Nestled in Ocean City, this charming condo for £223 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. North Ocean City-Bay-side condo. 100% Non Smoking, professionally decorated, with over 1500 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, There is an outdoor balcony and the condo is just 2 blocks from beach and walking distance to many restaurants & amenities. Park your car and take the bus (bus stop is right out front) or walk to local fun activities. Northside Park, which is located across the street has a indoor community center with ball fields, playgrounds and 2 mile walking and biking path. The park is great for many planned celebrations such as Sundaes in the Park, with free concerts and make your own ice cream sundaes in July and August. On the 4th of July you can view the fireworks from the balcony. If you would like linen service please contact Ocean City Beach & Linen Rental. Address: 102 78th St., Ocean City, MD 21842. Phone: (410) 524-7057. Approximate price with delivery & pick up is $137.00. Sheets for two queen beds, one full bed and one single bed. One each of the following: Bath towel, Hand towel, Wash cloth. Very clean and the location is excellent for all you want to do. Located next to a beautiful park that is great for walks and some very great views. The beach is also a very close walk. My family and I would highly recommend you stay here and would definitely stay here again.

We had a really nice stay here. It was the perfect space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). The location was within walking distance to several locations. Mark was great to work with as well, very attentive and was quick to respond if I had any questions. We had a great trip and would love to come back again.

Mark was such a great host! The rental was in great shape & super clean when we arrived. The bus stop is just right along the main road past the mini gold course & you only have to pay 4 dollars for the bus & can ride all day. Mark was super communicative & extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay in Northern Ocean City!

Great Family Reunion
We are a family of 7 adults and 2 children, ages 3 & 7. We had a great week. Mark was very supportive and accessible since we connected over 6 months ago. The Condo was spotless and they put great touches to it so that it was like home away from home. The location was great. Walking distance to everything!

Great stay in OC
We had a great experience with our stay. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their property. The condo was immaculate. The location was great, too, being close to restaurants and shopping, but in a quieter part of Ocean City. It was a very short walk to the beach which was so convenient. The owners were very responsive, from the start, answering any questions we had. We had no issues and had a wonderful time! We highly recommend!

2022 vacation!
Our family had a wonderful time in Ocean City. The condo is very clean and the layout is great. It fit our family of 7 very comfortable and none of us felt like we were on top of each other. The communication with the owners is exceptional. They even supplied a list of great things and favorite spots in the area. The condo is close to some great kid activities and just a quick drive to the boardwalk! We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Mark’s condo. We stayed here with another family and we had plenty of room. The park was right across the street from the condo, which we went to everyday with the kids. The beach was close also, as well as a few good restaurants that Mark had recommended to us. Mark was a great host. Overall this was probably the beat stay we’ve had in ocean city, and I would definitely recommend this condo.

We loved the layout of the condo and how clean it was. You could tell that Mark & Debbie put a lot of love into their condo as it shows in every square foot. I also liked that there was not a key but rather a keypad to get in.
The only downfall about our whole trip was that it felt like it went by too quickly; but, until next time!!! :)

Perfect spot to vacation
Had an amazing experience from the beginning to end. Mark and Debbie were great hosts and gave us all the info we needed in the area. 29 Summers and Counting
Me and my family have been coming to OCMD for 29 consecutive summers. We have stayed in many different types of condos over the years including similar units in this building and the sister building. We were very happy with this unit. It was very nicely decorated and it was a good size that accommodated 6 adults and one toddler. The unit was extremely well equipped and there were many little touches and amenities that were unexpected but much appreciated.
It's obvious the owners take pride in providing a top notch rental experience and they did not disappoint.

Absolutely Fabulous!
First, Mark and Debbie were great to communicate with from the start. They checked in with us and made sure we had all the informatiok we needed for the condo.
Second, THE CONDO!!! We feel so lucky to have found thi is place. Everything we needed was there. The place was SPOTLESS and our family of 8 was perfectly comfortable. The balcony was a favorite spot for all. My daughters lived reading books out there and relaxing for morning coffee.
Third, the beach is literally across the street. Make sure to cross at the lights. It is a main road. Its easy towel to restaurants and shopping. We had ice cream at Dumsers every night. We walked it off every day in the beautiful park across the street. We spent a lot of time in the park walking or practicing baseball hitting. We have a baseball player in the family. We really could not stop saying how perfect the condo size and location was.
We visited Secrets, a mini version of Jamaica. Cabana bar, live music and beautiful sunset. Loves the burgers and seafood quesadillas.
Ropewalk, for lunch we enjoyed the drinks and appitizers. Crab egg rolls, fried pickles and crab covered burger were among our favorite. Kids loved that sodas are served in mini pitchers. CHICKfil A was a treat for us as we do not have one near us in Upstate NY. Drive thru is a very long wait....walk in.....you can put your order in immediately or order online. In and out within minutes. It was conveniently located next to the outlets. By the time we were done spending half a fortune on 5 teens at the outlets we were starving. Chick fil A hit the spot. We mostly ate breakfast and lunch at the condo.
We did visit the pool area. It is smaller than average but it is clean, well kept and a perfect size to refresh after a day at the beach. No complaints here about the pool. Loved it.
We will definitely return. Thank you Mark and Debbie for your hospitality. One of our best vacations!

Beautiful Condo
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is beautiful and the pictures on line doesn’t do it justice.. It is much bigger then it seems in the pictures, and extremely maintained. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t supplied in the home. The décor itself was enough to make you want to stay there. There is plenty of living space for a large family, as well as sleeping space. The kids loves that mini golf was literally out the front door, so it was nice when it isn’t quite beach weather they had something to do at all times. Also Mark had referred some places that we had never been to before, and we tried a couple (Grotto’s pizza & Rope Walk) both were great recommendations, and we will definitely be visiting them again. Thank you for everything !!

Had a wonderful vacation in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath immaculate condo! Located in walking distance to so many restaurants and Northside park. We were entertained with fireworks from our balcony on Sunday night, ran the track and enjoyed the playground just steps from our place. Definitely a home you want to return to year after year.
