It would be hard for you to find a more central and comfortable accommodation, a better spot to fully enjoy the life and the fun of this amazing city. Other pluses: a large parking lot (garage – guarded) only about 40 mts., plenty of all kind of restaurants, pubs and pizzerias in the immediate vicinity (the most renowned restaurant in town is right across the street), Friday and Saturday open-air market in the nearby piazza, (huge, lot of fun!), theatres and movie theatres, monuments, museums, etc. right there for you to enjoy. The apartment is very close to the centre which is great. Down side is the street noise but ear plugs helped. The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment warm.

We loved the flat. So clean and a well stocked kitchen.
The living and dining area was a spacious room, so great for gathering and playing games into the night. Grocery stores close and great shopping and restaurants nearby. Check in was perfect with the owner meeting us and reviewing what we needed to know.

Apartment is in a great position in central Bologna, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants/cafes. Accommodation is first class, plenty of room, everything provided. Couple looking after the property very helpful. We found basic provisions in kitchen. Nice touch. Only downside was traffic noise during the night(plus shouty students at 2 am). Otherwise excellent

This large and elegant apartment is in a great location, on the busy, bustling pedestrianized street that leads straight to the center of Bologna. Despite all of the people outside, the apartment is very quiet. The AC works well. The hosts were welcoming and the apartment is well provided with the supplies that you need for the washer, the bathrooms, and the kitchen. Even some breakfast food. We were grateful for the elevator. The pictures don't do this apartment justice.

The apartment is just a couple of blocks from the main piazza, which made it great for walking around the historical portion of the city. And there’s a great coffee place just below the apartment - great cappuccinos and parties.
The apartment is comfortable. We didn’t cook so we don’t know how the kitchen is stocked. Our only suggestion would be to change the mattresses and pillows of the two double beds. The mattresses were stained and extremely hard, and the pillows were stained and lumpy.

Lovely old style apartment in the centre Bologna, easy walking access to all the main Bologna attractions, with many cafe’s and restaurants in the streets around the apartment, Carla was very helpful and accommodating with all arrangements including an early check-in. We had a fab five night stay in Bologna and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful part of town. The AC did go out a few times and ultimately failed to get restarted. The hosts were extremely responsive and proactive but it got pretty hot. I don’t know that they could have done anything differently to get them going though.

What a great apartment! Family of 4 (two teens) meeting up with family of 3 for a long-overdue reunion. The apartment is HUGE, with multiple rooms/beds/air conditioners/bathrooms, and just lots of space to spread out when gathering together (large dining table), or for small conversations or private time--whatever you need from the apartment and space. Washer with drying racks, appliances, fully stocked kitchen with many types of utensils/plates/pans, etc. is all a bonus and greatly appreciated. I'm trying to find a complaint but struggling. Maybe a few of the mattresses could be a bit thicker?This apartment is also very VERY conveniently located for food, sightseeing, trains. Check in and check out also super easy; the managers are lovely, helpful and provided a great restaurant recommendation for a reunion meal. Would highly recommend without any reservations.

We were a large family group of 8 and the apartment accommodated us all. It was very well located in the city centre. A walking distance from most of the local sites and the train station. Carla and Guido were wonderful hosts and booked taxis for us and maintained close communication throughout. I highly recommend a stay here.

Easily one of the most amazing experiences we've had with accomodation anywhere around the world.
Due to an issue at the airport we were late arriving but the owners were there to meet us and took us on a tour, explaining everything. They obviously take great pride in the service they offer and justifyably so!
Huge beautiful space and a great location on one of the main streets so close to everything yet still quiet with excellent dark curtains providing for a great sleep on comfortable beds.
Lots of much appreciated extras such as bread, snacks, milk, condiments, juices, cold water, etc.
Plenty of towels, plenty of space, and a wonderful ambience. Beautifully decorated rooms with nice spaces to just sit and relax in.
Great shower, good pillows, easy to use washing machine and a drying clothes horse provided.
Cannot fault this accommodation in any way, we only wish we'd had more than three nights!

Cleanliness good, greeting good, we expected better bed arrangements and quality. There were no wine glasses for our party of seven. Toilets a problem but owner kept trying to keep them going. When going on VRBO the first price that I agreed to increased dramatically by the time we signed on.Using the service in the future I'll try and getb the whole cost before I agree. Still a pleasant stay.

The apartment is in a great location for exploring the city by foot. The hosts met us at the apartment and showed us how to use the appliances (washer and AC), where to find extra towels/pillows, and had a few snacks to get us started. They take pride in their apartment and maintain it well. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. The bedrooms are very large. There are 2 bathrooms-one modern and one vintage. We were a small group but the space can accommodate larger groups. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean and represented accurately in the listing. Definitely can recommend and would stay again.

Early communications were a bit tricky, but we were eventually given good access details. Very nice owners. Spacious, traditional style apartment, with very good lift access and good security. 10-12 minutes walk from the rail station. 8-10 minutes to the 2 towers. Despite double-glazing, sleeping was disrupted by external street noise until after midnight. I would definitely recommend new beds, pillows, and bedding, all of which were below standard. Huge sitting room with dining table. Nice, but I would suggest that the owners invest in some updating.

Located right above Via Indipendenza, this property is perfect for a stay in Bologna. Carlo and Nino were wonderful! Nino met us at the property and showed us around. When we had trouble with the key at 10 o'clock at night, I texted Carla and she sent Nino right over (luckily, we figured it out before he arrived!) There is a "to go" coffee shop right downstairs and a "bar" (traditional coffee shop) a few stores down. We stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The street was closed off and we could hear the street performers from the apartment. It was a memorable stay! Thank you!

This place is elegant and spacious. It is a marvelous apartment with a big, beautiful living room/dining room, a kitchen with everything you might need, two nice bathrooms, a lovely room for breakfast or computer time and two excellent king-bed bedrooms, plus a third smaller bedroom with a single bed.. The hosts are extremely helpful and available. The flat is much larger than it appears and is beautifully furnished. I found myself sitting in the gorgeous living room and reading or sipping a coffee whenever I had the chance, it was such a relaxing and pleasant space. Thanks for a perfect stay in Bologna.

In the heart of the city, this charming apartment is convenient to everything! The owner was helpful, attentive, and always responsive to questions. We rarely have the luxury of an elevator (we rent in the old city of various ancient towns) and appreciated it. The kitchen was easy to use with a modern cooktop, and the fridge has a freezer (not always the case.)
We came in a hot September and much appreciated the air-conditioning. We breakfasted in the little room next to the kitchen and ate dinner in the large living room the nights we cooked in. We highly recommend this apartment

We stayed for 5 nights, with our family of 7. The apartment is great, spotless and the location could not be better. It was very hot in Bologna; the apartment has air-conditioning, but was still a bit warm.
A lot of attention was paid to welcoming us with a cupboard and fridge filled with Italian goodies, really appreciated!
Bologna is a wonderful city.
