Luxury feel throughout the apartment. Condo is above Barley Bottleshop and Taproom. Very Fun Atmosphere- If you happen to stay when a band is schedule, You are able to hear it in unit You might as well go downstairs and enjoy the music. The space Master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and living room has a sofa bed and a daybed with a trundle. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the guest to share. Apartment is on second floor accessed by stairs only. Not suitable for Children due to potential noise . Located in Amplified music district *******Please note that restaurants and bars located behind the property may cause noise disturbances. Fridays and Saturdays noise may last until 12:00 am It is in the City so if you are a looking for quiet time and need your rest this is not the place for you!!City Fun lovers only. An easy walk to all of UTC, located in front of the State Building, across the AT&T building and the Bessie Smith Cultural Center. Around the corner from the annual weekly Nightfall. Walking distance to all of downtown Chattanooga and close to public transportation. This location puts you just a short walk from many restaurants and breweries including: Odd Story Brewing, Hutton & Smith Brewery, Bitter Alibi Restaurant, The Yellow Deli, Champy s Famous Chicken, Barley Chattanooga Tap House, 2 Sons Kitchen and Market, Chatt Smoke House, Camp House Coffee, Honest Pint Pub and many others. The area has also attracted many displays of public art through murals scattered along the historic buildings. Walking distance to all of downtown Chattanooga and close to public transportation. It is located in a culturally diverse area of town where you can enjoy local art, boutiques, breweries, and wonderful bakeries within walking distance. Everything was so great and Merlita was wonderful! We walked everywhere, great location to restaurants and bars. The beds were all extremely comfortable, we had plenty of room for 6 adults. We didn’t notice any noise at night!

We were at the Walker Theater at the Memorial for the weekend of Lookout Wild Film Festival (lookout film festival . Org), and this location was excellent. The property is easy to access and the owner/host had great communication.

Absolutely loved this place! So cute and big! The day bed in the living room can comfortably fit 2 adults. Was not loud and was in a great location. Check out the honest pint just across the parking lot! Merly was great. We got a parking ticket due to some confusion but was able to get it waived no problem!! Would stay here again.

The staircase was a bit of a challenge. Really steep. That aside the apartment itself was great. Now there are 3 bars adjacent to the apartment so it get loud but thankfully there was a loud box fan I used to drown the noise out.

Great apartment
We stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. It was perfect bc we were able to walk to dinner and to the convention center.
We did not have trouble with noise. We did utilize the sound machines just in case. But we slept great! Host is super quick to respond and very kind and helpful!

The property was beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 children: 16, 18, and 20. There was more than enough space to accomodate all of us and to give privacy to each.

We stayed at the property in January 2021. The property was modern and well maintained. The owner had left snacks, drinks, and coffee in the unit. The property was beautifully maintained, spacious, and perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 children: 16, 18, and 20. There was more than enough space to accomodate all of us and to give privacy to each.

Ultra clean and fantastic condo!!
We traveled to Chattanooga for work and a COVID getaway. This apartment is very modern and well appointed. The mattresses in the bedrooms were super comfortable. Merlita thought of everything, right down to earplugs. This apartment is over a bar but we hardly noticed it. We were within walking distance to several really good restaurants. Because of Covid, the trolleys are not running so we did have to drive quite a bit. Lovely trip in Chattanooga!

City Vibe With Amazing Southern Hospitality
This second floor apartment over a tap room walking distance to downtown Chatt and close to UTC was perfect! My husband and I have 2 kids at the university and we wanted to spend 2 nights visiting here. The apartment had 2 spacious bedrooms with super comfortable beds. The open kitchen and living area looks over the street. The taproom downstairs had live music Friday night but it was a minimal distraction to us. The fridge had water and a few soft drinks and coffee was to be found in the cabinet- great hospitality! We ate at Tupelo Honeys browsed the north shore and hiked to a waterfall. Our 2 day get away was perfect, thank you!

Sisters Getaway Long Weekend
Property was exactly as shown in listing. It was clean and could easily accommodate the 7 people it advertised. Beautifully decorated also. We did a lot of walking from this location, and enjoyed the near-by bars and restaurants.

Adorable updated apartment
Absolutely loved the space. Nicely decorated, clean as can be, and had all the updated amenities we needed! Our only hindrance was the nightlife on Saturday night. Great if you are young, but for older folks like ourselves (who were just happening to be getting ready to run an Ironman the next day) it can be a bit of a deterrent. But hey, it’s not like there is an Ironman every Sunday! The owner was an absolute dear to work with, and overall the experience was great!

We will be back!
Everything was so nice, clean, convenient and tastefully decorated. We came with our family and we all slept great! My only regret is that my husband and I didn’t get to experience the night life around us. Lol! Great area with wonderful things in walking distance. Merlita was truly the hostess with mostest- checking in just the right amount.....making sure we wanted for nothing and added helpful information about current events around us. Thanks for a wonderful stay- we are so grateful! See you next time. 😊�

Awesome Place to Stay!
We spent a long weekend in this apartment. It was the perfect choice for our family. It was spotless, bigger than it looked online and the location was great.
Merlita did an wonderful job renovating and decorating this downtown walk-up. It is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. The welcome snacks and drinks were the perfect touch. Everything worked as promised, reserved parking was close-by. Merlita was easily available by text and even suggested a fun activity for us. The Running of the Chihuahuas is cooler than it sounds.
Merlita is upfront about the fact this property is truly city living, there is a tap room under you and an awesome restaurant next door. We were there over Cinco de Mayo, and yes, we could hear stuff, but it was quiet by midnight on Saturday night and 10 p.m. on the other nights.
The locations lends itself to walking downtown, but it is an even shorter distance to get on the free downtown trolley for those not wanting to walk to the river or the warehouse district.
Our party ranged from 75 years old to 13 years old. All agreed that they would love to come back and stay at this property the next time we visited Chattanooga.
