About this house rental

Located in Surfside Beach, this lovely house for £473 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Come and make lasting memories in this spacious 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house with private pool. Just a short 244 yard walk to the beach. Enjoy the New Surfside Pier (opening TBD) and the variety of restaurants, all within walking distance. Each bedroom has it's own private bath with a blow dryer. A half bath is on the first floor. "Seawalk 2" accommodates up to 12 guests. The kitchen has all updated SS appliances and is fully equipped for a chef. Furnished balconies on first floor off of the family room and another on the second floor off the large front bedroom. Five color flat screen TVs (cable) and DVD players are also provided. 4 of these are Smart TV's. Free WiFi. Two pack-n-plays and umbrella stroller are available for infants and small children. Sleeping accommodations include one king, 3 queen and four double-sized beds. Enjoy the private tropical back yard with a 9.5-by-19 foot pool with pool furniture. A charcoal grill and a large 8 foot picnic table are near the pool under cover. Washer and Dryer conveniently located on second floor just outside the bedrooms. Plenty of parking (some covered). No smoking. No pets. Motorcycles and trailers OK, No ATV's. Additional grass parking around back also. Linens not included. Complete linen rental for 12 people includes bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, sheets for all beds and sleeper are available for $210. Linen package rental will not be charged through this site. Contact owner to bill separately. The guest who signs the rental agreement MUST be a guest in our home during the entirety of the rental agreement. A copy of renter's valid State drivers license or Gov't issued ID is required along with a signed Rental Agreement. NOTE: PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. The Beach, the NEW Surfside Pier and famous Surfside Beach restaurants and bars are located just a short 0.1 mile walk. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions. There are over 100 Golf Courses located in the Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach is just to the north and Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, The Garden City Pier, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant and numerous restaurants in Murrells Inlet. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.

Best place we have stayed at Surfside Beach . House was perfect, owner was fabulous. Not a single troublesome issue. Close to the beach. First night a group 2 housea over was wild til after 1 in the morning. Contacted the owner of that propwrty through the rental agency, it was handled. Love Surfside, love Dogwood drive!

Such a lovely home. Much bigger than we needed, but a great price. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach, tons of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the park just 2 blocks away.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was large enough for us to enjoy time together and to give everyone their own space at the same time. Close to the beach, shops and dining. Only 20 min drive to attractions. Would return again!

We all had a wonderful time here, two families rented this house and there was plenty of room for all. House was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the terraces, pool area, and close proximity to the beach and a few restaurants both within within easy walking distance even for toddlers. Supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, and water park very close by too. Great stay and owner was always very prompt communicating with any questions.

We had 7 adults and 2 children on our trip and had a fabulous time and felt like there was plenty of room and the ability to escape for some quiet time from the group. We found the place to be very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals there. We especially enjoyed the pool and it was very clean. The beach is very close. There looks to be plenty things to do but we kept to ourselves due to the pandemic. We would definitely come back!
