Great location and the pool area was the best of the condos that we have stayed in that area. We will come back again and again if it is available to us! The only very minor issue we had was 2 light bulbs going out, which was remedied very quickly the next day. It was very quiet for sleeping!

This property is wonderful. The building and facilities are immaculate. One of the best locations in the Romantic Zone. The unit has washer and dryer and full kitchen facilities. You can pack less clothes. The rooftop pool is heaven. Communication with the management team was easy and responsive. Cannot wait to come back!

The building is very clean and well run. We enjoyed the roof top patio with pool everyday. The studio had everything we needed and the location could not have been better.

I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks. The unit, building, rooftop pool and location were all excellent and the staff was wonderful also.

I had a great last minute stay at the condo. It’s perfect for one or two people. Very quiet interior unit. Excellent a/c and water pressure.

Only thing that was lacking a bit was the bathroom, toilet paper holder almost falling off, toilet bowl would need to lift back cover off tank to get it to flush a few times and the toilet seat doesn't match size was on the toilet... Besides the bathroom, all was great.... Thank you from us

Very dark and has no balcony. The location was great. The roof top pool was beautiful but not enough chairs for everyone. I would not stay here again.

I have stayed multiple times at this property and will keep returning. The property management team is top notch and check-in/check-out is always easy. The location can't be beat...so close to everything! I sleep very well in the king size bed. The shower is great. It has all the amenities that one needs. And of course, the pool view on the top floor is fantastic!

The location of this complex is excellent. Room was clean and greet size for my 8 day stay Rooftop pool has amazing views. Colors & some furniture in condo has changed, but didn’t really affect my stay. Would book again. Recommended

Over the last few years, I've stayed at five different rentals in the Zona Romantica area, and without a doubt, this unit is my favorite. Great management; responsive if there are questions; unit is located next to all the great restaurants and bars; for being next to all the action, the building is remarkably quiet; the bed is super comfy, and the unit has nice blinds to (almost) black out light at night; did I mention it's incredibly quiet? If you like to cook (as I do), then the kitchen is adequate. There is a large refrigerator and freezer as well. BEST BONUS OF ALL: washer and dryer in the unit. It's in the corner on the second floor, so there's nearly zero foot traffic. Even though the building seems to have many short term rentals, it's very difficult to tell because it's so darned quiet. 24/7 security guards and fob-access front door. What's not to love? I can't wait to return.

Wonderful stay, condo had everything we needed, no issues or concerns. Michael and Omar were great to work with. Spent majority of the time at the roof top pool, amazing with 360-degree views, mountain, ocean, and city. Excellent location, everything you need, restaurants, bakery, stores, beach are all within walking distance.

They have changed the color so is now all in blues, which makes it feel much more dark, closed in and depressing compared to the bright cheery yellow in the photo. Seems odd it would make such a difference yet it does. I know there are units in this property that have no widows other than into the courtyard. This unit does have one window that allows outside lighting into the unit yet only looks at a wall and the back of another building. This window does allow for nice ventilation and was a serious benefit. The kitchen was adequate yet clearly not expect it to be used beyond making coffee or tea. There was not even the most basic of essentials. There were no spices not even salt and pepper much less oil or anything else to use. The pans were your standard poor quality Teflon pans that left bits of Teflon in what was cooked in it. There are adequate and actually nice plates and flatware for 4. Unfortunately I did not realize there was not matching glasses for 4 nor wine glasses for 4, until my guests arrived for dinner. I specifically asked if the rooftop and pool would be open throughout my entire stay and was assured they would be. Disappointingly this was not the case. The pool was under repair all but the last 2-days of my 14-day stay. The pool could be used days 1-2 if you didn’t mind it only being half filled. While the rooftop was open the noise from the workers was too loud to tolerate being up there. I was notified the day prior to my arrival the washing machine was not working but that there are multiple laundry facilities in the area where I could pay to have my laundry done. The property itself is outstanding, which is why I select the unit. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and will stay at this property again, just a different unit.

As studio apartments go this is one of the best . Please note it is a studio , not a balconied beachfront apartment. There is only one outside window and little natural light. Accept this limitation and the studio is a gem . Stylishly furnished and well equipped, it provided everything we needed . The real bonus is the fabulous rooftop pool and garden area, offering panoramic views of Zona Romantica. You will be only 3 or 4 blocks from all the entertainment and beaches, in a clean safe LBGT friendly area . Highly recommended .

The rooftop pool is amazing! And you're only a few blocks from tons of restaurants and shops. Go see Ari at Joe Jacks Fish Shack for a Paloma!!!

This is a cute (and very, very quiet) studio on the second floor near the corner of Basilo Badillo & Southbound 200. You'd think it would be noisy, but nope - very quiet. And the other reviews are correct - it's a very comfy bed. If you cook at lot at home like I do, the stove and oven and perfect. Separate washer and dryer closet are a nice bonus. Wifi allowed me to work a bit while here on vacation. It's a stone's throw from a hundred different restaurants, three blocks from the LGBT area, four blocks from the beach, seven blocks from the pier, and about 10 blocks from where the beach clubs start south of the pier (beginning with Sapphire). Stayed a month in May 2021 and have nothing but positive things to say. The local property manager was very responsive when I did need him for one item. Hope I can return and stay here again soon!

We truly found a gem!!! The condo is so nice, modern, & fully equipped with everything we could ever need. The rooftop pool is beautiful & with amazing views. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately by owner Michael. Cannot wait to go back!!!!!

This was the first time we used HomeAway and I was a little bit nervous about unexpected surprises. Everything worked out perfectly. Michael was super quick to respond to my questions prior to our stay. When disaster struck on our way to PVR with a tornado warning in Dallas, a cancelled flight and an arrival a day later, our 7 night stay suddenly turned into 6 nights. We managed to get our return flights extended by a day to get back our 7th night and I was fully willing and expecting to pay for an extra night at the condo. I contacted Michael and he was decided not to charge us for the extra night!!! This went above and beyond and we were extremely grateful for his kindness and understanding. When we arrived at the property it was Keith from Royal PV (the property management agency) that was waiting for us. He was super friendly and helpful, showed us around the property and gave us lots of advice about the neighborhood. The condo itself was the perfect size, equipped with everything you might need from a full kitchen with all the dishes and utensils, to beach and bath towels, laundry machines with soap, two air conditioning units that cooled the place down in no time, satellite tv, a comfortable king bed, a huge shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The building was clean, modern and secure and the rooftop was absolutely amazing. The infinity pool was heavenly and we spent a good part of our week up there. The location was phenomenal... on a quiet stretch of road right smack in the middle of all the bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is literally 5 minutes away on foot. I would recommend this unit to everyone and it will definitely be our first choice when we return to PVR.

This was my second stay at this property. Had a wonderful time -- the room was clean, modern, and quiet. The staff couldn't have been better. I will definitely stay here again.
