Nestled in Fort Lauderdale, this charming house for £635 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy amazing waterway views and yachts passing by from this spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath intracoastal-front home with a heated pool! Walk to beach, restaurants and shops from this ideal Lauderdale-by-the-Sea location. This home has a very open floor plan with all glass sliders in the back which provide lots of natural light and the perfect water view from the living room, master bedroom and bathroom with volume ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is redesigned with plenty of granite countertop space with bar stool seating and separate dining area to seat the entire group! The large driveway offers ample parking for up to 6 vehicles. Please be aware there is a pool heater fee of $25 per day. Note: there is construction going on throughout South Florida PLEASE READ all the rules before booking. Rules strictly enforced! No smoking on premises!! - you will lose your deposit No parties No loud music Quiet time is from 9pm-9am 10 people max on the premises day or night - extra fees will accrue if broken (additional guest fee after 5 people) Pet Friendly - Additional pet fee and cleaning fee required $400 No parking in the street or on the lawn Must be over the age of 25 Provide identification of all guest All of the plumbing is perfect in all houses, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guest is responsible for all costs associated. Please no disconnecting or adjusting the TV’s. If TV is not found to be working after guest checks out, $150 will be deducted from security deposit or additionally requested for IT services to come fix TVs. If any of the rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave the home before check out. Note: There is 24 hr surveillance around the exterior of the property (this includes a ring doorbell, backyard and front yard camera) THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE

The house is between two active construction sites. Unfortunately, we were never told this when we rented the home. The pounding, sawing, blowing construction dust and the sounds of two homes being built, was awful. We left our home to get away from our own kitchen construction and to have some peace, but that was impossible. Ridiculous that the construction was not disclosed to us, so we could have chosen another rental. The owner “tried” to help us out, but to no avail. I asked for our money back so we could rent another home from VRBO, the owner told me he couldn’t do that because he would lose money. I feel ripped off after spending close to 9,000.00 for one week.

House was clean and well equipped. We loved walking to the beach and nearby restaurants, and swimming in the pool. Enjoyed watching the boat traffic on the intercoastal. Property manager was terrific and very quick to respond and help out when a few minor issues arose.

My family and I (my parents and two teens) just spent the April school vacation at this amazing home. It is all it claims to be. The home itself is open air layout, comfortable and immaculate. It’s right on the Intracoastal waterway with a gorgeous pool, hot tub and multiple seating area. We spent every morning and evening just watching the boats go by. Never got old. It’s close by the drawbridge so you really get a great view of everything that comes by the house. The location, as others have said, is really ideal - near beach, shops and restaurants. Even easier with golf cart you can rent. We did several great day trips but at night just couldn’t get the kids out of the hot tub! Owner was very responsive, and beds were so comfortable. One very pleasant surprise was the never ending wonderful coastal breeze. Just love this area of Florida. And to cap off our stay, 3 dolphins passed by to say hello!! It’s a lovely setting and home. So happy we rented it. You won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to go back someday.

Totally enjoyed our stay (5 adults) at this VRBO location. Very close to all restaurants, bars ,the beach, supermarkets and right on the intracoastal waterway. Also safe to walk late at night back from bars and restaurants. The place did not disappoint with everything from property manager quick response to all questions to amenities to cleanliness and location to everything. Great job Michael! Thanks Again...

This property comes exactly as advertised. Fantastic modern home with backyard pool/hot tub and waterfront. Michael is extremely responsive and flexible. Golf cart is a must for travelling to the beach and local shops. The hot tub and pool heater is controlled remotely -- just communicate with Michael and he will promptly adjust to your liking. Thanks for the wonderful stay, we expect to be back again soon.

Communication with Michael was first rate. We had a great vacation. Adult children loved the ease of using golf carts to get around. We had a boat pick us up from backyard (Greg +1 (585) 230-1150 his vessel was awesome as was captain Barry, tell him Tonya sent you!) Backyard was relaxing loved the boats passing. Don’t hesitate to book this property. Be sure also to dine at Cubanos by Mario Mario is a character and his food is out of this world. Also hit Casa Sensei another not to miss!

We had an amazing time in Lauderdale by the Sea and in this home. It had everything we needed and the owner went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The location was amazing, with walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Sitting by the pool watching the boats go by was a highlight. Beds were very comfortable and we would stay here again.

Beautiful property. The house includes everything you need and a few things you didn’t even realize you needed. The property owner is simply amazing. Responds to texts really quickly, polite, kind and very welcoming. I really can’t think of anything to complain about... perfect stay!

The property was wonderful, full of amenities and bright sunshine. Convenient to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. It was very relaxing watching the boats go by all day while we enjoyed the pool with our family. The owner answered any questions we had within minutes, gave great recommendations, and was very accommodating for our early arrival and late departure. We will definitely stay at this house again when we travel to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you for everything.

It was a beautiful home, the home owner was very sweet. However during check out the cleaning people said being that there was a stain on a towel they would report that and we would be charged. Thought that was ridiculous being that when I walked in I could immediately tell the floors were not mopped. However I didn’t complain. We then went to put the blinds up and it fell right on us. Also, the pool area was not organized there were float toys everywhere. Very disappointed in the cleanliness aspect. Don’t think I would go back because of that.

This house was great! We ended up in this house after our original VRBO canceled the day of arrival. This house is everything pictured and more! The house is equipped with everything you might need for your trip, including plenty of beach towels, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. The house was spotless. The pool was great and the water views did not disappoint. It was great to watch all the boats cruise by from the pool. The house is walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. Josue the property manager was a pleasure to work with and extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was so great, we even stayed a extra day!! We will be back for sure!
