We had an amazing time in Glenwood Springs celebrating the Thanksgiving Holiday with all of our family. The house was perfect for our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed for cooking a Thanksgiving feast. The large dining table was perfect for meals and games. The views from the kitchen/deck/hot tub were beautiful. The host was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed every minute - and ended up staying an extra day!

Our daughter had a destination wedding in Carbondale and having the wedding party be all under the same roof really saved us several headaches. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the view.

We stayed 3 nights with 3 couples. The accommodations were great with each couple having their own private bathroom. The large laundry room was a plus. We really enjoyed the large deck and views. Location was just a few minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs and easy drive to Aspen. Would stay here again.

Views from the back deck of this home make you think you're totally off the grid but really you're just 10 mins from town. Worked great for our group of 7 - could be together or have your own space. Had a great time.

our extended family had a great time at Piedmont House. Perfect location against the mountains with cool breezes in the afternoon/evening. The kids enjoyed having the bunk room to themselves. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The large deck had plenty of seating and the hot tub was an added plus. The kitchen was well stocked and was easy to cook breakfast and dinners. Would recommend Piedmont House to anyone visiting Glenwood Springs.

This was a great place to stay for our summer vacation. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and comfortable and has beautiful views outside. It is about a 10 minute drive from downtown, so the location is great. I had trouble getting the grill to light, so I called Kenny and he answered right away…problem solved! We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying at the Piedmont House. After an unbelievably hectic month of May, we were all ready for some relaxation and this was the perfect place for that! Relaxing on the deck with the spectacular view or in the hot tub was our favorite thing to do! We enjoyed exploring Glenwood, relaxing in the hot springs and, of course, ice cream from Kaleidascoops!! Kenny was very responsive to any questions we had!

We feel very lucky to have found this gem. We stayed for a Girls Birthday celebration and this location exceeded our expectations. The entire house was very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen extremely well equipped and the view of Mt. Sopris magical! Our Hosts, Kenny and Emily, were available for any questions and check in and out simple even for a non-techy like myself. We plan to visit again asap and highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay! Kenny was incredibly helpful and very responsive! The home worked very well for two families. The basement offered plenty of room for the kids to play while the grownups hung out by the fire upstairs.

It was a fun with all my friends. We had a nice view and you can see the deer outside. We had our Friendsgiving weekend here. It was a great time for everyone.

This property is a great place. The views you have are incredible and beyond picturesque! Kenny made sure we had everything we needed. A great component that you don't think about ahead of time is the excellent internet speed. We had 7 adults all using devices simultaneously and the internet speed was keeping up and then some. Great for a remote work - mini vacation situation! :-)

Cannot day enough amazing things about stay. Kenny was very accommodating with our needs and stayed in great communication whenever we had questions and whatnot (even through our stay). We will look to book again- this coming from a group that included 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for us all with zero complaints.
Thanks again for sharing your beautiful property with us while we got away for Fall Break.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we were very impressed by the property! It was extremely clean and the master bath was a dream! The view of Mt. Sopris was breathtaking. We even had several deer visitors in the backyard everyday. On the way out to the home we even came across a field of elk a couple of times. Make sure to screenshot your instructions before arriving because there is no service at the home. Thanks Kenny for being an amazing host!

We had a wonderful stay at 170 Piedmont. The house was very clean and accommodated our family of 11 very well. We ranged in age from 1 to 80 years old and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking tools to cook meals when we needed to.
Our favorite part of the property was the deck and view of Mt. Sopris which was incredible. The dining table on the deck seated all of us and the Adirondack chairs were very popular for enjoying the view for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and star watching. The yard was awesome for the kids play time and there are a lot of toys and balls in the house to enjoy.
The location to downtown Glenwood and the pool was very convenient which was the purpose of our visit.
Communication with the property owner was easy and he was very quick to respond when we had questions.
Thank you for a great place to land for our family vacation and we will be back!

We had a really nice time. Very spacious home and great location including a large deck with spectacular view of Mt. Sopris, clear night starlit skies, and mule deer in the back yard every day. We also enjoyed using the hot tub every day. Our Host was always very thoughtful and responsive. Fall is a great time of the year to visit. Cooler temps and beautiful Fall colors.

It was so nice to stay in a place that was quiet, with a beautiful view and many deer and squirrels visiting us. We found this place to be cozy yet spacious enough for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean!

My husband and our four daughters stayed for three nights and had the most wonderful time. We loved being able to all spread out in this spacious home. We got wonderful rejuvenation in the hot tub and loved seeing the stars at night while soaking in it. We saw deer and chipmunks, including a couple of deer that came right into the backyard while we were watching. It was wonderful to be able to relax here in the middle of a busy vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 9 had a great time at this property. We had booked the house as an opportunity for all the cousins to get together before the older ones left for college. The location is perfect: far enough away from town to be quiet and see wildlife), but close enough to only be 10-15 minutes from your favorite activities. There was enough room for kids and adults to spread out and enjoy the space. Kitchen was stocked with most things people need, there were plenty of towels and paper products, and coffee was provided. Communication with the owner, Kenny, was great, and he was very responsive. He was even willing to provide a few extra lamps to help our readers see in the bunk room and in the main living area.
The house is perfect for families, especially the deck, and the basketball hoop was very popular. The backyard is huge and is a regular meeting place for deer. We saw many fawns every morning and evening. The backyard gets toasty during the summer days, so it's not very usable until the evening. We really enjoyed the beautiful view of Mt. Sopris every evening, and the adirondack chairs provided a great place to enjoy wine and share memories about the day. We also enjoyed almost every dinner at the large outdoor table. The hot tub was very clean. The only things that would have made our stay even better is a tv in the main living area (we had to compete with the kids for the tv on the lower level) and more adjustable shade provided on the deck (the sun is intense in the morning, so it made it difficult to enjoy coffee on the deck (we're not early risers--if we had gotten up at 6 am instead of 8 am, I am sure it would have been perfect). If you are booking during the summer, the main level does get warm, especially the queen room and the main living area (not uncommon in mountain homes). The house has two wall a/c units, one in the master (which keeps the room perfectly cool) and another in the main living area (helps, but it still gets pretty warm due to the size of the area).
Everyone really enjoyed their time at the house. The littles even said they wished they could live there all year long. We loved our stay and are looking forward to returning soon!! Thank you, Kenny, for a great stay!!

The house was spacious. The deck lovely. The view incredible. We rode the gondola, visited the caves, went to the hot springs, Aspen, and hiked at Maroon Bells, and up to Hanging Lake. We’ll be back!
The door code did not work when we got there and we had no cell service. Bit of a hassle driving down a ways to get cell service but the owner was very responsive!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Glenwood Springs! My two married daughters and their families traveled with my husband and me making a total of 11 people in this house. We had plenty of room and it had everything we needed. We spent most of the time on the deck enjoying the beautiful views. There are so many activities to enjoy in the area. Our 4 nights there went too fast and I wish I had reserved a few more nights. Kenny and his wife are so helpful and prompt with any questions we had. I would definitely hope to stay there again if the opportunity arises! Truly a 5+++ place to stay!!!

We had a great time at the Piedmont House. It was a perfect set up for 2 families with 4 kids (10 and under). I especially appreciated the incredibly easy check-out process -- no need to wash towels or strip the beds -- all the hosts asked us to do was run the dishwasher in the morning.

60th Birthday Celebration
We were a group of 6 from NY celebrating my 60th birthday… (me and my grown kids). Glenwood Springs was one of our stops during our road that started in Denver. All communication with owner was prompt and courteous… Before and during the trip! The house and backyard view are absolutely spectacular! We enjoyed many days/nights on the back patio with a perfect view of Mt Sopris …. The mountain scenery is ever-changing and magnificent! The home is immaculate and spacious… Giving us plenty of opportunity to spread out and have some privacy… as well as large common spaces to gather for meals and to spend time playing games together as a family. Location is close enough to stores and restaurants in the event you need groceries or a place to eat out. We enjoyed a nice lunch at Juicy Lucy’s and spent a wonderful day at Glenwood Hot Springs !!! If you get the opportunity, please try and visit Hanging Lake! Coloradough has the BEST doughnuts and nearby Carbondale is a nice side trip to see a neat artsy town nearby with lots of shops and restaurants! Overall we had a spectacular stay and I give this property a five star rating!

We had family coming from all over the states and were looking for a place large enough for the 10 of us. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The house had plenty of room for all of us but we spend most of our time on the back deck.
The views are amazing, the listing photos don’t do justice to what you’ll see during your visit. With the weather being hot (90°+) during our stay we found the basement always stayed cool.
Kenny was superb and responded immediately to any questions I had.
I would highly recommend this house for anyone staying in the Glenwood Springs area.
