Location, location, location! INCLINE VILLAGE LAKEFRONT CONDO! BEAUTIFUL CRYSTAL BAY JUST STEPS FROM BACK PORCH! SUPERIOR TO HYATT! Skiing, swimming, gaming, hiking, biking, boating you're there! Or, park on the deck and inhale the fabulous view! Very comfortable, great living space and kitchen. Family friendly. Clean and beautifully appointed condo to build summertime and winter wonder memories. You can’t get any closer to the lake. ***NO passes for Incline Private Beaches (Burnt Cedar, Incline, etc.)*** Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose, and Northstar close by. Also close to East Shore paradise- new trail, hiking, & secret beaches. Sand Harbor and Kings Beach. 3 bedrooms each with a flat screen TV and its own full bath. Also a half bath off the great room. Less than an hour from Reno airport. 2 hours to Sacramento and 3 1/2 hours to San Francisco! EXCEPTIONAL VALUE! Nightlife: Crystal Bay Club and Biltmore Casino are less than a mile. The Hyatt is 2.5 miles down the shoreline. Incline and King’s Beach amazing restaurants. SKIERS: Diamond Peak 10 minutes. North Star 20 minutes. Mt Rose 20 minutes. Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows 30 minutes! Heavenly Valley about 30 minutes RENO: 45 minutes SACRAMENTO: 2 hours Getting Around: Free and assigned parking available in front of our condo. Uber and Lyft accessible. Tahoe Area Regional Transit runs busses to Tahoe City, Carnelian Bay, Kings Beach, Truckee and points along the way.

Meghan's lakefront condo is in an ideal location - quiet, relaxing comfort with gorgeous views day or night. Bonus, the condo is also conveniently located between Incline Village and King's Beach! Highly recommend: Azzaro's, Fumo, and Mofo's, all in Incline Village. Also, Chambers Landing in Homewood and The Beach House in SLT. This was a very special trip for my mom & I and although it was a big splurge for 2 people (house can easily sleep 6+), it was worth it to see my mom's face when we arrived just before sunset. I wish I could attach pictures because it's such a beautiful location and a truly inviting home. Meghan was available via call/text and she has a binder prepared with lots of information - very helpful! The kitchen was well stocked with basic essentials and plenty of cookware and dishware. The furniture was comfortable, with several throw blankets to snuggle up with. The bathrooms were clean, the hot water and shower pressure were great, and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. It was awesome to return "home" in the evenings and watch a Netflix (or other) show on the large flat-screen TV in the living room. The bedrooms also have TVs. Both of the decks were wonderful for enjoying the crisp, fresh air and stunning, nearly 180°, views. Plus, sleeping with the windows open allowed for the lullaby sound of the water lapping along the rocks, fantastic! Parking was a breeze. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, already wanting to go back! Until next time... ✌💗🕯

The condo was in an excellent location, the lake views are outstanding.
The beds are comfortable and there were plenty of supplies in the unit. Clear communications with the owners and they provided good information on the local places to visit.
The place is comfy and definitely a place we will return to in the future

Right off the water
The location of the condo was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and definitely relaxing. House is a little outdated and upstairs rooms were a little hot but we stayed in Sept when it was 95° outside but the location out weighs the bad. The house is completely stocked with everything needed. Would recommend to others and stay again.

Our family of 6 enjoyed this unit. Clean, comfortable, well stocked , and beautiful location on the quieter side of the island. Wish the beautiful view wasn't hampered by so much smoke from the nearby fires. Praying for everyone living there.

Awesome location, well equipped home. Bedrooms a little warm, but cooled off some after dark. We will definitely try to return.

Phenomenal
Prepare yourselves.... the place is drop dead gorgeous..
There is no need to sell the destination, Tahoe is recognized internationally. There is access to all kinds of outdoor recreation. We skied, swam, hiked, kayaked, paddle-boarded, biked and sledded, but did not have time to golf.
Situated on the quieter north side of the lake, the condo has a hidden entranceway and is secluded and quiet. The space itself is spectacular. 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms and plenty of room for 6, with an open floor plan kitchen/den/living room/dining room overlooking the lake. 2 spacious porches , upper and lower and steps that go right down to the water.
The hosts keep the place immaculate and ready for visitors. We stayed 4 weeks, and left only because our time was up and we had to get back. But, we coud easily have spent a lifetime there..

Magical Location, Great Get Away
This place is a magical location, right on the water of North Lake Tahoe. Waking up in the bedroom and looking out the window was like being on a boat. The property manager was very helpful with any questions or concerns. The house is well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies and made it easy to feel at home. Lake Tahoe has so much to see and do but that back porch with that view is a hard place to leave!

Our family enjoyed staying at this lakefront property so very much. No need to go anywhere else...this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your surroundings and the beauty of the lake.

Amazing view, plenty of room
First off, the view from two of the bedrooms and the eating area and deck is amazing. Very peaceful spot. And we were able to see the 4th of July fireworks clearly by stepping onto the back lawn.
All the bedrooms are together on the main level, which is nice for a family. And each has its own bathroom, also a plus. The only weirdness was the shower/jacuzzi combo in the master bedroom (shower head placement and lack of door/curtain) and the saloon doors in the bathroom in the bunk bed room (a little lack of privacy). It was definitely a bit warm in the bedrooms at night, and we didn't figure out how to get ceiling fans to work.
Downstairs kitchen/eating area was large and comfortable (and perfectly cool in the afternoon/evening). Appliances are all new and the washer/dryer was great to have. Kitchen has everything you need and between the dining table, small table, and breakfast bar, you can seat a lot of people.
Location felt secluded but very close to Incline shops/restaurants/market. And having guest access to pay for local private beaches was awesome.
Host (Meghan) made the process easy. She send us helpful information and made herself available to us if we needed her.
All in all, a really great place.

Wonderful getaway
My family and I had a wonderful time staying in your home. The view was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, and a great location.
The only bummer was there wasn't an accessible rocky beach area for our kiddos to play in the lake as shown in one of the pictures. But, mother nature can't be controlled! The lake levels were really high; my kids still enjoyed going in the lake and standing on the platform.
We'd book this place again for sure!

Great trip
Great place, gorgeous view of the lake across the entire back of the unit. Quiet neighborhood and very close to everything you would like to do in Incline Village and around the lake. We had a great time, Meghan was very responsive when we had questions. Perfect week.

Lakeshore Terrace Condo
The property was on the water with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe North shore. We have been coming to Lake Tahoe for 30+ years and staying in the North shore area. Our family loved the easy access to the lake and the beautiful view as far as South shore. The condo was within easy access to Sand Harbor Beach and Burnt Cedar beach as well as Mings Beach. Was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Meghan was available at any time and answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. I would recommend this property highly.

My family of 5 love it! We have good time - going down the beach, catching fishes and small lobsters, going to the nearby private beach, watching Netflix and BBQ. It's close by to Hyatt and a short drive to South Tahoe. This condo has awesome view, fantastic location and full of supplies including towels, bed sheets, paper towels, laundry, detergent etc. We have great 4 days here. They have wifi and the dvd player allows you to login your movie provider like Netflix and Amazon. Meghan, the owner is super responsive and helpful. She will respond to my email in less than an hour. We will come back if possible. Thanks, Meghan!

One of my fav places
This was such a great vacation spot never wanted to leave the patio in face we canceled dinner reservation on Friday to just enjoy the place. Meghan is awesome to deal with. WE WILL BE BACK!
