A delightful stay with superb location and facilities.

Maravillosa experiencia, hermosa decoración... ¡Súper propietarios! ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Fantástica suite, limpia, excelente ubicación, en un barrio tranquilo a 10 minutos de todas las atracciones, a 5 minutos de la Fortezza da Basso. Los propietarios siempre están disponibles de forma remota, Francesca es muy amable y Virgilio, el ama de llaves, agradece cada petición. ¡Súper recomendado!

Great stay and the hosts were lovely!

The location is very convenient. All famous places can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The suite is modern, clean and very comfortable. Francesca is always kind and helpful, and ready for every need. Great experience!

If you value your privacy and safety I wouldn’t recommend

Rooms and decor are nice.

We arrived with our family of 6. We were told we couldn’t stay. We asked for a refund and it was denied. We stayed with 4 people which was communicated via email, bookingdotcom, WhatsApp and the housekeeper. 2 of our family arranged alternate accomodation. This would have also been verified by the security camera pointing directly into the living room of the apartment (!!). However at 7:30pm when I was in bed with my 3 very young children I heard a noise and the owners were forcibly entering the apartment with their master key! It was UNBELIEVABLE and such a breech of our privacy. Never have I seen such a level of unprofessionalism and I have travelled extensively the past 20 years. After an argument they left the apartment. If that wasn’t bad enough, 5 minutes later I heard a noise and found the lady loitering at the door! Her husband was embarrassed and tried to move her on but she was steadfast in that she was going to sit by our door. We didn’t feel safe and I should have called the police. I had to put the small table across the door at night. On the second day we left the apartment again to find her loitering by the front door. The audacity was incredible. Besides from the obvious written above, the building smells a little in the entry and Netflix is really a pretty basic requirement in 2023. There is no kitchen sink and also only paper cups provided.

Excellent!!

Absolutely amazing - great location to all the must see tourist attractions. Super clean, comfortable and well fitted out modern apartment. We loved it. Could sightsee till late afternoon, then walk back for a well deserved rest and get out of the heat. Batteries charged wonder back into town for a lovely dinner. The team were absolutely brilliant from suggesting restaurants to tips on what to do. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again without any doubt. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely like to come back. Great for family as well couple or solo travellers.

It is very stylish and comfortable. Good location and easy access to amenities. Host are lovely and cooperative. They are easily contactable, if needed.

Nothing as such. Lift would have helped. Microwave would have been cherry on the cake.

It was beautiful and the hosts were lovely. Having an outdoor terrace was such a nice touch.

Super easy communication and entry with the code.

Everything was wonderful but as a heads up, there isn’t a sink in the kitchen area so you just have to be mindful of what you need to wash after you eat at home. Not a huge issue at all though.

This is a very comfortable and comfortable way to experience Florence!

The apartment was very roomy....with a private patio as well. The facilities were very up to date. The location made walking to sites of interest very convenient. When requests of staff were made, the staff responded in a timely way and with needed things.

Wonderful experience in Firenze!

The location is nice. All famous spots are walkable. The apartment is modern and clean, and it’s quite big. Francesca is always kind and helpful. Great experience!

The style, the decor, the outdoor area, comfortable, modern look & feel, and the responsiveness of the host.

it didn’t have a coffee machine. More proper pillows for the sofa bed and with a a proper pillow case.

Clean and cozy for small family.

The room is very clean and cozy. We ran into the owner and stuff, they are very helpful and caring. we arrived early, they allowed us to check-in early. The location is perfect, about 10 minutes walk to train stations, tourists area and restaurants. You can always walk back to the apartment if you feel tired.

The best stay in a city of art like Florence!

Great location, in 5-10 minutes everywhere. A mega suite composed of a sitting room and living room that overlook a wonderful terrace, a double bedroom and a delightful and comfortable bathroom. An online reception always available, easy check-in! Staff always friendly and efficient. Cleaning and a great smell throughout the house. Recommended to all!

Cleanliness of the apartment, the beds were very comfortable and the location of the apartment was in the city center.

There was not much light in the room, it was dark. There were no cutlery and glasses in the room. We had problems with the shower(drain and switch). The final cost of the apartment didn't match the offer what was at the beginning for the apartment. Something smelled very bad in the room, we think it was the sewer.

Superb

Very good location: close to station and to the center, quiet apartment - very comfort to have relax after the whole day of exploring the city. The hosts take care of the travellers with lots of small but important things to feel like home.

Just a note : There is no elevator in the building - perhaps it could be critical for some guests.

Perfect location, appartment very nice and well equipped, twin beds and sofa are large and comfortable. Our host welcomed us and explained everything in a way we did not have to bother him asking any questions during the whole stay

Water heating is not sufficient enough for 4 guests to take a bath one after another. At least in the middle of February...
