The home is impeccably maintained including every amenity you can think of. The owners were attentive and thoughtful. About a 20 min walk from Oregon convention center. Recommended!

A Hidden Treasure
We were very fortunate to stay at the Kinley Manor loft! It was a comfortable home that has the Portland character! It felt like I was staying the weekend at my friend's home! The main floor has the living room, kitchen and bathroom- the loft is where the bedroom is. There's a TV upstairs in the bedroom as well as the living room. All the necessities of home were there- nothing was missed. The full kitchen was quaint and well stocked with cooking utensils and serving pieces.
There was a list of local recommended places to eat that are within walking distance. We dined at the Cadillac Café and it was so good that we ate breakfast there two mornings- you have to try the French Toast with crushed Hazelnuts! There are three Starbucks within a 1/2 mile. We checked out the Black Water bar right around the corner and loved the craft beer- their whole menu is vegan. The local rail system is nearby (we didn't use it because we rented a car), Safeway is within walking distance and many other unique shops.
The only challenge we had was parking our car which seems to be a challenge all over Portland. But when we first arrived, at 11:30 pm, Scott and Rupert had parked their car right in front of their property and moved their car when we got there so we could park in front! Talk about hospitality!!!
Thank you Scott and Rupert for creating and sharing your wonderful property, we hope to return again some day!

All The Comforts of Home
Rupert and Scott were such a pleasure to work with! Kinley Manor had everything we needed for our 3-day stay. It’s conveniently located to the MAX, Lloyd Center, restaurants, and grocery. Since my flight was late in the evening, it was no problem storing my luggage until it was time to head to the airport. I would not hesitate to book this place again, hopefully during the cooler weather. Thank you so much.

Great location
Easy walking distance to lots of local restaurants. We booked here because we were attending a concert at Moda Centre which is less than a fifteen minute walk. The place was clean with a comfortable bed and couch and a functional bathroom. The neighbourhood was quiet & close to the shopping mall & Safeway.
Nice to have coffee in the suite + sparkling apple juice waiting for us. Rupert & Scott were friendly & it was nice to know they lived on the premise.

Convenient, comfortable studio rental
The location was great for me, easy walking distance to the convention center. The rental is plenty large for a traveling single or couple. Nicely decorated, very comfortable, much better value than any local hotels. I would definitely consider this rental again for any future needs in Portland.

Nice ground floor apt, quiet and convenient
Great apt. Very close to Lloyd Center and the MAX station. Very easy to get around on the MAX. You can easily take the MAX from the airport and walk to the apt. Rupert met us at the house and got us situated. Close to neighborhood restaurants and Safeway. I would definitely stay here again.
