We really enjoyed staying at this property. Fantastic view, the property was spacious, and the pool and hot tub were a nice add on. Located in a great area, about a 20 minute walk from the board walk.

Great place. Everything was CLEAN, comfy and everything you need for a getaway. Beautiful views and perfect location. Janet was an amazing host and checked to make sure my family made it in and had every thing we needed. I will gladly bring my grands back over and over again.

We enjoyed our stay here over Thanksgiving week. The location is amazing and the views from the deck could not be better!
However, when we checked in, we discovered that the electrical outlets didn't work in any of the 3 bathrooms. I contacted our host that afternoon and she was unable to get someone there for a couple of days (which was somewhat understandable, since Thanksgiving was the day after our arrival).
When the handyman showed up, he fixed the issue after an hour. Unfortunately, this took me from the lunch we were eating as a family because he needed me to help test outlets in the other rooms, etc. I also needed to clean up the drywall dust and wire cuttings, etc. from our sink when he was done.
In addition, the icemaker was not working and the handyman looked at it and told me that the refrigerator needs a new solenoid for it to work. He said he could not fix it. Our host didn't respond about this.
None of these are huge issues; however, the reason I rated this at 3 stars was because we paid top-dollar for this property (almost 3 times the next week's rate), probably because it was Thanksgiving week. Paying that sort of fee, I did not expect to have to spend time with these sort of things.
Unfortunately, the host did not respond to my requests to consider giving us a discount of any kind. Her unresponsiveness was my biggest issue. In addition, the condo could use a coat of paint and the building seems out of date. But other than that, it was great.

Everything was just how it was listed. The views were phenomenal. Would definitely recommend this property and we will definitely go back.

We are five adults and one preschooler all of us enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. Our host, janet, was extremely kind and communicative. Check in and out was easy. There was parking across the street. The variety of pools along with the beach was a great hit with our grandson as well as my 78-year-old husband.

The good: We love Myrtle Beach and our family plans to continue vacationing there every year. Ocean One is perfectly located and is convenient to shops, restaurants, and entertainment!
The bad: There was a HUGE cockroach in one of the condo's bathrooms so I hope the owners have an exterminator come in. There were loud fireworks during 4 nights of our 6-night stay. I'm not sure if they were set off by private individuals or if they were authorized by the resort itself but it was very difficult to sleep and it was never advertised! Finally, Ocean One has become run down since we were here last year. There was no outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach so consequently, the pools get lots of sand in them. Fortunately, the pools get cleaned every morning which is the only time they're really usable. One family even had a rice cooker AT THE POOL!
The bottom line for us is, we'll definitely be back in Myrtle Beach every year but because Ocean One no longer meets our standards, I don't think we'll be back...

This is a spacious condo. The rooms were all a good size as were the bathrooms. Plenty of seating in the living room. Kitchen has everything you need. The manager/host is VERY responsive if you need anything and they let you know everything that is needed to avoid additional charges. There are several pools, including kiddie pools and a hot tub. Right on the beach! Some suggestions-EVERYONE is checking in around 4 p.m. and it is hectic, so it might be better to wait a bit. Also, if you are like us and wash dishes and clothes quite a bit, be sure to bring some additional detergent pods. Only suggestion I have is to have SMART televisions in all rooms so that everyone can enjoy in the evening.

Very nice place. Kitchen could have used more cookware , we had 7 people with us and not much to cook with the first day. I spoke with Janet and she had more delivered the next day. Overall happy with the stay and the unit.

First time I ever rented a condo, the Host Janet was awesome to work with answered questions I had bless her heart I had a lot. The check in was a little confusing but figured it out after going to office. The condo itself look just like it’s pictures very clean and most things undated the one problem was the microwave didn’t work I texted the host and she got with Maintenance people but they never show up! The other problem was there was construction going on above our heads from 8:30-9 in morning until 5 in evening very inconvenient cause we couldn’t stay in condo I understand things need to get done but let people know before they book. Over all the condo was a good choice close to board walk and to family kingdom and the beach right in front. I will stay again as long as no construction going on.

While the condo's location was ideal, right on the beach and close to all the action, the condo and the high rise itself were very disappointing.
Upon arrival we struggled to find the entrance and a good place to unload. There was construction tape and rubble everywhere as well as garbage. The common areas, hallways and elevators were filthy and the elevators broke on our first night in.
The condo had clearly not been properly cleaned. Every surface, floors, furniture, inside and out of cabinets, and walls has smudges, smears, and splatter marks. The kitchen was not equipped with enough silverware, glassware, or cookware which was especially disappointing for us because the listing stated the kitchen was fully equipped and as avid home cooks we had ordered groceries and has hoped to cook several meals in it but could not. Items such as tissues, toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper were in short supply.

This condo was on the 20th floor which I was unaware of some of our family felt a little dizzy that high up.

First let me start off by saying that Ms. Janet is an excellent host. She communicated with us from the time we booked to our check out. She sent us a list of restaurants to try during our stay. In addition to checking to see how our check in went. The condo is well maintained and provides a lot of amenities. We will definitely be returning!

I would recommend this condo! Very Nice. The host Janet was very prompt with Emailing us our check in info that we needed including a parking pass. With an access code to the condo we could just go right to our room at our convenience upon arriving. The outdoor pool is currently under construction but the indoor pool is heated between 95 and 100 degrees or so. Hope to return maybe next winter.

Stayed here while in MB for my daughter's softball tournament. It was perfect for what we needed. We were not in unit alot but to sleep. But having a bathroom for every bedroom was a blessing, especially after being at a rainy ballfield all day. I would have liked a few extra blankets and pillows but everything we needed was there. Checkin was very simple and response of host was almost immediate. Great stay will want to book again next time we playing in MB.

The beach had a lot of trash on it.. The condo unit itself was not very clean. The air conditioning did not cool down the unit and a maintenance guy had to come and fix it the 2nd day of our stay the 1st night was pretty miserable in the unit.The refrigerator did not cool properly. The property itself was very very disappointing the pools did not seem clean there was no nice place to rinse off coming off the beach. There was trash, fake fingernails, hair weaves, screws, etc on the pool deck. Half of lazy river inner tubes were not inflated. The people at the check in desk were extremely rude disinterested and arrogant. The area around the condo was not family friendly when the sun went down. Also it's smelled like sewage around the grounds. Open maintenance garage doors visible to guests full of trash handicap toilets et cetera. I was appalled that my 6 year old witnessed an extremely drunk woman being arrested and hauled off the elevator. We could not sit on our porch at night because our neighbors were smoking pot. Also when booking an ocean front property property you expect to be totally ocean front and not having to walk across the street to an uncovered parking lot to retrieve chairs and beach toys and walk across the street again to get back to the beach was a huge disappointment

Host Janet is so quick to return messages. Minor issues with a faucet which was replaced in hours. The unit was clean and well kept. The view is amazing the location is ideal for any family. Great resort short walk onto beach and plenty of room at the pool to relax.

Location was excellent. Condo outstanding. Host was outstanding. Facilities and proximity to beach were great. Couple times some loud inappropriate music was playing at the pool. Didn’t seem to have anyone monitoring area.
