Situated in Bozeman, this charming house for £269 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy the luxury of this loft within Bozeman's Northeast neighborhood! Very private upper deck with fabulous mountain views and a hot tub. This home has air-conditioning. Dogs are considered with owner approval and a fee. BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This two bedroom condo is located in Bozeman's Northeast neighborhood. This historic part of town was declared an urban renewal district in 2005 and a mixture of old grain elevators, businesses, newly restored homes, and historic old homes fill block after block. The architecture has an industrial look. Perched above some commercial space, the home climbs three levels with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main level has all of the living and kitchen area, a laundry area, and a half bath. The third level of the home is a bright office/sleeping space with access to a private deck with a hot tub. The home has modern appliances, gorgeous stained cement floors and counter tops, and beautiful wood staircases. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The second level has two bedrooms each with a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom off of the master bedroom with a large tiled shower with dual showerheads. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination off the hall just outside of the guest bedroom. The third sleeping space is on the third level of the condo with a double bed and a private sleeping space. There is a deck off this room with a hot tub. On the main level of the house there is a half bath off the kitchen. KITCHEN/DINING: This kitchen is beautifully finished with concrete countertops, stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, and a full selection of cookware and serving ware for your stay. The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. The dining table seats six comfortably and there is seating for two at the bar between the kitchen and living area. There is also a little breakfast nook in the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee. LIVING ROOM: The living area has a very comfy sofa and a nice leather chair situated around a large flat screen television. The T.V. has full Internet capability allowing guests to access services such as Pandora, Facebook, Netflix, Hulu and many others with a great sound system. There are many DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment. There are large windows that let in great light. AIRPORT: Bozeman International Airport is 10 miles away. NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Recreational opportunities are just minutes away as the area connects to a trail network that is great for both biking and hiking. The town of Bozeman has an incredible selection of fine and casual dining, plus endless art galleries and downtown shops to browse. Yellowstone National Park North Entrance is 78 miles away. Ski areas, golf courses, hiking, rafting, fishing, hot springs, and horseback riding are all nearby. There's so much to do!

It’s an incredible loft, and you cannot beat the location. Couple pros and cons: it’s true “loft living” so if sounds bother you this is not the place for you… other than that.. the beds were fantastic and views amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Well stocked kitchen, great location next to an amazing bakery (wild crumb). There was construction outside early everyday but hard to manage that (there is construction everywhere in Bozeman right now).

The doors were a bit cumbersome to open. This was mentioned that they were going to be fixed soon. We did have a neighbor with a dog barking most of the day and night.

Grill on the 3rd floor, plus a hot tub, plus a place to work if you can't help yourself. Best part is the location - walk half a block to the best bakery in Bozeman, hands-down. And just a few blocks via bike to a great riding trail.

This property was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and 2 teenage boys. The boys were in the hot tub every night, and we all enjoyed its many features. This is the most well-stocked vacation rental I have experienced. We hosted a family brunch for 10 with complete ease. We will book this place when we return!

Great Homebase!
This loft was perfect for our family of 4. 2 adults, 2 teens. It was so nice to each have our own space. The hot tub was a real treat. Great location. So much attention to detail inside. Loved the industrial chic feel of this loft. Towels were the best Ive ever used. Pillows need replacing. Like that you have an assigned parking spot. We loved our stay. Hope to come again to this neat space. Thanks so much!

Skiing Get Away
It was our first time to Montana and we couldn’t be Happier! Skiing & a college campus tour brought our family of 4 to Bozeman. What an Amazing place! This property had the perfect location! Walking distance to Great Coffee Shops, Breweries & Restaurants AND only 50 mins away from some of the Best Skiing! The condo was beautiful! Industrial style well laid out with plenty of space. The kitchen had high end appliances and was well appointed. The Hot Tub on the roof was Amazing, being used often during our stay to recover from a full day of skiing!
Only issue we had was a small water leak from ceiling in the Masterbed room. The management company was very responsive to our call. They got us an answer within the same morning.
If the mountains call us again we will definitely be booking here. We loved our stay!

Great Location in Bozeman MT
We did fall in love with Bozeman Montana, lots to do, nice people. The reason I rented this loft is because we are older and wanted to know if we should buy this type of home. The pros, very comfortable furniture and beds, the kitchen was really well-equipped and they are dog friendly. The negatives, if you have the windows open you will hear the trains at night and a lot of commercial activity during the day. If the windows are closed, it is quiet. We had trouble with the air conditioner, my husband thinks the neighbor is turning it off upstairs because it is loud. When we got there it was stifling hot and it didn’t cool down because the air conditioner wasn’t on. There are many stairs and they are kind of slippery, our dog was not thrilled about this. Also, the grill is on the third floor, so be aware that you need to take all the food up those stairs if you want cook out. Because the place is so industrial and a loft, you can hear everybody in every corner of the place. Overall, I think you should try staying here for a weekend or maybe a week.

Excellent Location
Loved having Treeline Coffee so close. The property was equipped with more than we needed. Plenty of towels, linens, kitchen tools etc. our stay was too short to use the hot tub, but we will next visit! Excellent communication with owner. Trains are close and are active all night but we were able to sleep through them (and I’m a very light sleeper). Easy to find, in a great location! $35 Über from airport.

Enjoyed the loft, would not recommend long term, we stayed 5 weeks,-security doors are very hard to bring things up, even with the elevator. Short- term--good. Lots of stairs, so need to be very physical-Hot tub great after long hikes-view is great on top level-everything is lite industrial-no green area to get out in-business in lower level

Beautiful Home
This is a beautiful home and it seemed every attention was paid in detail. The kitchen is lovely. We made several meals here. Very low maintenance kitchen. Dishwasher works great. Master bath is beautiful. The shower is expansive. Never ran out of hot water. Only two problems. The hot tub was hot only one night we were there and we followed the directions. Finally the morning of our departure it was hot again. The other problem was that this home is truly a loft. You can hear people breathing at night on different floors. Not much privacy. Toilets are the only place sound does not seem to carry. Steps are plentiful so this would not be a good place for people who can't do stairs. The stairs are also slippery so be careful! Close to downtown Bozeman. Quiet.

Downtown getaway
My husband and I were looking for a place to go and had heard great things about Bozeman. This condo was everything we were looking for and then some, it was spacious and incredibly relaxing! It was just a short walk from downtown and had a beautiful view of the scenery! It was our dream vacation!
The condo itself was very accommodating (state if the art kitchen too!) and the plus side was it was pet friendly! In fact the entire town seemed to be accepting of pets, which made our trip that much more enjoyable!

The loft was great! It had everything you could need plus more. Just note when they say 3 man hot tub they mean it! And I do suggest bringing slippers as the flirt is concrete other than that I'd like to move in there!
