Two bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Tastefully decorated with a coastal beach theme. Two beautiful private ground floor garden patios for eating and relaxing with a small water view. Complex has a gorgeous large pool with multiple hot tubs, drink bar and gym. Unit was set up excellently for a family. Beds were comfortable and space well appointed. Kitchen set up for cooking. Laundry on site. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs available. Enjoyed our 2 weeks in this space and would definitely recommend to others & would stay again.

Our family spent a week here. It was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had for a VRBO. We cooked 1-2 meals everyday. The grills were also in great shape. Across the street was the best snorkeling you could ask for. The kids didn’t even want to do a snorkel excursion because it was so good. The property is very well maintained with plenty to do around it. We’d definitely stay again!

Our trip to Maui was amazing! The 3 bedroom condo met our expectations and more. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds are very comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and linens. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, pan you can imagine which made cooking a great option for our family. The bbqs on site and the eating areas were amazing as we enjoyed a few dinners outside. We enjoyed sitting by the pools and hot tubs and the beach is a short walking distance away. Thank you for providing food recommendations and sights to visit around Maui.

This unit is in a wonderful location…. clean, nicely decorated, secluded, and stocked with everything you could want or need. It has three bedrooms with lots of closet space and privacy which was hard to find! The grounds are beautifully maintained and, although we never used the pool, it looked inviting! The 2 minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset every night is a must! Can’t wait to return.

Great place to meet up with family for vacation. Walking distance to beach access and easy to create my own running routes around town. Also really enjoyed the Turtle Talk at the resort pool. Owner is very communicative and quick with responses. Highly recommend.

ML’s place is beautiful!! Fully stocked with all the essentials and clean The resort and amenities are great and well maintained. The beach is a 5 min walk from the condo and has a lifeguard. Dealing with ML has been a pleasure - very quick to respond to questions and also very quick to take action. We ran into an issue with the AC - the maintenance staff at the resort were quick to come up with a temporary solution and ML was even quicker to get the AC repaired and back up and running - Which was appreciated. We were in Maui at the time of the devastating wildfires and ML was very quick to reach out to make sure we were safe and had everything we needed. ML also made arrangements for us to stay on in case we could not make it out on our flight due to the circumstances.

We had a very nice stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The beds were comfortable and there was ample closet space. The hall bathroom was a bit small, but the master bathroom was a nice size. It was very convenient having a washer/dryer in the unit. We enjoyed being centrally located in Kihei with a fabulous beach across the street and many restaurants nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This complex and specifically this unit is in a great location. Great access to pool, parking spot for easy loading/unloading, with nice view from primary lanai. Appreciated cleanliness of unit and unit was well stocked. Also appreciated the detailed instructions for the unit that were provided before our stay as well as within the unit. We had an issue with the unit late one evening after returning from being away all day. I messaged the owner right away and she provided key help the next morning. As the issue was being rectified, I remembered from the instructions that I could've called the 24 hour onsite management company the night before but had forgotten this. This is a benefit of staying in a rental in this community.

We enjoyed our 8 night stay in this newly renovated condo! We cooked lots of meals in the condo but also could walk to several restaurants as well. Loved the sunsets on the beach just across the street. Would definitely stay here again if on Maui!

They overall experience was great. It’s a beautiful condo with amazing and well kept grounds. The only minor drawbacks were there was no full length mirror, the front TV wasn’t smart for us to watch Netflix, and the AC units are a little finicky but likes I said all very minor things. There was also a power surge throughout the entire condominium complex but the staff on site were great and acted fast to get everything fixed. Overall still a great experience.

Condo was absolutely lovely. Had everything you could need from chairs, coolers and a fully stocked kitchen to cook in. The condo is in a beautiful complex by the beach. We found it to be a very convenient location for exploring Maui. And the host was fantastic, very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

Had a miner glitch getting the key code but the manager was quick to get us into the unit. The condo was decorated with lovely colors. We loved the large island and dining table. Everything was very comfortable which made our stay very memorable.

This three bedroom condo is well appointed, very clean, and nicely renovated. There were things like spices, plastic wrap, Ziploc’s, etc. in the condo which was appreciated. We were able to add to some of the amenities, and I think it’s great when Properties leaves some of these essentials for the next guest. They were beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Everything you could ask for was in the unit. We would highly recommend this unit, and we will certainly be returning.

We celebrated Christmas and New Years in Maui at this Condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. The condo is updated and has a lovely kitchen. We even cooked a turkey dinner on Christmas Day. It is so well stocked with everything you need. The condo is spacious with large bedrooms. It is in a fabulous location close to the pool. And walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was recently updated and very tastefully decorated. It was nice being on the ground floor and having the second lanai with the lounge furniture. We spent every afternoon there enjoying a drink and appetizers before heading to the BBQ area. The condo was literally steps from your parking spot which made unloading our bags and Costco trip so easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Only minus would be the pillows were not great and we wished the seating area in the living room was bigger. After dinner we liked to relax and found 5 people was too much for that space….but we made it work and had a really great time.

Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely condo with our family of 5 adults. The ground floor, end unit location is really convenient. The condo is nicely appointed and decorated and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. Look around in the cabinets because there are useful things stored in different places in the condo. The wifi worked well as did the AC. The pool is a good place to hang out when the wind kicks up at the beach across the street. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host checked in on us and was helpful with advice before our arrival. Overall, a great property.

This was our home base for our daughter's wedding in Wailea. The condo was perfect for us due to the location on the ground floor and being able to park right in front of the condo was amazing. The condo had all the amenities and was near the pool. With the beach right across the street, we are able to walk there in the early morning to relax before the next day's wedding festivities started. Easy walk to restaurants and market if needed. The cinnamon roll was amazing for coffee and/or their amazing cinnamon rolls. Kamaole Sands and the location met all of our expectations and offered all the conveniences of home. Location is the best way to describe this fabulous unit. Both in the area of Kihei and the unit in the complex. Lower floor corner unit. We found the unit welcoming as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is fully equipped and new appliances. The space worked really well for the entire family. Would rent again!

This was the perfect place to stay on our first family trip to Maui. There was plenty of space, lots of extras (like plenty of soap, laundry detergent, etc...), and was walking distance to shops/beach/restaurants. We appreciated coming back to relax on the patios and making meals at 'home' after busy days hiking or exploring Maui. Everything is a quick drive away. Definitely recommend if staying on Maui!
