Check-in was seamless, with one issue addressed immediately. Property managers were friendly and helpful. Condo was spacious, well-equipped and very clean. Neighborhood was a joy to walk, some super restaurants were walk-able and neighborhood was clean and safe. The free light rail, provided access to downtown and stadium and museums. Would recommend highly.

My daughter and I really enjoyed spending the weekend here. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so I’m very thankful we had such a cute, safe spot to enjoy together!

A lot of character here to experience at this home. Quality and interesting fun furnishings. Quality and extra linens. Surprised with some snacks and an easy to make meal with even wine paired included. This actually came in handy since we experienced a lot of weather, during our visit, and didn’t want to run out in the rain.

We stayed here to be near the estate venue in Myers Park for our son’s wedding. Little did we know we could walk there!! It was perfect location with amazing amenities that were unexpected and much appreciated. All the makings for gin and tonics when we arrived! And quiet for relaxing the day after the wedding festivities. We would definitely return. So much better than a hotel.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful neighborhood! Classic 1920s style updated! Convenient to shopping restaurants, and our family. We especially liked working at the desk in the sunroom. Beautiful mature trees and big windows made our 2nd floor residence seem like a tree house! Very comfortable king size bed was essential to our rest while traveling. Excellent choice!

This was the most perfect home away; and this flat is beautifully furnished and well supplied. What a blessing to have the washer and dryer. I will be forever grateful that Jim and James have such big hearts to open their home to families with pets. I was so worried about finding a place that would allow our kitties, and then where they would be comfortable and quiet. This flat is so homey that they immediately curled up just like they belonged. Then we were able to relax and explore Charlotte and enjoy the close shopping and good restaurants. Jim and James were so accommodating and responsive to every question and need- they made it easy, and they are the absolute best. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Thank you so very very much!

Stylish, Quiet, Very Comfortable and Relaxing.
Was exactly what I was looking for, the description matches the location. When I arrived, there was welcome package including essentials to make a dinner and mixed drinks as well as snacks, fruits, juices and several different wines. Our out of state guests (from MN) truly enjoyed the unit. Clean, well decorated, great furnishings and super comfortable. Loved the porch/alcove. Easy, Check in/out. Owners and property manage very accommodating.

Apartment was superb, but the amenities and welcome package the owner provided was a step above.
Apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated. The place was spotless and beds and furniture were very comfortable. Next best thing to home. Had a great homey feel. The ownership was on top of any needs we had but really didn’t have any since they were so proactive in providing us all that you would want or need. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely, well maintained property in great location.
My husband, our adult daughter and I stayed at this property for a 4 day weekend visit with our son in Charlotte. This property is in a wonderful neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants (try Napa on Providence!) and a grocery store. Very clean and well maintained with thoughtful extras to make your arrival and stay enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and although 1 bathroom is always a bit of a challenge with 3 adults, there were plenty of linens and it is perfectly workable. The kitchen was great for making brunch each day and the living room and sun room provided a lovely place to just hang out together and visit in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Best short term accommodations in Charlotte.
I've stayed in many short term rentals and this company, the Home Collection, does it the best. Everything you need in a beautifully appointed space with 24/7 customer service.
Stay with them and you will not be disappointed.

Double WOW!
We rent through VRBO all the time and I must say this one takes the cake for a city stay! Not one detail went undone from the snacks/beverages upon arrival to the cleaniness of the apartment. We travel with our dogs and I will say pet friendly places are hit or miss- this was a total hit and you would have never known another pet stayed here. The unit is located on one of the prettiest tree lined streets in Charlotte.
The owners and property manager couldn't have been nicer or any more accommodating- they are definitely in the right business!
I would highly recommend this unit!

Hidden Gem
Beyond expectations. The manager Charlie did such a great job accommodating us for a girls weekend. When we arrived, soft classical music was playing, the lighting was peaceful and a full bar was waiting. The first night we arrived I made pasta and marinara that was left for us. We proceeded to look around the house at all the wonderful nooks and crannies. Everything we could have needed was there, pots and pans, towels, fruit, outlets , etc. I made a random request for a screwdriver and within minutes, I received a text from Charlie saying he left one for us on the table in the hallway. We can't wait to come back and we didn't want to leave! We were granted a late check out so that we could enjoy just a little more time. I can say thank you to Jim and Charlie enough! You won't regret staying here...

Fantastic girls' weekend spot
A group of girlfriends stayed here for a long weekend -- the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for the weekend. Great location, ample parking, and even some goodies (wine, snacks, etc.) waiting for us on arrival! Five stars all around.

Beautifully appointed, completely comfortable, great location
We had a great time staying at Queens Terrace while exploring Charlotte with our family. We loved being able to bring our dog and take walks through the neighborhoods -- Especially my morning jaunt to Starbucks each day. We were perfectly located to all the sights we wanted to see. Everything is 12-15 minutes away. But also enjoyed spending a lazy day around the house. It's so comfortable -- there is no need to leave. The kitchen (and food provided) made it easy to make dinners and breakfasts.

We didn't want to leave!
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful, eclectic, light-filled pied-à-terre 4 nights while we were waiting to move into our town home in Uptown Charlotte. I chose this vacation rental because I wanted an historic property that had a lot of character but wasn't stuffy - also one that would appeal to our 30 year old son, who was flying in from Texas to surprise my husband on his birthday (the day after we arrived). This property is every bit as wonderful as the images portray it - a visual feast of color, texture, light and sound. Yes, when we arrived there was classical music playing softly in the background, the lights were on and the bar-cart was set up a-la Madmen with scotch and vodka and gin-filled decanters. Jim had left a lot of goodies out for us, including nuts and snacks and cookies, pasta and marinara from Trader Joe's. Because our son was going to arrive at the vacation rental while my husband and I were out, Jim made sure he had a key to key to get in. I remember getting a text from our son after he arrived saying, "This place is awesome!!!" The interior design is so amazing, but there are certain elements that stand out in memory - the paintings by a local artist that remind me of Basquiat, the chandelier above the dining table, the dining table itself (I believe it is a Salterini), the cozy little sun room overlooking big trees, the French settee, the Phillipe Stark ghost chairs and the very well-equipped kitchen. We ate breakfast there every day and every evening we had drinks before and after dinner. The experience of being there as a family was a great birthday gift for my husband - something we all enjoyed immensely.

Fabulous Places - Excellent Host
My family flew in from all parts of the US (20 of us total) to attend the festivities surrounding my nephew's wedding on June 1. We rented several condos at both Magnolia and Queens Terrace. Jim did an amazing job of juggling everyone so we were nearby and had enough rooms. He even went above and beyond to make an extra condo available for my brother's large family when one of the A/C units wasn't working properly. The apartments are fun and eclectic and the welcome baskets of food and wine were charming. Jim spent a lot of time and many emails to recommend a great pizza place and bakery so we could also celebrate my sister's birthday while we were all together. The 2 neighborhoods were in the perfect location (although Charlotte street don't provide direct access to points A and B - bring a GPS or iPad). Beside the wedding, the highlight of the trip was when a group of us were having dinner right where they we filming "Homeland" - it was too much fun. Everyone enjoyed the weekend and the condos were just perfect for our group.

Great pad in Charlotte North Carolina
We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2013, and it was a perfect choice. Close to the city, upscale neighbourhood, free parking, air-conditioning, clean and tidy, welcome drinks and snacks, well furnished and appointed... and a very comfy bed. Quiet and relaxing - we could have stayed a couple of days more. It was all set up for our arrival, lights on and music playing. Rental and in/out process was easy and efficient.

Visit to Charlotte
The condo was impeccably clean, sunny, and in an excellent location for my needs. The owners included some thoughtful touches - ingredients to make a pasta dinner, breakfast items, cleaning products, wine, a stocked liquor cart - so that I was made to feel very welcome upon arrival. The owner's rep was immediately available if problems arose. The unit was accurately described in pictures. The modern art was not to my liking, but it is fun to step outside of yourself when on vacation! I would definitely return and recommend it to others.
