Nestled in Estero Island, this attractive condo for £85 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. *The Pool is open! It's time to dive in!* 203 B is a 2nd floor (3rd story) Beachfront condo with a perfect beach view. There is a king-size bed, walk-in shower, full kitchen and private balcony overlooking the beach. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The premises of Estero Beach and Tennis are wonderful. The landscaping on the grounds is very well maintained and lush. There are tennis courts, a BBQ area, outdoor seating, and many walking trails. The Gulf of Mexico and beach is at your doorstep! Located in the much desired South-end of the island with just a short walk to local shopping and restaurants. Take the trolley to downtown Fort Myers Beach (the famous well known Pier and Town Square). Beach, fishing, bird watching, and relaxing in a comfortable, updated Estero Beach and Tennis Club property. Make memorable moments of your winter vacation getaway on Fort Myers Beach, FL. TriPower manages plenty of units in this complex! We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter) only with a one week minimum. Condo was nice, just big enough to enjoy and has a great view. Turns out it was rainy and cold else I'd have been disappointed about the lack of a pool but we were warned it might not be done. Glad there was at least one laundry room ready for use. I'd stay again!

The pictures did not do the view justice-we could view sunsets from the patio which is huge for us!! The parking info was not mentioned on the rental agreement, so that should probably be updated. Also, no dishwasher in this particular unit, but not a big deal for just two people! We would return here in the future. Thanks so much!

Great Escape
We enjoyed our stay on Estero Island! We didn’t have a car, but could walk across the street and choose from a variety of restaurants. Over all great vacation
Need to get king size pillows. Plastic cups for beach would be nice and a fan for the bedroom. Those are just tiny thing that would be helpful for the next guests.

The kitchen can use more lighting, the utensils, plates, mugs, glasses, pots, etc not washed properly by last tenants. We had to re-wash before use. The sheet in bed had yellow stains. The bed was very comfortable! Neighbor was smoking, not cigarettes, the other stuff. We did enjoy our stay.

Good trip good accommodations good weather
Was ok. Have a condo we usually stay at but was booked. Was surface clean but needs a deep clean. Sand all over the floor before we even went to the beach. Vents and plugs behind tables dirty. Need new bed pillows. They were yellow. Thought this would be a good lower cost alternative but with vrbo add ons it was not.

The staff at the rental agency was helpful. When the hair dryer didn't work they delivered another one. However, there was construction going on in the condo above us, drilling and jack hammering and the condo trustees said it was allowed between 8 and 5. It went on for a day and 1/2 and for one of those days it was raining so we were in the condo.

Well... The cold set in here in Nashville and we packed up for ten days to head for a warmer locale. Initially it seemed like we had to beg for the agency to get back in touch with us, but after 3 messages and no return calls we finally cornered someone and booked our stay. Already being packed, we left the next day! When we arrived the condo was everything the ad stTed and more. Great view! Clean! A 52 inch flat screen we only turned on one of ten nights to watch a few Christmas movies. My girlfriend was slightly annoyed because she had to study for finals while there and the construction going on downstairs was a little annoying, but nonetheless she maintained her 3.9 GPA and we enjoyed 10 perfect sunsets from out balcony.

Comfortable bed and plenty of drawers for clothes and a nice closet. Great to have some beach chairs and an umbrella. Keyless lock is so convenient. For some reason there were no pool passes but since we were with friends staying in another condo it was not a problem. I am sure Tripower’s would have remedied the situation if I went to their office. We loved the short walk to the beach and heated pool. Also, it is nice to have restaurants, shops, and drugstore right across the street. Grocery store near by. We were here during the very busy February month and traffic can be a nightmare if you travel north. However, everything is within walking distance or make sure you head south. I will definitely rent this unit again if it is available.

Paradise by the Beach
This condo is updated and just as pictured - clean, comfortable (including the king size bed), and the views from the living room, bedroom, and balcony were nothing short of paradise! We loved the quick beach access - just down the elevator and you are on the beach in 60 seconds. We loved our morning and evening beach strolls, and the fact that this is the quieter, less crowded end of Ft. Myers Beach. Santini Plaza is across the street with many restaurants and shopping to enjoy (even a medical clinic if you need it), and CVS, 7-Eleven, and our favorite restaurant, Pincher's on the beach are just a few minute walk from the condo. You can also catch the LeeTran Trolly in front of Santini Plaza to explore the rest of the island. Lover's Key State Park is one of our favorite uncrowded beach parks to visit and is only a few minutes south by car or trolly. Fishtail Marina is across the street as well, offering boating excursions such as dolphin cruises.
The location of this condo is ideal. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience. Highly recommended.

The condo has a great view of the beautiful sunsets. The interior of the condo did leave a little to be desired. The condo was very small and could really use some updated decor. It was clean and had most of the basic items. The bed was quite hard, but overall it is sufficient.

the studio was fine - this was our 5th year in the same unit. it is clean and modern with nice features. it looks directly onto the gulf which is quite nice. the tennis signup is a mess. in 3 weeks we only got to play once and that was thanks to someone who let us use the court for which they had signed up. the same people signup every morning and there is no way for a newcomer to break in. this needs to be fixed. ebtc is close to shopping and restaurants, church, etc. it is very nicely situated away from the very crowded north end of the island.

Best vacation ever!
We have been returning to this condo for 3 years now and have noticed the upgrades from year to year. Internet in the condo is fast and convenient since we do not have to go to the lobby anymore. The bathroom now has a walk-in shower, so easy to get in and out. The sunsets are breathtaking every evening, couldn't ask for more with this Gulf view condo. Access to restaurants and CVS is right across the street, Publix is a few minutes away by car. The property manager is always helpful with requests. Clean and well-equipped, we will keep coming back.

Overall, the unit and location were excellent. We enjoyed the privacy and beauty of the beach. Minor concerns were the lack of toilet paper upon arrival and no beach towels in the unit. We had to purchase beach towels and leave them there due to lack of luggage space. The plastic mattress and pillow covers made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. A more comfortable waterproof mattress pad would have greatly improved the experience for me. Aside from those few issues, the unit is very clean and nicely appointed, the sofa was extremely comfortable, the location was wonderful, and the views were fantastic! We will definitely be back!!
