There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet air purification within the HVAC. Ample parking is available. * Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway * No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property Area Information: Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the Downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, NASCAR Speedpark, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants. Myrtle Beach International Airport is a convenient 10-15 minute drive.

Great two weeks in Myrtle Beach at the Anchorage II. Been staying here for years and always look forward to coming back! Perfect location, close to everything, but still not in the midst of everything. Ocean view from all condo’s, and condos are always being updated.

We always have a great time in Myrtle Beach and Anchorage II is so close to so many restaurants and activities. The pool was cold and it would have been nicer if it was heated. I would suggest that renters bring extra hangers as there is never enough between the 2 bedroonms.

WOW....this is all my wife and I could say about this condo. The condo was really clean, beds were super comfortable, the location is the best. This place has it all. It was a perfect vacation! We would stay at this particular condo over and over! I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone. Stay here if you want to have a great time on vacation.

My wife and I had the pleasure of renting this condo unit for February and March. It is, hands down, the nicest, most comfortable unit we have rented. It has been completely renovated and the furnishings, flooring, paint colours and area rugs are all high quality and coordinated. The kitchen appliances are high end and the cooking accessories are all in great shape. We highly recommend this condominium unit.

This unit has been remodeled nicely, with the wall between the kitchen and the living room/dining area completely removed leaving a lovely open and bright environment. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and it is well stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. A nice touch is the presence of night lights in both bathrooms and the living room to help one navigate in a strange place in the middle of the night.We had a problem with a toilet develop during our stay, and management arranged to have it fixed quickly with no disruption to our stay.

We love coming here each year. The condo is nice, clean, and updated. We've been staying at Anchorage II for 10+ years. The location is great, right between Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. It is nice to be able to walk across the street and be right on the beach. No driving back and forth to the beach.

Love that this property was so close to the beach and it also had a great pool. Everything was good except for the outside porch /hall are a. The carpet is quite worn and rippled. Could be a danger for tripping.

We vacationed at Anchorage back in the 80’s and the property was in great shape. Unit was clean except for some mole in the shower. We had an issue with the door lock but they quickly brought us a battery which I replaced and it worked fine. The smoke detector was beeping so I removed the battery and notified the cleaning crew when we left.

My husband and I absolutely love this place. We first rented for Thanksgiving last year and was instantly hooked. We vacation for a week in August, soooo peaceful and relaxing. Was a little disappointed in having to smell weed several times while relaxing on the balcony, but I guess that's life. We have already booked our Thanksgiving week for this year. 100% recommended. This was our first VRBO vacation for our family of four since the pandemic. This was a gem of a location and the weather was spectacular. The condo was updated and very clean. The pool was a big hit with the kids and the beach was a wonderfully short 30 sec walk across a very quiet street. So convenient we never pulled the beach wagon out of the car and just walked back and forth. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in with our small kids. Kids were happy. Mom and dad were happy. We look forward to future trips!

Lovely 2 bedroom condo
Enjoyed our stay very much here and the condo was immaculate, easy checkin with pool and view of ocean , quick access to beach , only complaint would be the noise of people above us , like they were stomping on the ceiling every day and late into evening,, quite loud !

We rented 204 at Anchorage 2- what a slice of heaven! The condo was immaculate, renovated beautifully, very comfy king bed and in a terrific location! It was quiet, peaceful and safe. Everyone was very friendly and the easy access to the beach was great. Highly recommend!

The place was good and the walking distance to the beach was good to.
Everything was good except the communication with the front desk or property manager. I called for two different issues but the office was always closed you only get a recording saying to leave a message and they would call you back next day but they never did
