About this house rental
Located in Incline Village, this attractive house for £373 per night is a great choice for your next break. Large, comfortable, clean, and smoke-free incline village home: 5 minutes to hiking, casinos, skiing, golf, tennis, shops, & restaurants. This single story, low elevation home was furnished and decorated with the utmost attention to detail. The KITCHEN is fully stocked with cooking and dining items (microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes/utensils/cookery). The four seat kitchen table is the perfect place to have your first cup of coffee in the morning. The LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM is open and inviting with a leather sectional sofa and flat screen smart TV with X Box One Console & Controller, and DVD player. Bring your own X Box One games or rent from RedBox in the Village. The living room has a wood pellet burning stove which will heat the main living spaces of the house with amazing efficiency. The large coffee table is the perfect place to play board games or to work on a puzzle. The dining table seats 10 and is situated next to a wall of windows looking out to the picturesque backyard filled with pines, boulders, and a basketball court. The double french doors open onto a large deck with a propane BBQ and patio furniture (dining and lounging). Patio furniture is stored during the winter. The GAME ROOM has a pool table, shuffleboard table, foosball table, and a flat screen TV. Off the game room is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for your use. The bedrooms Bedroom 1 - queen memory foam bed Bedroom 2 - cal king memory foam bed, private bath (shower, toilet, sink) Bedroom 3 - two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds total) Bedroom 4 - queen bed Bedroom 5 - queen bed All beds are made with encased mattress protectors, mattress pads, quality high thread-count sheets, down comforters, and cotton quilts. The pillows are made with encased pillow protectors. The bathrooms include a hall bath with a tub/shower, 2 sinks and toilet, an en suite bath off of bedroom 2 with a shower, sink and toilet, and a bathroom off the game room with a shower, sink, and toilet. High thread count towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper are provided. WiFi and house cleaning are included to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You are making reservations for a house in the mountains during the winter. It may snow. A snow removal service will be provided prior to your arrival. If additional snow accumulates, you may have to shovel some snow to move your cars. There is room for two cars in the driveway and one in the garage. No refunds will be given for storms or road conditions. We highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains. We cannot provide late check outs due to weather. We need time to prepare the house for the next guests. ***MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests (including children) is limited to nine (9) persons. If it is discovered that you had more than nine (9) persons stay overnight at the property, you will be charged $100 per person per day. In addition, you will be responsible for any and all fines incurred for exceeding the occupancy limits.*** As a courtesy to those who have allergies, we have a NO PET policy. If it’s discovered that you have brought an animal, you will be charged $500 to clean the carpets. This is a NON-Smoking property. If after your stay the home smells of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vape, or marijuana, you will be charge an additional cleaning fee of $350.

I’ve stayed in rentals all over Tahoe and this was hands down my favorite! From the layout of the house, to the location, to the cleanliness and upkeep, to all the fun things in the rental, we were truly impressed. Not once did I say, “I wish we had…” which I say at almost every place we stay.
We traveled with two families with kids ages 2-15 and from the shuffle board, to the Xbox, to the basketball hoop, they were the happiest. Less than a mile from Starbucks and the grocery store and 6 minutes from Diamond Peak, I loved this place. Thank you to all the work that goes into maintaining it and all the people that stay and care for it so that it continues to be great for the next people.

We stayed at Catherine’s place during the Xmas long weekend with family which included kids and grandparents. The house was perfect, pretty close to the ski slope, walking trails, the lake, and the town for restaurants and groceries. The details and amenities in the house made us feel like our own home. Everything was thought through and meticulously organized. We will come back again!

Amazing vacation house with lots to do indoors and out! There is a large yard with plenty of area for sledding and snowman building. Lots of sight lines to the yard to keep an eye on kiddos. The bedroom wing of the house is on the opposite side from the game room, so after the kids went to bed we had an amazing time playing games as loud as we wanted! There is shuffleboard, pool, and foosball. Great times had by all, thank you for a lovely stay.

Our family had a good time staying here. It did get cold here and there as there is. Draft running through the house we couldn’t figure out. The beds are extremely hard, I did not sleep well at all. Other than that we had fun in the game room, & my kids had fun in the snow.

The best winter experience I’ve had.
Let’s start with location. Prime and close to stores and a cute little restaurant and bar for the family.
The home is cozy. Like, Home Alone cozy. we had such a good time. It literally was a home that we borrowed from a family. Well kept and had all the pots, pans, utensils etc.

She got right back to us with any questions we had. The only recommendation for vacationers is that you bring your own washcloths as those were not provided. The only recommendation I have for the owner is maybe some patio furniture or lawn chairs as the deck is so nice to sit out on. There were only three chairs for the deck. I highly recommend this place. We have stayed at several places in Incline while our son attended college there and this was one of the most comfortable. The beds were comfy and so was the large couch. It was furnished very nicely. The best part was the game room. My family really enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool table. It made for a fun weekend.

perfect Tahoe stay
We had a incredible stay! We had 3 kids with us & there was ample room for them to roam both in the house & in the backyard. The house was clean & offered amenities like sleds, balls, & a game room area. I would definitely book this home again & hope to do so during the summer.

Lovely stay with 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids total). House is spacious on one floor. Easy location just a couple minutes to central IV, to Diamond Peak, and to the sledding spot on the golfcourse on Fairway Drive. Bedroom situation worked well for us, only caveat is that the bunkbeds in the bunkbed room, the upper bunks are more suitable for older kids (our oldest was 6) since there's no ladder and kids have to get up/down just on the wooden frame of the bed, recommend kid a little older than that who can navigate all that in the dark. House was nice and toasty even when cold outside. Yard is spacious and covered in several feet of snow, plenty of room for a few sled tracks right on the property! Kitchen was well stocked and worked for cooking dinners for 8 people. Game room is fun. Had to message the owner a couple times to clarify some of the amenities (washer/dryer, borrowable snow gear, etc) and she responded quickly each time. Would stay again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay - just immediate family during Covid times. Unfortunately no snow, but convenient location close to Rose Hill sledding, almost walkable to downtown Incline Village but not quite. Accurate pics & description, great communication with owner. We felt lucky the house was available on a holiday wknd.

Wonderfully comfortable and clean
We booked Catherine's place on short notice and stumbled onto one of the best vacation rentals we've ever found. The house was very clean, well-located, and packed full of amenities -- including a full game room. We cooked every night in the well-stocked kitchen, and spent our evenings relaxing by the fireplace. The beds in particular were extremely cozy. Catherine herself was very responsive with a few small questions that came up over the course of the week. Highly recommended.

Great House for a ski weekend!
We had a great time at the house this past weekend! We went with another family to ski and the house, area and weather did not disappoint! We had kids and teens as well as adults. There was space for everyone and we hope to go back in the summer to take advantage of the deck and basketball court. The instructions were clear and easy and the house was well stocked. Thanks again!

Perfect Home for a family vacation
Every summer and winter since we were kids we rent a home in Tahoe, this home by far has been the most comfortable and accommodating it’s now at the very top of our list of places to rent for a family vacation. It has everything you need from pots and pans to games and space for everyone. Very close to skiing, sledding and the lake as well as grocery stores and coffee shops. The bedding the pillows were beyond luxurious and cozy. The Christmas decor was so thoughtfully put out it really made you feel like you were at home. No detail has been overlooked. We were sad to leave but I think we will have to come back to try out the basketball court for a summer trip very soon!

We had a great time. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was right there and more. Kitchen was well-stocked. Location was convenient. Game room was fun and lots of other things to keep everyone happy. Hope to be back soon.
