The second level porch offers an enchanting view of the ocean and its surroundings. The back porch offers a relaxing view of the sparkling blue water of the private pool. The first level covered wrap around porch provides plenty of room for those late afternoon family get togethers. This 2,600 square foot clean home provides plenty of room with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four cable tvs, internet access, and a BBQ grill complete the package. This vacation home is located 15 minutes from Market Commons which is a wonderful place to spend any late afternoon shopping, dining, or catching a movie. Coastal Grand Mall is also located 20 minutes from the home with a multitude of shops and restaurants. If it is local seafood you crave then 20 minutes south is Murrells Inlet's famous "Restaurant Row" which can satisfy even the pickiest eater! Plenty of locally owned family restaurants are located within 5 to 10 minutes of the home for those nights when you want something really close. Nybills at Surfside Pier is one of the best. Nybills offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If it is action you seek then Wild Water and Wheels Water Park is only ten minutes away on Hwy 17. Golf and putt-putt courses provide any golfer with more choices to play than could be imagined. Sport fishing can be found nearby at Murrels Inlet or Gulf Stream Marina where a host of boats await the eager fisherman trying to catch the "big one". Surfside Beach is known as the "Family Beach". Our stay at this lovely home was a breath of fresh air! The walk to the beach was minimal, the pool was absolutely amazing. With such a big family it’s hard to know if something will actually be equipped with enough dishes and enough in the kitchen as it is and the kitchen was amazing! There was enough everything in there. Parking was super awesome, shopping is close by. Lisa the host is awesome with communication and any questions you have at all. We ordered our linens from Carolina Linen (which Lisa recommended) they were awesome as well and I would definitely suggest them if you’re going. This home is definitely great and I would suggest it to anyone!

Stayed here with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. The space was good, the pool was very nice and the location to the beach just perfect. Lisa was great to work with. Already planning to return next summer!

Beautiful house, the pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for 10 people, could definitely have fit more. Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Lisa, the owner, was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Home was very clean and better than the pictures in the listing. There is actually a side by side refrigerator with an ice maker. Very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart but honestly really wouldn't have needed it unless you have someone elderly or very young children. The pool was a very nice bonus and was almost too warm at times due to the extreme heat. Everything worked as it should and we didn't have any problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, 4 minute walk to the beach. I will never rent another property that doesn't have a pool in the back yard. Would like to see linens included, but it definitely is not a deal breaker. Grocery store conveniently located.

This was our family’s first time to Surfside beach, and this was the perfect home for our stay! There were four families, three which had children (2 month old, 1.5 year old, and 4 year old). Lisa was responsive and beyond helpful! I had a lot of questions about the house and area prior to our trip and she always answered my email or called me within 24 hours. When we arrived, the house was as spotless! I have stayed in a lot of rentals and seriously never stayed in one this clean. The washer/dryer seemed brand new, the furniture was comfortable, and we all had an amazing time! The location to the beach was great and the upstairs balcony had a view of the ocean! The pool was spotless and my son learned to swim while we were there!! This was my first trip with all my family in 16 years and I’m so glad we chose this home! ❤️

This home was perfect for my family who travelled around the country to stay for a few days for my Son's graduation from Coastal Carolina University. Spacious, wonderful pool, ample kitchen supplies, 2 minute walk to the beach. Best of all, Lisa the owner was a gracious and accommodating host! Totally recommend this home and owner. My daughter got married right on the beach at Surfside. We rented this house to accommodate immediate family for the wedding. The house was so close to the ceremony and within minutes of everything you need. I wish we could have spent more time relaxing on the beach. The house is kept clean! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a very spacious house with a great location. Only critique I can give is that the pool was really dirty with debris and leaves but it was a little chilly so not a huge issue. Loved our trip and would definitely go to this house again.

My family and I had a great experience at this property. Location to the beach was great, just within a very short walk. The house was clean, spacious, and enough room for my entire family. There was ample parking space for our 3 vehicles. We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway there. Lisa was very responsive and answered all of our questions (I must have called her 5 times the evening we arrived, and she answered the phone every single time). She is a great host! We felt at home during our stay there. We will definitely stay there again next time we're in Surfside Beach, provided that the property is available. The only downside was, we wished linen was provided. We didn't want to rent linen, so we ended up bringing our own, but it was a bit of a challenge. A few light bulbs were out in one of bedrooms (the one with the 2 queen beds). Other than these, our overall experience was a great one! My entire family enjoyed our time there! We will definitely be back. 😊

After finding out the complex we were originally scheduled to play at had been changed we were looking to find something closer to the new complex. Found this house on VRBO and booked. Lisa was great to answer all my questions and it was close to the beach which I never got to see!! House was very clean my only suggestions would be a dust pan for sweeping & a mop. There was really no water pressure in the showers it was a trickle which made washing hair for us girls with extremely thick hair difficult. I would recommend this property and I would stay here again.

The location of the house is wonderful. Just a straight walk onto the beach. It was a peaceful neighborhood which we really enjoyed. It would have been nice if there were DVD players (or a few more channels on the tv). Not that were there to watch tv, but in down time, the kids would have like that option. I only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness as the walls looked dirty and there was a faint smell as you walk in the door downstairs. The pool was great! Overall we enjoyed our visit.

This property was amazing. The owner is the best I have ever rented from. If I could afford it I would rent a week there every summer. Location was great. House was all it said it was. Plenty of room and privacy for all my family 10 strong. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone.
