Conveniently located only an hour from Providence and Boston and within easy reach of Highway 6A, this beach house is the perfect location for a great get-a-way. Nestled between historic Sandwich and Barnstable village, you’ll have quick access (within walking distance) to Sandy Neck Beach Park, a 6-mile barrier dune-filled beach offering fun and relaxation for all ages with life guards, snack bar, bath house, scenic sunsets, bird watching and even hiking and 4x4 trails for the adventurous. Head in the other direction and take a short walk to shops, penny candy and a wonderful restaurant. While in Sandwich you can visit the Heritage Museums & gardens; bike along numerous paved paths; ride, run or walk along the 7-mile long Cape Cod Canal; or take a leisurely kayak trip through the many nearby marshes and creeks. Public and private golf courses are close by as is miniature golf. You are also in easy reach of the bustling towns of Hyannis and Falmouth, where you can experience more fine dining, shopping, art galleries and ferry access to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We had a lovely stay with our family and my parents! Everyone had their own room - the house was well stocked, very clean and a great location close to the beach and the rest of the Cape! We had a great visit - highly recommend!

The house was lovely open and spacious great for enjoying family. The four of us were extremely comfortable.
The only thing that need improvement is the King bed was not comfortable at all. There seemed to be a whole in the middle. But the home itself beautiful. Would love to come and stay again. Thank you

We (3 sisters and our daughters) chose this location just and it was perfect. It was bright and airy and within walking distance to the beach. We absolutely loved the kitchen table and the outdoor space. They not only encourage relaxation but also echoed with laughter for the 4 days we were there. The host is quick to respond to any issues. It was a wonderful residence to come together

My family stayed at Debi's property for 2 weeks and it was great. The location was perfect, house was very roomy with lots of sleeping options, comfortable beds, & a spacious yard.
This house was very clean but there is a bit of a sugar ant problem around the sink. Manageable once you know to make sure you clean well and put all food away immediately.
Would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you Debi!

The house was exactly as described- very clean and inviting. The living room is cozy and the master bedroom is beautiful. Very well stocked, lots of books. We loved sitting outside enjoying coffee in the morning and grilling in the evening. Great neighborhood, very private. Walk to the beautiful Sandy Neck beach - never crowded. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second year here and we are hoping to come back next year. The house is clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Debi was always quick to answer any question. Our grandkids love it here and feel right at home. We used the backyard and patio area every morning for coffee with the bunnies and evening for snacks and dinner. The beach is right at end of the road and we loved taking advantage of the beautiful sunsets. Close enough to the canal, restaurants, and shopping. Another thumbs up. Thanks for sharing your home.

Beautiful House perfect for Family’s
We stayed here a weekend with our two toddlers and another family that also had small kids, and the place was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone, the house was super cute and clean, and the place was very kid friendly. The kiddos loved the backyard and seeing the wild bunnies that came around. We ended up driving to the beach, but it was close enough we could’ve walked and taken a stroller easily if we wanted too. The area is beautiful and we have wonderful memories from this vacation!

We had a great week on the cape staying here centrally located to everything, the house was very clean and the chalk board in the dining room was a big hit for our almost 3 year old song with the jacuzzi tub upstairs , the only down fall was having to drive to the beach the walk was too far with all the beach stuff that comes along with children but we were staying after Labor Day so beach parking was free so it worked out perfectly the fenced in back yard was great for hanging out on the patio after a day at the beach we also really enjoyed the comfy couches in the living room for movie time at night would definitely stay again

Perfect Vacation
First impression was how cozy and CLEAN this home was. We were there with our children and two grandchildren. The beach was right down the road, and we were able to walk/run mornings on the walking path. Kids loved the back yard with lots of bunnies in the morning. Very family oriented area and the canal, and shopping center is only 10 minutes away. Debi was so helpful with any question I had from the start. Highly recommend! Sandwich is a great town on the Cape!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very comfortable, we loved the large backyard and seeing the bunny rabbits in the morning. We were close enough to anything we wanted to do on Cape Cod, but far away from the crowds. The walk to the beach is easy, there's a large walkway the entire way. I absolutely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach, and close to restaurants, ice cream places, and other fun shopping places. The home itself is lovely. It is clean, has a huge backyard with a covered "gazebo" area, is quiet and is decorated very tastefully.
