stay. it simply has an upscale feeling. Cons: There are 2 sets of wood floor-stairs so if you have small children and other adults it could be challenging (Slippery). It was not a challenge for us and our kids are 9-12 years old and there was a 80 years old as well.

Very nice condo. Convenient, and everything in the condo worked well. Pull-out bed in third bedroom was comfortable. Clean superficially. The couch was quite dusty and can use a deep clean, as well as under furniture.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! Wonderful floor plan!Bathroom doors are hard to open and shut and it needs a deep cleaning, deck, under beds, linens. I was expecting a much cleaner experience for the nightly cost.

Myself and two friends stayed here over the weekend, and it was great. The house had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the patio overlooking the river was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. We were able to walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants easily.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was not clean. Popcorn in primary bed, dirt, food on floor, spilled sticky spill in kitchen, outdoor areas very dirty, sour towels, closets with owners items thrown in, bedroom drawers had to be wiped out before use. Had to clean before staying. Would not return.

This condo is the absolute perfect location for walking to enjoy Hood River. We went in for a golf tournament weekend with family and friends and enjoyed coffee on the patio and cooking dinner in the evenings and enjoying the sunset over the gorge. All the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable… Lots of couches for kids to crash on. And ample parking! Highly recommend.

It is a terrific location, easy to walk everywhere and the place is super clean and super snazzy--large, open layout and really modern. Lovely views as well. Our family has definitely found our go to getaway spot next time we go to Hood River!

Amy was great! Loved the location, lust if fun things to do & the comfort of the unit. Just a few things; 2 of the 3 bathrooms have doors that do not close. Both the master & upstairs half bath have pocket doors that would not budge. Also, when departing & getting our bedding started in laundry, we discovered an old, wet load of towels that had been in the washing machine from the party prior to us …long enough to begin to smell. We just restarted the washer for you. Finally, we wanted to hand wash some dishes, but there were no sponges to be found.

This was a fantastic location. The condo had an amazing view and is in walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants and boutique shopping. It was very clean and comfortable for our group of women. Be prepared for stairs As you park on the ground floor in the garage and Climb up a set of stairs to the bedrooms bathroom and laundry room And in the kitchen and living room are on the third floor

Truly a wonderful property with all the necessary amenities. The location in downtown is perfect for exploring on foot and the size and layout of the house makes it a great "stay at home" option too. Fair warning there are a lot of stairs. This property is not conducive to anyone with mobility challenges. The pay off of the stairs is sweeping view of the river and beyond.

Nice… but lacking in a thorough cleaning. Items still damp in dryer. Zero outlet access next to bed in master. Glass Lamps that if touched parts fall off and have to be puzzled back together. No step stool in kitchen to reach cabinets and also zero cleaning supplies to hand wash dishes. Couches very uncomfortable. Only 2 washcloths in entire condo. Did not like that if wanted to use grill you have to go down a level and through a bedroom. Bright side - great location! Lovely condo

This property is stunning and exceeded our expectations. The Property Manager was informative and very easy to work with. The view from the kitchen, dinning room, and the master bedroom were stunning. Wide open and modern space with large rooms and plenty of bathrooms to share with our two kids. We walked downtown and to ice cream (2-3 minute walk). We have never slept so well with the nightly breeze and those views ❤️. We highly recommend this property.
