Nissan Stadium and Broadway are reachable by Rideshare (5-10 minutes), which are usually readily available. You can even reach them by scooters or electric bikes in about 10-15 minutes. Enjoy the perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort in my stunning home, which has grand high ceilings, original brickwork, and a spacious layout. The amenities are perfect for a comfortable stay: luxury linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and room-darkening shades. I live in the walk-out basement apartment behind the home with my friendly poodle. I'm here to help however I can to ensure you have a fantastic stay! Now, about the unique and charming East Nashville! Fantastic dining options await you, just a 5-minute walk from my home. You can indulge in outstanding cuisine at Lyra, savor world-famous burgers at the Pharmacy Burger, or discover our go-to spot for incredible tacos and margaritas at Mas Tacos, among many others. Our famous Five Points is a 10-minute walk with an abundance of choices for food and entertainment—really too many to list! Once you've secured your booking, I'll provide you with my digital guidebook, a treasure trove of local recommendations to enhance your visit. You will be pleased to know that parking won't be an issue. This is a quiet, cute little place that met all our needs! We brought our pups, there was a nice fenced in backyard with room to play! We went to Margaritaville, were we met Buzz and had a fantastic time on Broadway, went to the mall for great shopping and had lots of great food!

The Shabby Chic was great! It was in a great neighborhood. Close to great food, and the fun stuff you want to do. Grand Ole Opry, Columbia Wine Tasting, and Broadway were a few of the things we did. The host Sandy was great! Very helpful and responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I enjoyed are stay for the weekend. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We could walk to nearby restaurants and popped into a few local funky shops. Close to the airport, convenient location. Just a short Uber ride to Broadway. It would have been helpful if we could have checked in earlier and check out later, we had to store our luggage in a locker for a few hours because our flights were in the evening and we were not able to leave our bags at the property. Other than that, I would recommend this location. It was nice and quiet, away from all the crowds and activity in downtown Nashville!

The property was immaculate and comfortable, located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to GREAT food options, and a short (2 mile) ride to downtown. Sandy is a welcoming and communicative host, and we couldn't recommend this property more highly!

This place was exactly as described. The furniture was very comfortable! There were several small details that I appreciated which really made me feel like our host understands daily needs and cares about them. The location is perfect and the host did a fantastic job at communicating with us. Great place to stay.

This property was so nice! Very clean, spacious and obviously well cared for. Comfortable beds, large shower and well-stocked coffee choices! Really appreciated the private parking and large yard. Location was great for all the things we wanted to access easily. Delicious Greek restaurant just down the road :) Host, Sandy, was quick to respond to any questions! Would definitely stay again!

This place is really nice. One of the best I have stayed in. Only 2 miles to Nashville but far from the maddening crowds of Broadway. It had a really big yard. The rooms were large. Kitchen was fully stocked and all appliances were 1st rate. Wish all rentals were like this!

This property was even better than we hoped! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and all of the amenities it offered from the hammock to the grill and the cornhole. Our host was the most accommodating and friendly of any host we have had. I would recommend staying here hands down and we hope to be back soon!

Sandy's shabby chic french country apartment was cozy, warm, inviting and clean. It was a very welcome surprise to arrive to her home after traveling at night in the rain and wind through curvy 2 lane highway through the mountains. Sandy tipped us off to Snooze, Mas Tacos, and Fanny's guitar which made our trip to Nashville a bit more enjoyable to hit local fare vs downtown fanfare. Great location, perfect for our dogs to run in the backyard and safe neighborhood tovwalk and curb them off property. We loved meeting Ollie and Sandy, They were super hosts!

I highly recommend this rental! Everything was exactly as described and we (a family of 4 plus the family dog) were very comfortable. We had all of the comforts of home and Sandy was quickly responsive to any question that we had. The rental is in walking distance of some great restaurants and a quick drive to downtown. Sandy’s retreat was perfect. The location was convenient for everything we had planned. A very cute area with bars, restaurants, music venues and coffee shops nestled into the neighborhood. Sandy was very responsive when any need arose and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely book again when I come back:)

We had a nice stay at this VRBO. Sandy provided us with an easy to use online guide which detailed check in / check out, local attractions and restaurants, etc. The beds were very comfortable and had quality bedding. The spacious bathroom shower was awesome. The house is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, and breweries. We recommend getting takeout from Mas Tacos (get the street corn!). The Pharmacy has GREAT burgers. We also recommend walking to Five Points for dinner and bar hopping. Getting to downtown was a snap with a short Lyft ride. This rental had fenced in yard which was perfect for our dogs (however, I would not recommend this rental if your dogs are prone to barking). Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful apartment and a great yard. Note that, while the apartment has two beds, they are in the same room. This might be explicit in the description, but I remember being surprised when I realized that as originally my husband and mom were to have shared the space with me. Might have been a bit awkward for all three of us in the same room! I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again and wouldn't even look for a different place if I had to be in East Nashville. Sandy was great and very responsive, but did not intrude in my stay at all.

This was our first trip to Nashville. We Ubered back and forth easily into the city from here. Sandy's wonderful place had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. She has thought of everything, right down to a hair dryer and white noise machine! The vibe of the living space is perfect-- there was thought put into every item. If I ever get back to Nashville, I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Exactly what we needed to celebrate our daughters birthday. Perfect amount of space, beds for all 4 of us, very cozy and comfortable with great kitchen, bathroom and all amenities. Porch area was a bonus. Easy location to Uber/Lyft from into the city and walking distance to nice breakfast locations and grocery stores. Our host Sandy was great and went above and beyond in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything Sandy!

We had a fabulous few days! I immediately felt at home here the first night! We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly, accommodating and happy to offer advice or just say hi - while maintaining our privacy! My dog loved the yard and the walkable neighborhood! The rental is outfitted with everything you could need for a short or long term stay!! Very grateful to have found this gem! Would 10/10 recommend!!!

This rental was PERFECT for our family of 4, plus our pups! The fenced in yard was so convenient-and adorable. This house is in a great neighborhood with easy walking to a number of great restaurants! Theproperty is SO clean and had anything you could want for the kitchen. Our kids loved the big shower. The owner makes check in and out a breeze. She is close, but unobtrusive. She had great recommendations for activities near by. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The condo was absolutely adorable and perfect for our family including our 2 pups who loved the fenced in backyard.
