Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse. Emplacement idéal tant au niveau de la plage que des commerces, et en plus un garage (ce qui est loin d'être négligeable quand tous les stationnements sont payants à Palavas) . Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Appartement très propre et conforme en tous points à l’annonce. Très bon emplacement : proximité immédiate de la mer et du centre ville (nombreuses boutiques et commerçants). Box très pratique et indispensable car les places de parking sont toutes payantes à Palavas. En résumé, très bon séjour et appartement à conseiller les yeux fermés.

Super accueil des propriétaires très à l'écoute et super sympa, je recommande cette location, très confortable, à 2 pas de la mer et des restaurants et des commerces, aucun bruit de l'extérieur 👍avec un plus le garage en sous sol , ce qui permet de ne pas payer les parkings, très bonne semaine.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und hat einen großen Balkon. Besonders praktisch ist die Garage, die zur Wohnung gehört. René war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Location conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée et en retrait de la rue principale donc loin des bruits de rues. Plage à 50 mètres et commerces proches. Propriétaires très agréables et conciliants. A refaire l'année prochaine.

L’appartement et tres confortable. La terrasse est spacieuse avec grande table a manger etc. Tres calme donnant sur une rue laterale. Climatisation tres apprecie pour dormir. Cuisine bien equippe. Proprietaire tres gentil et serviable. On sera de retour!!!!!

Arrangements for a friend who lives in Palavas to collect the key on our behalf were made in a timely fashion and communications by the owner were excellent and friendly. No problems were experienced during our stay and the apartment can be strongly recommended as being within walking distance of the beach and all the Palavas amenities. Carl and Julia Bedford.

Tolle Wohnung. Top Ausstattung und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Beste Lage zum Strand, zur Stadt, zum Einkauf... Wir waren jetzt 3x vor Ort und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal. Der Ort ist ruhig und interessant, bietet aber gleichzeitig viel Unterhaltung.

Zeer fijn appartement, zeer ruim en mooi terras, zeer dicht bij het strand, rustig gelegen en toch dicht bij het centrum. Ontvangst was zeer goed, fijne gastvrije verhuurders, zij leven echt mee en geven u het echte vakantie gevoel. een aanrader, het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, fijne bedden en een goede slaapbank. Très bel appartement charmant, spacieux et bien équipé. La terrasse est un réel plus que l'on a fort aimé. Le véhicule est en sécurité dans un garage individuel. La proximité des commerces est agréable. Pas de déplacement avec le véhicule. La mer est a deux pas de l'appartement : c'est super pour les enfants.

Une terrasse magnifique, certainement le point le plus positif de cet appartement, permettant des réceptions "barbecue" décontractées et vraiment sympa. L'appartement en lui-même est idéal pour un couple (et éventuellement deux charmants bambins qui pourront dormir dans l'entrée sur des lits superposés), climatisation et box pour la voiture. Que du positif ! Avec en plus des hôtes adorables toujours prêts à nous aider. Soyons méchants : j'ai un peu pesté contre le manque de plat et d'ustensiles alors que la cuisine est super bien équipée. C'est dommage ! (mais c'est un détail) Continuons sur les reproches (il en faut que diable !) : le canapé lit est vraiment inconfortable à l'assise (il est vrai que j'ai mal au dos) et un peu inutile. Une simple banquette suffirait à mon sens pour regarder confortablement la TV. Bon, voilà, j'ai fini mes "critiques". En réalité, ça a été un excellent séjour ! Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Description de l'appartement conforme. Très bien situé à même pas 5 min de la plage. Et à 10 min du cœur de Palavas. Au calme tout en étant proche de la plage et des animations. Appartement très propre avec tout le nécessaire. Grande terrasse très agréable. Propriétaires très sérieux et agréable. Location que je recommanderais sans problèmes.

La description de l'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la réalité : l'équipement est exceptionnel avec par exemple, un frigo américain, ou un assortiment de couteaux de cuisine. La location était propre et parfaitement entretenue avec un balcon bien exposé et apprécié même en février. Elle est située tout à côté de la plage et la propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante. Seuls bémols, les climatisations réversibles délicates à régler et une VMC particulièrement bruyante mais qui devrait pouvoir être améliorée. Nous recommandons bien entendu un tel appartement ... et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

the flat is really well located, in a quiet building with garage and all equipment what you can expect and need. Everything is new an nicely made for a comfortable holiday stay. Located next to the beach and close to the centre of the town, you don't need any car for daily life and it's suiting perfectly for family with kids. We spend a great week with our 3 babes. Moreover the house owner is friendly and prepares as warm welcoming
