Nestled in Florence, this attractive condo for £760 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Bright penthouse apartment 125 sqm + 3 private terraces overlooking the Duomo, 5 + 1 beds. 50 meters from Piazza Duomo, 2nd floor (top), without lift. 55 comfortable steps. 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning (2 double with AC + 1 single with air conditioning) + 1 single sofa bed in a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and windows, 3 private terraces with views. All bedrooms and bathrooms with mosquito nets and anti mosquito lamps. The bedrooms are 1 double with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, 1 single room and 1 terrace room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 double bed (it is not possible to have 2 separate single beds). There are no sofa beds in the living room and this is not possible Services: Wi-Fi without adsl limits, pocket wifi, Netflix, air conditioning in all bedrooms, 1 fan, heating, dishwasher, oven, washing machine (and soap), dryer, food processor, electric oven, microwave oven , moka, electric kettle, electric machine, iron and ironing board, toaster, LED satellite TV, espresso machine and American coffee machine, 3 terraces equipped with table, chairs, candles and sun loungers. Mosquito nets (there is no mosquito around the apartment because every winter there is pest control in this area). Welcome snack and 1 welcome bottle of wine, welcome orange juice or Coke and gas water. Welcome Nutella and jam. Welcome soap, body lotion and shampoo, 1 baby bed and 1 baby high chair are available and free on request. Next to the apartment at 20 meters there is a garage where you can park your car for a fee at about 25 euros per night, you can ask on your arrival. Bus stop 10 meters from the apartment. Nearby: museums, central station, markets, shopping centers, tourist office, restaurants, pizzerias, banks, bicycle rental, post offices, pharmacies, bars and pubs, gyms, etc. All the services you like (chef on request, massages, tours etc.). NON SMOKING APARTMENT. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. NO NOISE IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM, ESPECIALLY FOR STAIRS Pets are not allowed Oriuolo garage is 20 meters from the apartment is 25-30 euros per day. Advance booking is not necessary. We are not the owner of the garage. Please advise if you have a car so we can help you with this. We are available 24/7 for help with anything you need. Check out at 10am by the owner / period. You can leave your luggage in the apartment inside our room on the ground floor of the building until 16:00, free of charge. Tour tours, truffle tours, wine tours, museum tours or book a restaurant for yourself. IMPORTANT: Absolutely forbidden to pets of any size. Absolutely forbidden to smokers. Myself and two longtime friends stayed in this flat. The first thing we noticed as we entered was how VERY CLEAN and well-appointed it was. We were quite pleased and appreciated this! Thank you Marianna! The flat was spacious, we each had our own bedroom; the kitchen had everything we needed. Marianna had a bottle of wine and other beverages for us and some yummy snacks to get started. The place has 3 terraces, but we found ourselves using the one off of the kitchen the most - coffee in the morning, a bite to eat, and enjoying a glass of wine and the view. We felt very safe here and it was quiet. Marianna was attentive but not intrusive. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Upon request, she scheduled a taxi ride for us to the train station when it was time to leave. She also had a space for us to store our luggage after we checked out before our train ride back to Rome. There is no lift up to the flat. This was NOT an issue for us; for others it could be. This flat is well cared for and loved. We treated it like we would our own home. Would definitely recommend Marianna’s flat and would stay here again. Thank you Marianna!! We loved our stay!

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. A close walk to everything. Marianna bent over backwards to help us. Will stay here again. Really loved it. (There's a children's school sharing the square, can get raucous during the day. But bedrooms are extremely quiet if you need a nap.)

A great apartment and location. The view is spectacular from the balconies (of which there are three)! Marianna was a great host and very thorough in her communication for check in/out as well as recommendations for activities in Florence. The hoist we well appointed with everything you’ll need. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. Thanks, Marianna!

The property is well maintained with thoughtful touches throughout home (bottle wine, bread, jam) and felt like home! In addition, Marianna was always available to assist with our stay with suggestions or scheduling car service. We enjoyed our stay!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in Florence! Marianna was an amazing host that ensured we had everything we needed and she quickly jumped on any issues that came up.
The views from the upstairs bedroom are amazing both day and night! The apartment is centrally located so that you can stop back by during the day for a break. The grocery store are numerous restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

We had a great time staying at this property. Excellent location as well as a very attentive host. Traveling with a group of people can be stressful. The host did an excellent job with a seamless check-in & check-out process. Scheduling a taxi for an early morning pick up for 5 adults and 10 luggages was key. Thank you Marianna!

Great apartment in a fabulous location with a super communicative host who has a wealth of amazing suggestions for where to eat, what to see, tours to book and will help you with all your needs. They really know the city well and care about your stay and their property and will meet you in person upon check out.

We very much enjoyed staying at this location, close to the Duomo. It was very relaxing coming back from a day of exploration. Air-conditioned rooms to cool down and three balconies to have a beer after a shower. Great host who helped us out organizing a few things.

Absolutely lovely apartment. We were travelling 4 adults and 2 kids and had a great time during christmas. Super clean, beautiful and nicely equipped rooftop appartment with all you need and so much more... I personally enjoyed the neck massage device. Marianna is an excellent host and she will be our first choice again as soon as we are back in Florence!

Long weekend in Florence
We travelled as a family 3 adults and 1 child. Initially we were looking at hotels but decided it was working out too expensive so we decided on an apartment. When we came across this apartment we were blown away by the view of the Duomo and looked no further.
Situated very centrally but on a fairly quite street with a very good breakfast/lunch cafe a couple of doors down we found it to be perfectly located.
Once our booking was confirmed Marianna was very quick to respond to any messages.
She was kind to assist with travel advice (which was most helpful) and think she would be more than willing to help with anything you require.
The apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need and more.
The listing does state that there are lots of stairs to the apartment (which is very true and quite tiring to climb after a busy days walking!) BUT well worth it for the view of the Duomo dome that it gives you.
Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay at this apartment more than met our expectations. Location, location, location!! Everything you could possibly need, within walking distance. The apartment met all our needs, kitchen well equipped, plenty of room for our party of 5. Marianna went above and beyond, ordered our taxi for the day we departed, her ‘local’ restaurant recommendations excellent! Grazie mille Marianna! Al prossimo!

In the heart of Florence
This apartment was perfectly located within steps to the Duomo and a short walk to just about every attraction in Florence including some fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thank you Marianna.

Wonderful month in Florence!
The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and clean. A great space for two couples. We enjoyed the dining/seating area with adjoining deck for morning coffee and evening aperitivo. Plenty of patio and seating areas for all to be comfortable whether as a group or time alone. The air-conditioning was very welcome in the September heat!
We were able to walk to all that Florence had to offer on both sides of the Arno and made several trips to the train station 20 minutes away for exploring out of the city. The parking garage a few doors down was convenient and reasonably priced when utilizing a car.
A great home away from home! Thank you Marianna for your patience with our delay in leaving the apartment.

This apartment has perfect location, right by the Duomo, walking distance to all the major Florence attractions. Apartment is very spacious, with modern decor and in excellent condition. The shower is super big! Marianna the owner takes the time and effort to make sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need. When my phone app wasn’t working and we were late for our train, she called us a taxi in a matter of minutes once I called her. I highly recommend this apartment, amazing place in Florence!

Fantastic
This property was exactly where we wanted to be in the heart of the city. We could walk to everything, shops, restaurants, sites etc. The room was large with 3 bedrooms and a separate space for the living room area with clothes washer and dryer. It was ideal and our hostess could not have been better. If I ever return to Florence, I want to stay here again!

Delightful Duomo Holiday
We booked Marianna's apartment for our 4 day holiday in Florence this June. We chose it primarily for its excellent location and proximity to the Duomo area, knowing it would be central to all the things that we wanted to while we were in Florence. Although our taxi arrival from the train station was regrettably delayed by a parade and thick traffic, we met the property manager for our check-in. He was very kind and thorough in explaining the details of our stay.
The apartment is spacious, modern, and clean. It was exactly as advertised, with 2 large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. The bathrooms are not "en-suite," but we didn't find it a problem. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and the three terraces for our conversations at the end of our sight-seeing days. The view of the Duomo from the upper bedroom terrace is absolutely stunning. It was one of the reasons we booked this particular stay and we were not disappointed. The air conditioning was a welcome oasis at the end of the day. The washer and dryer was super helpful as well, as well as the drying rack that was available for our use. There are small shops near the entrance for snacks and refreshments, and plenty of restaurants in short walking distance.
We highly recommend staying at this location while you are in Florence! We had a wonderful time, basking in the view of the Duomo!

Family Vaca
Spent 3 days in Florence and stayed at Marianna’s apartment. An excellent property and super location to Duomo. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the views of dome from outdoor verandas. Host was very reliable and on time - even allowed us for an early check-in after an 8-hour flight from the states. Linen was clean and comfortable, A/C worked well, washer and dryer worked well, and “loved” the American coffee maker! Also, very appreciative of complimentary bottle of wine! We had a great visit and will definitely stay here again if we visit Firenze in the future

Views from the rooftop
This was a fun and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook some nice meals and breakfast was lovely on the porch! We had two adults and two college aged kids and the apt was plenty big enough for us. There were quite a few steps, your on the roof like four floors but we managed. Just bring something up when you come back from touring or shopping. There were two bathrooms each with showers so bathing was easy. The laundry was easy to figure out and the drying wrack was great. We came up in the afternoon for quite from all the people in town had lunch and a rest before going back out. Great place would recommend if you can handle stairs with your luggage! But soo enjoyed the views and location!! Great place!

Marianna’s place is so wonderful! Nicely located to everything you’ll want to see in Florence. It’s very spacious. The decks are so fabulous...especially with the view of the Duomo. The complimentary bottle of wine was the icing on the cake and tasted delicious in the deck with the awesome view!!! She helped us with a cab the day we had to leave. Truly memorable!!! Darling Flat, Beautiful View
My two teenagers and I stayed in this lovely winding flat. The owner was very prompt in sending her manager to rescue us as we were lost on an adjacent street, then kind enough to let us stow luggage after check out in order to enjoy a hands free day. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need to enjoy yourself while in Florence. We walked to all of our tours and found a very convenient and delicious restaurant only a few steps away. Enjoyed the bells chiming morning and evening. Our stay was too short!

Great Location, Great Host!
Stayed here with my family and we really enjoyed it. The showers were nice, the beds were comfortable, and Marianna was very helpful. Coffee and sufficient cooking supplies were provided. The internet was not the greatest but in the main living area it was plenty helpful and fast. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment location is surprisingly quiet, with 3 terraces to look the Dome from!

The location was really great. The terraces were fabulous. Bathrooms were really nice. The stairs were a bit of a challenge since all of us who stayed were 62 years or older and there was no lift (which was noted on the VRBO site). Marianna was very hospitable and helpful on all inquiries. Would have rated it 5 star if I was 20 years younger. Great way to experience Florence!

We spent a week here in November. The location is perfect for exploring all parts of the city. The apartment was spacious with room for family to spread out, but we spent what time we were home on the terraces enjoying the view and wonderful wine. Loved being able to wake early to work before sightseeing and listen to the amazing bells and see the Duomo. Marianna was so helpful with suggestions and offering to arrange cabs and tours. We were fortunate in that we had family here but if you don't she is extremely helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds are quite comfy. YES there are many stairs but what a great way to walk off all the amazing food. We would highly reccommend this apartment!
