This is a modern 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2-car garage beach townhouse in the heart of downtown of Ocean City! It is located in Captains View Villas between 12th and 13th Streets. It is just two blocks from the boardwalk and ocean and one block from the bay. This unit has all nice furniture and accessories throughout, and it is beautifully decorated. This unit sleeps 12 - 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, 1 queen bed in the 4th bedroom, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Because this unit is able to sleep a large number of people, it is ideal for extended families during the high season. WiFi is available. Parking is at a premium in downtown Ocean City, but don't worry because you have two spaces in the full two car garage in the rear of the townhouse and one assigned space in the front as well as on street parking. Park the car for a week and walk everywhere. It is convenient to the boardwalk, ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, amusement parks and more! This unit is rented by the week during the high season. Nonetheless, mini-weeks are available in the off-season with a 3-night minimum for special events such as St. Patrick's, Spring Fest, Cruising Weekend, Jeep Week, Bikers Week, Sun Fest, Wine On The Beach, etc. Please e-mail for details. This house is in a perfect location for the events we were attending. It was also spacious enough for 10 people to not feel cramped at all. The garage was great too because we had the motorcycles. The owners were super easy to work with.

I've rented a few properties in ocean city and Ed and Lorraine's place was the most comfortable! We've had some issues with ants and other things but Ed and Lorraine were very helpful and generous with their solution. We had four couples and one child and it worked out. My tip would be to bring slippers and many hand and dish towels, bath mats, and anything you'll need linen wise to stay comfy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cleanliness was average. The coach was really dirty and stained. The house was good for our family. Multiple rooms was the plus for us. The bunk beds for kids was great for them to bond and enjoy the company. Would recommend.

Edward's house was very spacious and provided us with all the basic amenities needed in the house. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the beach to reach all that Ocean City has to offer.

Location is perfect, near the beach ( 5minutes walk) and the condo is very big! We were 9persons and it was perfect.

Overall great location and spacious home for a large family. We enjoyed out stay. The only negative I have is the kitchen tools and appliances, they were old and can use some new pots, pans etc. They also didn't have an iron, which is unusual, never rented a place without an iron, so we had to buy one.

This place is excellent for family and friends. Perfect location where you’re close enough to everything and you’re 2 blocks from the boardwalk

Perfect for a group
This condo was perfect for our group. We had 4 couples with babies. One couple had to use the bunkbed room, but other than that we had plenty of room. One of the bedrooms is in the lower level which gives a little more privacy. The walk to the beach/ boardwalk is not bad at all. There is parking for 3 car on the property and plenty of street parking as well.

The townhouse is what we expected -Was comfortable for the 10 of us-Did have an issue with other renters parking in the parking spot - Had a nice vacation!

Wonderful experience
The house layout was perfect for my family's needs. The kitchen was stocked with many utensils and other basic items like trash bags, dishwasher detergent, soap, etc.. The only issue we had was the cleaning crew had not been in prior to our stay to clean the property and it was very evident. I contacted the owners regarding the issue and it was straightened out. The cleaning was not the fault of the owners but the company they use. Overall wonderful stay and already selecting dates for next year.

The rental experience was absolutely fantastic. The rental was within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. We had everything we needed to cook with, do laundry, and relax. The balcony was perfect way to relax and smell the ocean air. 100% would we rent again....as a matter of fact we are.

Great instructions and what a wonderful stay! The pictures do not do the property justice for how much room there is. A very short walk to the beach as well! Highly reccomend

The property was as advertised and easily accommodated our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Located in a quiet neighborhood within a 2 block walk to the beach via a major highway pedestrian crossing that made it easy to cross with beach gear and small children.
Kitchen and pantry are well stocked with more than enough cookware, utensils, plates, cups and glassware for large groups.
Upon entry, it was abundantly evident that the cleaning crew performed a thorough cleaning of the property that gave us a huge boost of confidence given the current pandemic world we live in.
Owners also responded in a very timely fashion to any questions/concerns I had prior to the trip.
I would highly recommend this property for families, including children, that are looking for a quiet neighborhood within a safe walking distance to the boardwalk and beach

This townhouse was perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of room and it had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was great. Ed and Lorraine were always available to answer any questions we had with very quick responses.
