Situated in Ocean City, this lovely house for £339 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The home is a 30+ year old home with 2 large extensions. It is perfect for that large extended family with lots of kids. The back bedroom has 3 bunk beds (6 beds) and is nearly sound proof for the kids. Large yard and deck. Pool table. 2 car driveway and small fish pond. Hot tub! ** New this year, a new deck Fire Pit, similar to Solo. 1 master bedroom with King, 2 other bedrooms with Kings, 1 with 2 queens and a ground floor bedroom with King. No High School Grad groups.

We rented the property for our family of 17 for Thanksgiving weekend. The home was as described. The large family room was able to accommodate us all for family and game time. The guys had a great time shooting pool. The home was clean and well equipped. Easy walk to the beach. The only small challenge was both full bathrooms provided access to a bedroom and the bunk room. The host was readily accessible for questions or concerns. Overall wonderful experience.

This was a great house with so much to do. The beach was so close and there were tons of great restaurants around. The house itself had everything we could possibly need, and the outdoor space was fantastic. Very grateful we found this place that met our entire groups needs!

we enjoyed a nice week with 11 family members. The house had everything you need and the host was extremely responsive! outdoor grills, a well stocked kitchen and 2 fridges worked out great. Plenty of places indoor and outdoor to eat, playgames and enjoy family time. Host was correct 145 th beach was perfect. Beach was Handicapped accessible and there was a local hotel right there that had a pool bar open to public. It was a great place to stop for a drink and dip in the pool before heading back to house. Beach was walkable but also alot a free parking available except on Saturday (very crowded). Overall highly recommend this house.

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this house. We love the 6 bedrooms and pull out couch in the family to fit our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, bikes, well stocked kitchen, beach gear, fenced in yard for our dog, the big deck with lots of seating, and having the sheets and towels provided. Our grandkids lived feeding the fish in the koi pond in the front yard. The location of the house is perfect with quick accessibility to Fenwick and Ocean City. It is a very short walk to the beach. Caine Woods is a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and plenty of parking on the street. We enjoyed walking to Harpoon Hanna’s at night. A water park and miniature golf are very close by. The owner had great communication with us all week and checked in to make sure everything was ok and even gave us a reminder to take the trash out for pickup on Tues. and Fri. This beach house is perfect in every way!

We were so happy with our stay at this wonderful VRBO. We had 10 adults and 5 kids under 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us. It came with everything we needed and more to just enjoy our stay. We loved how close it was to the beach (within walking distance) and all the attractions, and yet it was a quiet street and neighborhood. We felt very comfortable there. The outside space for the house was very nice. We even shared it with a neighborhood bunny. The hot tub was wonderful and we spent every evening on the deck. Our only regret is that we didnt have a longer stay to enjoy more of what was offered. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to enjoy our vacation, the ocean and some time together as a family. Memories we will cherish forever.

A group of fiends and our kids rented the house for an extended New Years Eve get together. The house was the perfect size, well stocked and the hot tub was perfect. Matt was a great host who made everything so easy and answered all our questions promptly. I would highly recommend!!

We loved this property for our large family. It is comfortable and graciously appointed. It has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. The kids and adults loved the hot tub. It is a short walk to the beach and there are groceries, restaurants and entertainment venues nearby. The host was responsive and a pleasure to work with. I recommend it for any season.

Nice house with a bed for everyone. We had a difficult time since the only access to 7 of the beds is through a bathroom. Very awkward. The house could use another bathroom considering how many people it can hold. Everything else about the house is lovely.

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful home. We enjoy the hot tub, pool table, fenced yard, big patio, and comfy beds. We appreciate that it is walking distance from the beach, the quiet neighborhood, and ample free parking. We have already booked for next year! We are thankful for this home that holds our whole family comfortably!

We had an amazing trip! The house is incredibly spacious, very comfortable, and well-equipped for cooking. Having a second refrigerator made storing left overs so easy, and the hot tub and pool table provided relaxation and entertainment. The location couldn’t be better — the house is nestled right off the main strip on a cute, quiet street, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and mini golf. And lastly, Matt is a communicative and gracious host. We would love to stay again and would highly recommend.

We stayed at the house with two families and a dog. It was spacious and comfortable, with a can't-be-beat location. - You can walk everywhere: 10 minutes from the free public beach, 5 minutes from the main road (minigolf, restaurants), 15 minutes to a waterpark. - Hot tub was a welcome gathering place in the late afternoon. - Huge deck and grill made outdoor meals with 9 ppl easy. - Outdoor shower was crucial - both for a rinse-off before the hot tub and after an afternoon at the beach. - WiFi and TV worked great. Pool table, games and books for some non-digital relaxation. - Kitchen was fully stocked.

Everything was super comfortable. The house held our 17 people easily. The out side shower is a life saver. The kitchen and appliances are excellent. The den and pool table were very comfortable and enjoyed. The deck and back yard were an added plus thank you for letting us bring our little dog. The bathrooms were nice but did cause a problem with getting in an out of bedrooms , but having so many beds made it worthwhile. The location was very easy To get to beach and all activities and parking was great. Having sheets and linens was a big plus. Thank you for a wonderful week. I would definitely recommend this house.

Matt communicated wonderfully, always knew what was going on, and the house fit our needs perfect, we had 8 adults and a dog, and it was not cramped at all! The pool table was super fun, and the outdoor shower was a wonderful experience! Great hot tub and gas grill. Lots of parking in front as well as 2 dedicated spots in the driveway. The neighbors were nice, and there was lot of beach parking a short drive to 142nd Street, just had to get there before 10:30am on the really nice days.

My family and I stayed in this property for 7 days middle of June and loved every moment of it. We have been coming to OC every summer and this has to be the best place we’ve stayed at. This house totally made the trip more memorable, the pictures posted don’t do it justice. This property is clean, spacious, organized and even had bags of clean sheets and towels ready to use. The fenced backyard was a non-negotiable for us so this was definitely an attention grabber as our dogs could play in the backyard freely and enjoy the area. The neighborhood added onto the greatness as it was quiet and calm which made our short walk to the beach peaceful and relaxing. Can not forget to mention all the amenities this place has to offer, highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful, wholesome and fun getaway.

This house was amazing! Everything went extremely well, from communication with owner to check in and return of the deposit. My family will definitely rent this house again. The rooms were big, the beds were comfortable, the pool table was added fun and well as the hot tub. My grandkids cried and did not want to leave. Great home for a big family, Love this home.

This house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. It's a great location and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, backyard and neighborhood. Beds were comfy and house was well stocked with all we needed! Thanks again for a great time!

The house was as advertised - just lovely in every way. What you don't get in the listing is the warmth and small touches that pervade the house. The thoughtfulness was evident everywhere, from the extra toilet paper to the clearly labeled light switches, everything is set up for comfort and relaxation. On the map it looked like the house was far from the beach but it was an easy 5-7 min walk and we did it every day with such pleasure. The house is in a quiet community that is far enough from the crowds and the tourist attractions and traffic so it was peaceful and incredibly relaxing. But also it was close enough that all of the restaurants, etc. were just a few minutes drive. Perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful in every way. Couldn't have been more accommodating. All around a wonderful wonderful stay.

This house was great for 6 adults and is a few minute walk to the beach. While there are a few areas that could use maintenance/refurb, everything worked as needed and we loved our time here.

We loved the location, the patio, hot tub, yard and the spaciousness of the house. We were lucky enough to see a huge variety of birds visiting the elder tree in the yard, the owls, several bald eagles flying over and the friendly squirrels! The fenced patio and yard was perfect for our pup.We will be back! Matt was absolutely great to work with.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms were spacious, and we made good use of the back deck and the extra fridge/freezer. We also enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub! The walk to the beach is super easy and only about 10 minutes. The house also has a few beach chairs and a pretty well stocked kitchen. We had a great stay and found the house to be as described!
