Nestled in Wildwood, this lovely condo for £199 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 1,500 square foot condo is fully furnished with everything you, your friends and family need to enjoy for a week in beautiful Wildwood, NJ. No need to drive anywhere as there are three private parking spaces (two in garage and one outside) and our condo is two blocks from the boardwalk. The condo is also equal distance from either Morey's or Surfside Pier so you can have a choice. Please message us with any questions you may have. No pets. No smoking inside and please keep the sliding door closed if you choose to smoke on the balcony - please use the provided ash tray. Trash and recycling need to be brought down to the designated bins in the garage before departure. Please leave it as clean as you found it. Treat it as your home... with the same loving care. 1 King Bed 1 Queen Bed 3 Twin Beds 1 Couch Cable and WiFi are available! (1 cable box located in the TV room, two main bedrooms are outfitted with amazon firesticks so that you can access your favorite apps and shows.) PLEASE NOTE- ONLY full week stays are allowed in JUNE-MID SEPTEMBER. Saturday check-in through Saturday check-out ONLY! We do not allow prom or senior week groups. Groups under the age of 25 must message before booking. Check in at 3pm Check out at 10am

Terrible drainage issues in the main bathroom. Lack of deck furniture. Large condo or hotel across the street which was very loud at times. Condo was very clean. Some furniture was very unstable.

My husband and I stayed with our adult children and six year old granddaughter. The condo was nice. We would stay there again.

Arrived at the property, the property was clean. I stayed in the master bedroom. The ceiling light/fan must have been controlled by a remote control because neither of them worked. The master bathroom shower was a little tight. A lot of the window and door blinds where broken and missing slats. Cable tv was only in the living room with very limited stations. Most of the remotes had no batteries (had to go out and purchase batteries). Besides these items, our stay was good. It had a full kitchen which everything worked. The A/C worked great. The garage was tight but easily usable. Over all it was a nice place, just needs to be maintained or serviced a little better.

Overall good stay. The garage door was working upon arrival but we could tell there was a prior issue where it was a quick fix to one of the metal pieces. Halfway through the trip the metal piece broke off, thankfully our car was not inside or it probably would have damaged the car. When we contacted the owners we didn’t get a response until about 36 hours later, in which case it was not going to be fixed until after we left. We were able to open the garage manually, however the door would not lock therefore we felt a little concerned with all our beach stuff ( wagons and stroller) left there for days unlocked. The thermostat also had a lock on it that would not allow you to go below 72, not 67 as stated and there were also preset temperatures that were set at certain times of the day. Besides those two concerns overall decent place and nice proximity to the beach and boardwalk

The property is good but kind of basic no frills. Pretty limited furniture inside. Almost nothing on patio. Great location and proximity to beach and boardwalk. This is the area we wanted to be so all around good. Would be nice to have a beach cart/ chairs included like other properties we’ve stayed at.

Overall, the property was spacious, comfortable, & conveniently located. However, we found a series of items that disappointed us & ultimately prompted us to contact the owner. The entrance did not close securely and made it difficult to lock with the keypad- it took multiple attempts to lock. Vertical blinds had multiple missing & broken slats, the balcony had only 1 chair (the other was broken & in the garage), the cable tv had minimal free channels while the remote for the firestick for master bedroom was missing. The former renters trash was left in the garage, not disposed and smelled badly. We also had water running thru the bathroom fan above toilet. Fortunately it only happened once. We did share our concerns with the owner & he seemed genuine in his concern but in the end, nothing was done. Overall this unit needs a bit more in-season attention & TLC than it is getting.
