Amazing apartment - had everything needed including kitchen facilities. Good sized bed, spacious bathroom. Super clean. Was much bigger and better than I was expecting.
Water pressure in shower was horrible. Upon arrival, the provided pass code to unlock the door didnt work. A chat with an agent through the Sonder app resolved this. The location was fine for me as I was happy to walk around, but there is not much around within 5 mins for food, drinks etc.

The location was convenient for business in the southern downtown area. Access codes worked as advertised with no delays or issues on site.
The apartment was not as clean as I would expect. Stains on the carpets and generally a bit worn. Felt more like a private rental apartment than a Sonder.

-Serrure défectueuse. Nous avons passé une nuit barricadés car la porte ne verrouillait pas. Nous avons été faiblement dédommagés de 50$ après avoir râlé.
-Nombre de chaises inadapté. Seulement 2 pour 4 personnes.
-Table à repasser cassée.
-Moquettes tachées.
-Deux appartements côte à côte étaient réservés et ils étaient finalement éloignés d’un étage.

Qualité n’était pas la même que lors d’un précédent séjour dans un Sonder à Toronto.

This is the first time that I have booked accommodation through booking and I feel cheated. The apartment was big and confortable inside but the rest was a disaster.
The elevator was damaged for the 4 days of my stay, the system to unlock the entrance with three different passwords is overcomplicated and there is no one to help. It is located on the wrong side of the tracks, if you don't have a car don't stay here.

It was a great deal for the price. The location is perfect and the view was great.
The apartment was a bit dirty. The carpet definitely needed to be replaced and the walls need to be wiped down but for the price is was absolutely worth it. The neighbor was also really loud. I contacted Sonder and they reached out to them. It didn’t help much but they did what they could:

Not clean and did not provide tv or amenities like decent amount of towels or any blankets.

The spacious apartment and the washing machine and dryer in the unit as well as the nice high end kitchen
Minimal support , no essentials room for toilet paper , towels , ...etc

After staying here I will always stay at this place moving forward, it is equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room inside of your condo, this is the only way I will stay at hotels from here on out.
We needed extra blankets and towels, we had to track a worker down to get them.

it was very clean, gated so i felt safe, and the fact that everything was secured and required a code made my stay even more pleasant.
It didnt have paper towels or extra towels to last the three days

Easy access, felt very safe coming and going. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Even had full size washer & dryer. We only stayed two nights but is a great place for longer stays.
Extra linens (wash cloths) would have been nice. This is going to be weird but the toilet paper was awful, bring your own!!

I arrived & wanted early check-in. They charged me $25. I stood in the hall for at 45 minutes & no one left or entered my room. So why $25?
One night around 9pm women were loudly arguing in the hall for at least 15 minutes right outside my room. It was frightening.
Mattress was awful.

Great location, comfortable, spacious suites, great instructions for check-in and check-out, lovely balcony, convenient parking.
No bath gel, one set of blinds did not work.

Pros: clean, functioning facilities as expected, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to major museums, park.
Guest service made error with my request (not a big deal), and delay responses to our request for late check-out. Late check-out has a $20+ fee even though they told me there is no guest checking in the unit I stayed.

Great location. I was going to the MFA Houston and this was so convenient. Modern, all amenities, quiet, safe
nothing that would make me return. I would have liked a sheet pan for cooking (although many great restaurants nearby!) and there were only two dinner forks. The binds needed repair, but internet was great!

Area was safe and a 7/11 was a few blocks away. The apartment was very comfortable with everything that we needed. It was roomy and up to date. It was great having the little balcony for a choice of fresh air or air con. Although we had trouble with our apartment lock, the help line kept working on it until it was fixed.
Location was a bit suburban for a three day stay. It was an effort to use public transport with long waits and quite a bit of walking. We had a lot of trouble with our apartment door code and it was a long phone call in the night to get it reset.

Everything was so peaceful and easy to use. Our Sonder was always clean and the view was absolutely stunning.
All the different codes you need to get in. There was a different code for the garage, the elevator and the room. I feel there should be 1 (one) codes for everything, per guest.
