事前に料金を支払っていますからスムーズに入室出来ました。

ふた部屋予約していましたが一部屋キャンセルしました。突発の体調不良で息子夫婦がキャンセルしました。大雨でベットの壁側が雨の跳ね返りの騒音で眠れ無くなる懸念がありキャンセルした部屋に替えて頂けないか連絡した所「一度入室したら変更出来ません。」お金は払ってるとお願いしたら「こっちも商売でやってます。だったら今回だけ特別です。次回からは出来ませんよ！」と。気の弱い私達夫婦は朝四時まで一睡も出来ず帰路につきました。後で「次回から他の宿泊先にして下さい。此方の力不足ですみません。」と？。もう二度と利用させて頂くことは有りません。成川では大変お世話になった過去も忘れます。

大変リーズナブルなのに各備品がほとんど揃っているのでとても快適に宿泊出来ました。

I entered a unit that wasn't locked thinking it was mine. The unit was in a mess so I sent the pictures to the host to enquire why it wasn't cleaned up. The host arrived a few minutes later and was extremely rude. When I realised I was in the wrong unit I kept apologising and he kept pouring verbal abuses at me. Good thing I don't understand Japanese so it meant nothing to me.

Very good location as long as you have a car. Check in process was very easy and the owner gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was very spacious and had utensils in the kitchen. They even had a washing machine!

We faced an issue when someone else parked in our designated spot. We contacted the owner by phone and he arranged alternative parking for us.

Really clean and nice apartment with ample space for family with 3 kids.

it was a very clean house. the rooms were tidy. beds were comfortable and you have all the tools for bathroom and the kitchen. the host even provided us with umbrellas and bicycles for free. she was very nice
