We are able to offer reservations in weekly increments with arrival and departures on Saturdays only. This amazing resort has it all. Set on 22 acres of lushly landscaped beach front property, the Hilton has married the best of Hawaiian culture with world class amenities you expect from the Hilton name. Your room has a stunning view. The attention to detail make your stay relaxing the the moment you arrive. Choose from six swimming pools, including Paradise Pool featuring the longest slide in Waikiki as well as the two-tiered saltwater Lagoon, named after famous island surfer Duke Kahanamoku. Indulge at the Mandara Spa, offering a range of soothing and relaxing treatments. There are 20 restaurants in the complex, ranging from beach front dining to Five Star event. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Please do not reserve your airfare until you have a confirmed reservation. The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty. Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement or view once the reservation has been confirmed. The essential Waikiki experience.Beautifully appointed apartment with plenty of room for four adults and a newly crawling infant. Two patios with comfortable furniture. Small but well equipped kitchen. Restaurants, beaches, shopping and convenience within walking distance.

What an amazing place to stay. We were on the 21st floor with a view of the lagoon, ocean, and Diamond Head. It was breathtaking. Each night there is a luau on the grounds we watched from our balcony. Space was perfect for a family of 6. So close to shops and restaurants. Could not recommend more. Would say don't park at the place, Hilton wanted 62.00 a night plus tax. There is parking across from the lagoon which is $1.00 an hour and a parking garage within walking distance which is 28.00 a day.

We had such and incredible time at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. This property is gorgeous and so centrally located to all the sights you want to see on Oahu. Our two bedroom condo in Lagoon Tower was ideal for our adult family of 4. We can’t wait to come back. Mahalo!

This is a beautiful property that is well maintained and clean. There are many shops and restaurant options close by. The main downside is that both the beach and pool areas are very crowded. My stay was 7 days in length and I was not ever able to secure a place poolside-at any of the pools. If you are a family that enjoys pool time while on vacation, I would suggest you be prepared to get up early and wait in line for a chair. The resort should consider not allowing chairs to be vacant for long periods of time at the pool. Many open chairs throughout the day being “held” by a towel only.

We’ve just spent two weeks at the Hilton Hawaiian Village staying in the beautiful Lagoon Tower. We have had an amazing time and would definitely stay again and recommend the lagoon tower to family and friends without hesitation. The location is superb and everything is easily accessible. The room was immaculately clean and you can see the housekeeping staff enjoy what they do, they are very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We took my 80 year old mother to Hawaii for a dream vacation. We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon Tower and were given the grand treatment from check in to check out. Our condo was a two story, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath penthouse. The views were unbelievable and the amenities were perfect for us. Would very much recommend this property and host 100%.

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. We were on the 23rd floor of the Lagoon Tower which took a day to get used to (my fear of heights!). The only downside was the unit we were given faced the marina and neighboring hotel. So when checking in ask if you can get a unit facing Diamond Head. We peeked in a room across the hall - breathtaking!! Nothing is guaranteed but worth the ask!! Minimal supplies in the kitchen but we made it work. Travel tip: Be sure to book restaurant reservations in advance. We learned the hard way but still found some gems nearby. Overall very happy with our trip and the location of the property and wish we could have stayed a few more days.

The room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfy and the room was conveniently located near the laundry room. The whole area was nice with shops, dinning choices and on the beach. The Friday night fireworks were awesome.

Overall the management company was great to work with and the hotel staff was great. The condo, though a great size, needs updating and a deep cleaning. Location was ok. If you are traveling with children and aren’t looking to relax in luxury then this is your place. Too many people for the amount of amenities offered. Self parking is an extra $55 day and added taxes when you arrive as well. This is not my idea of a relaxing vacation but for others it may be perfect depending on what you’re looking for.

Overall the place was great, it's walking distance to pretty much anything you could want, overlooks the area where they put on the luau a few times a week (so we could watch the fire dancers from our balcony), and has views of the beach and lagoon. It's a very busy area so the elevators in the building get fairly busy - especially around checkout time. The only downside to the experience is that the listing shows 2 double beds in the second bedroom, so our plan was to put our 2 young kids in one bed and our teenager in the other. When we got there, it was actually 2 twin beds in that room, and a twin is not big enough for 2 kids, so the teenager had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. When I inquired at the front desk they told me they did not have any units with double beds and that whoever put the VRBO ad up got it wrong. Other than that though, it was a great experience and the staff at the Lagoon tower were always very pleasant and helpful.

This space was the perfect little “apartment” for our family of 5 for a week on the beach. We got groceries delivered & enjoyed preparing some meals and snacks in our room. There was even a rice cooker which doubled as a crock pot for great family meals. We enjoyed reading and puzzles on the 2 lanais & playing cards on the large dining table.

This was such a wonderful vacation for our family. The condo was very spacious and absolutely beautiful. The view from the lanai was spectacular. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to stay comfortably. The resort was beautiful, but the food at most of the restaurants was ok and very expensive.

This was our best trip ever. The lagoon tower has the best amenities near you. The most gorgeous views not only outside our balcony but when you walk out. Their pools that they offer are also beautiful. If you want the best experience when going to Hawaii this is where you want to book. Service was 5 stars. We did lots of shopping and they would take everything straight to our rooms for us. Watched the Luau straight off our balcony. Our future visits will always be at the lagoon tower.

Very impressed with the Covid safety measures taken by the State of Hawaii. Local implementation was excellent. Did not observe any silly nonsense regarding mask wearing and stupid careless bad behavior. People were courteous and respectful everywhere we went. Thank you to the citizens of Honolulu and other travelers for your courtesy and very appreciated good behavior.

We booked 2 bedrooms 2 baths. There were more than enough rooms for 3 of us. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, rice cooker, cutting board, knives, bowls, plates, cups and mugs. There was laundry room on each floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers. very nice. If you can’t make a reservation for luau, don’t sweat, you can watch it for free from you room, or just go down to the first level. The luau show is every day from 5:30-8. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Nice 2 floor condo, 2 bedrooms, excellent view of Diamondhead and the ocean. Too many people were here for the amenities that were open making it difficult to get food and drinks on resort. Glad we had a kitchen in the condo. Easy walk to heart of Waikiki.
