Located in Honolulu, this lovely condo for £191 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This magnificent 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with sweeping views underwent a $300,000.00 renovation in 2017. From the garden feature at the apartment entrance to the granite bench tops, top quality kitchen appliances, leather lounge suite and stone work in the bathrooms, this 32nd floor penthouse oozes class. The master suite has its own lanai with sweeping Ocean and Diamond Head views, along an ensuite bathroom with a bluetooth speaker built into the extractor fan for those wanting to listen to their music. A large flatscreen TV with Bose soundbox compliment the master suite. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are also provided. A second bedroom contains a queen size bed and includes air conditioning and a large flatscreen TV. A ceiling fan is also in the second bedroom. A comfortable rollaway is also available. A gorgeous kitchen with top of the range stainless steel appliances, including your very own ice maker and double fridge will bring out the Master Chef in you, should you choose. All utensils are provided to make your culinary delights are reality. The living room contains a queen size leather sofa bed, complete with comfortable memory foam mattress and two 2 seater leather "love seats." There is also an electric fireplace and large flatscreen TV. From the living room, step out onto the lanai with amazing ocean and Diamond Head views. The main bathroom contains a large washer and dryer along with another bluetooth speaker for listening to your music. Your penthouse comes with one free carpark (with a second available for a small fee if required). Also provided is free WiFi for sending off your amazing Waikiki pics to family and friends. Excellent apartment building in the heart of Waikiki. Shopping, restaurants and the beach are all easily accessible. Apartment is perfectly comfortable with million dollar view of Diamond Head, shoreline and the mountains. The Royal Kuhio is quiet and very secure. You can’t ask for a better place to stay in my opinion.

The location is great; close to everything, and the view was also great. But overall, The place was okay; not as clean as I had expected, and there were coach roaches came out at night.

We stayed in this unit for 6 weeks. It was very comfortable and began to feel like home. A great location to walk to anything you want or need. High enough to be above the city noise and offer spectacular views of the beach, Diamond Head and the surrounding mountains. Sunrise was a treat everyday! Martin was great to work with and very responsive and helpful. The unit is very roomy and is stock with all you will need. Would highly recommend it.

The location was incredible!!! The condo was fully renovated and looked as nice as the photos. The views were outstanding day and night. Martin the property manager was very easy to work with and the entire process of booking, checking in and checking out was perfect. The penthouse gated parking spot was extra large and private with easy access. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!
We enjoyed the view, kept watching the activity below. The condo was very nice and had plenty of room for the four of us. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with several extras, like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The washer and dryer were also very nice to have. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be attended to. (Window in 2nd bedroom is hard to open and close; dishwasher is not screwed in; and a couple of chairs need to be repaired.) We also would have appreciated some kleenex and more toilet paper, more chairs on the Lania, and some seasonings in the kitchen. Overall, it was a nice condo and we had a great time!

This was our second trip to Oahu and I was extremely happy with this condo.
To start, I just want to say it is all about the location and the view. I could have sat on the lanai and been happy. This condo is within walking distance to the Food Pantry { grocery store}, restaurants, Waikiki Beach, the Zoo, the Aquarium, beach rental equipment, water activities such as surfing, snorkeling, scuba. There is a bus stop right in front that can take you just about anywhere else you want to go.
The check-in and check- out process was extremely easy. The directions were sent to us by e-mail a couple of week before we went and they were easy to follow. Just watch the one way streets upon arrival. The parking space was great and also easy to navigate.
I saw some complaints about operating the TV and lights. We had no problems. Everything is very organized, and explained well in the manual provided.
The beds in the bedrooms were comfortable, but would recommend smaller adults or children for the couch. We had plenty of bedding, pillows, towels, beach towels for our family of 6 adults.
The only disappointment I can think of is that the pool and rec area was closed, but who needs a pool when you have the ocean just a short walk away.

We had a great time staying here. The location was great- right in the heart of Waikiki area. Great for walking around Waikiki. The condo was very nice- with amazing views of Diamond head and modern finishes. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a nice place to stay in Waikiki area.

Plan n photos showed 3beds + a roll out. Result 3 nights agony on sofa bed not suitable for adults
Very good position central to Waikiki. No intercom or phone so impossible to call the unit if you arrived there with no key and the one in the box was used/ out. Big roller window door came off its hinge couldn’t get to our stuff on the balcony till next day. Only Brad was contactable in Hi. Did well to help us with door plus show us how the tv ran despite notes. Not enough plates cutlery for 7 adults, plus only small table n 4dining chairs?!. Great view but could not get any lights on in the lounge/ kitchen till one man bumped a switch n pushed it on. Door latch missing a screw made door locking difficult especially for our older guests.

... the VIEW!
Beautiful condo on 32 floor (of 38 floors, I believe) with a breathtaking view of ocean, downtown Honolulu and Diamond Head. Quiet building only blocks away from shopping, fantastic restaurants and Waikiki beach! We still rented a car for excursions (parking space included, very handy) but the condo is centrally located. Some peculiar design choices inside left me scratching my head, but everything was functional and the view was EVERYTHING.

Everything was absolutely perfect and so much fun!
First time to Hawaii and it was the best! Martin's home was very nice, comfortable, very clean and contained all of the conveniences someone would have at their own home. The walk to Waikiki beach took about 5 minutes if that from the condo. I would most definitely stay here again. And, I am getting the itch to bring my family to Hawaii again next year or sooner!!

Paradise in Center of Honolulu
This luxury two-bedroom penthouse is beautiful and amazing! The photos of the listing are accurate and exactly what you get. This unit was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We loved the view of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from each lanai. We enjoyed leisurely strolls to Waikiki Beach during the day and Royal Hawaiian Center each evening for dinner and shopping. This unit’s central location also allowed us to drive and see several terrific tourist attractions all over Oahu, such as Pearl Harbor, North Shore Beach, Makapu’u Lighthouse, Manoa Falls, and much more! The owner was always very prompt in replying and addressing any questions we had regarding our stay. The unit was well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The air conditioning, roll-away bed, and travel size toiletries were an added bonus. We also enjoyed the pool, exercise room, and ping-pong table on the 7th floor. The security guard at the front entrance and the gated parking garage made us feel very safe during our stay. We highly recommend this unit, and hope to return again in the future!

Amazing Property HIGH in the SKY
What a GREAT week we had!... The PH was beautiful and location was great! Everything was like new and very clean. Communication with the owner was very professional. The view was incredible and we had the fireworks show right in front of us. ALOHA

It was our first vacation to Hawaii and this was our first island we visited. We could not have picked a better place. The Condo was everything we had hoped for; comfortable, great location, & excellent view. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in visiting the Oahu area.

Perfect
We were two couples staying in this condo in Waikiki. This is a lovely place to stay and very well located. Loads of good food and shopping on the doorstep and buses right outside. The view is absolutely beautiful, facing diamond head just like in the photos. The parking spot is extremely handy. The ice maker came in handy. Loads of fridge space. Everything was so easy and Martin was very easy to contact and helped with an early check in.
I'd say my only issue was that the air conditioners did not work all that well. They kept switching on and off during the night and were very noisy so we ended up having to turn them off altogether but there are ceiling fans too. Also, when the weather was windy the doors rattled as they are poorly sealed. The renovation must not have included the balcony doors and windows. It didn't detract from our trip overall though, we still had a great time.

This penthouse is definitely five star. It’s beautifully furnished with all the amenities that one would need to feel right at home. The view is absolutely gorgeous! The morning sunrise over Diamondhead is breathtaking.
