About this house rental
Located in Surfside Beach, this charming house for £342 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. ***ALL INCLUSIVE RATES (weekly rate) includes Departure Cleaning, Linen package (see below), Maintained Gas Grill and use of Beach Chairs/Beach Umbrellas. RENTS SATURDAY (check in at 4 pm) TO SATURDAY (check out at 10 am) Linen package - see below*** Property Features: Sunny Side Up is 2nd row beach house located across the street and steps to the sand and ocean. Enjoy the private swimming pool (13’ x 19’) or relax on one of the three decks. The master bedroom has its own private sundeck. Amenities in this house include a TV with cable in each bedroom, a 70 inch wall mounted Smart TV in the living area and an additional TV in the sitting area located on the second floor. There are DVD players for movie viewing and hi-speed internet. Ceramic tile floors throughout the living areas and all 5 bedrooms. The house is very well kept, spacious and comfortable. We continue to make improvements every year. (NEW in 2022 - a majority of the interior has been re-painted, along with new wall treatments and some new furniture pieces. New handrails and carpeting on the stairs). NEW for 2023 - remainder of upstairs bedrooms have been painted and new beverage center with beverage refrigerator, recycle bins and extra storage added to living area. SPRING 2023 . . .New sofas and chair in living room. ***LINENS INCLUDED WITH EACH RENTAL WEEK (Sheet sets for 1 king and 6 queen beds, bath towels, washcloths, and bath mats are provided for each of the 4 bathrooms.*** Please note that pool/beach towels are not provided. Private Pool and outdoor shower. (There is no pool heater - not needed pool gets sun until 5 pm through the summer). Please note that a Rental Agreement must be completed and returned to owner prior to arrival. (See Sample Rental Agreement herein - once you book, a customized one to your week will be emailed to you and must be returned to owner). Thank you.

This home is amazing!! Spacious home with plenty of room for our families to spread out. Clean and very well maintained. Owners provided thorough communication and were quick to respond to questions during our stay. Location is perfect and directly across the street from beach access. Literally a 1-2 minute walk. The highlight for us was the pool! Also very clean and stocked with rafts. Our 4 year old little girls had the time of their lives splashing around all day! Thank you for a wonderful stay and memories to last a lifetime!

We enjoyed this large home across from the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were large. The couches were comfy. The oversized bar and table provided plenty of seating. The pool was clean and was shaded in the afternoon. The access was right across the street, which was amazing. We had a great time.

Our group age ranged from 78 to 10. The house was perfectly located to the beach, literally across the street. The pool was such a treat and so clean. The house was fantastic and ALL the beds were comfortable, everyone said they slept great. The house is so roomy that the 11 of us never felt on top of each other. There was so much to do around the area, that you could get away with renting a golf carts and never really needing a car. We all agreed that we would stay again and again! Thanks Dorothy! 😀

The property was very enjoyable and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone and privacy for all. The house was lovely and updated and bright. Great living room for relaxing and the large diner table was convenient for our group ranging from 2 to 70. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed. Pool had plenty of chairs and the grill was so handy. Outdoor shower and many beach chairs which was a nice surprise. The property owner was very responsive, friendly and professional. The location was great for beach access and local places to grab a bite. We had a great time.

Couldn't ask for a better location with easy access to the beach. Our family of 10 had plenty of room to relax and unwind for the week. The weather was unusual for the end of may--it was a tad cool several days--we enjoyed the beach more than the included pool, although the pool area was nice as well. We never had issues with kitchen appliances, accessories, dinnerware, cutlery, etc as plenty were provided for our whole party. We enjoyed renting a golf cart through Ajax and spent many evenings at the pier and local eateries. River City Cafe and Neal and Pam's were favorites! Thank you for allowing our family into your beautiful home. We hope to be back soon!

Very well appointed, nicely decorated, and comfortable beach house, Kids 7 to 12 and all adults enjoyed the pool and common areas of the house. TVS in all bedrooms perfect for retreating and enjoying alone time.

Amazing Beach House
This beach house was amazing!! Very clean and updated!! We had 12 people in our group ranging in ages from 66 to 8 and everyone was happy and we all had plenty of room!! Location to the beach could not have been better. Literally, the beach access is right across the street. We had 4 cars and there was plenty of room to park. Couldn’t have asked for a better week!! Dorothy was great to work with!!

Dorothy is great to work with. I feel like I know her personally. House is perfect, has everything you could possibly need. Location is convenient. We had 10 people in the house and not once did I feel crowded. Extra pillows and blankets, air fryer….anything and everything you could possibly want or need. Drank my coffee on the balcony every morning. Pool was fabulous. House was clean, very clean! It was the best trip we have ever had to Myrtle Beach. Looking forward to next year!

What a great place to stay for a family of 14 while enjoying beautiful Surfside Beach. Very quiet area and the house had everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen was stocked well stocked and the tvs and internet worked great. Very nice pool and a very short walk to the beach.

This has to be the best rental I've had the pleasure of staying in in quite some time. It was literally stocked with everything you can even think of, including an air fryer. Dorothy is easy to communicate with and makes the process a breeze. Quick access to the beach and close to everything imaginable. Will definitely be renting again!

Perfect Family Vacation
This home was more than equipped to fit our large family! There were 13 of us and there was so much space for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were spacious and decorated very nice. The beach was directly across the street and so nice and relaxing, not too many people or to few! The pool was absolutely perfect for taking a dip after a long day at the beach! There were games galore to play with, beach equipment as well
( chairs) really all you need to bring is your clothes and your all set! I highly recommend this property and the owners were lovely to work with! We will be back!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Dorothy's property in Surfside Beach! Having recently lost our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, our family needed a place to enjoy memories, laugh at funny stories, cry and simply love on each other as we started the grieving process. The house and location worked out beautifully.
The weather was not cooperative for beach time daily; however, the home offered plenty of space for twelve to play games, work on puzzles, and watch sports on tv. We found the kitchen to be well stocked which is very important to our group of armature chefs. We love cooking meals together and the kitchen space was ample for four to be chopping, rinsing, cooking, and laying out the spread of yummy pasta, local seafood, breakfast, etc. covering most all meals during our stay.
The pool was very clean and provided a place to float and relax as well as a fun spot for the kids.
Dorothy was absolutely amazing. She responded within a few minutes to each of our text message inquires.
Lastly, we hope to visit this property again very soon.
