With the high end interior finish, the comfortable layout and the 3rd story deck with a view of downtown this property will allow you to experience Nashville to the fullest. It has 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with 2 full baths. The master has a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds. The 1st has a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa and a 1/2 bath. It also has room for a Queen self blow up mattress and a full size memory foam Tri-Fold mattress (Located in the closet on the 1st floor.) The 3rd floor has a wet bar and a large roof deck with a lovely view of Downtown Nashville! *1st floor -Beautiful stained concrete floor. -Spacious open living area with 55" HDTV and comfortable memory foam Queen pull out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 (a Queen self-blow up mattress and full tri-fold memory foam mattress also available). -Large modern kitchen with granite counter-top. -Spacious living room to enjoy the TV or relax and get a game going. -1/2 bathroom. -Washer & Dryer. *2nd floor -Beautiful staircase throughout. -All hardwood floor finishing. -Master bedroom with large walk in closet and gorgeous master bathroom -Guest room with full bathroom and closet. -Each room with an HDTV! (Master 55", Guest 39") *3rd floor -Wet bar and Mini-Fridge. -Numerous windows with elevated views. -Approx 350 SQ*FT roof-deck with fire pit and seating area with a beautiful view! Free WiFi. The architecture and decor is unique and strikingly beautiful! Very well equipped kitchen, and the house is very clean. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property that is just a short Uber ride away from downtown Broadway in Nashville. The townhome was clean and well equipt with all of the necessities. Our friend even located a band aid/complete first aid kit when he had a little injury. The beds are comfortable, and the rootop deck is a fabulous spot to enjoy morning coffee as well as happy hour while the sun sets!

This property was lovely. It had everything we expected and more. Clean, well stocked, and perfect for our stay! The rooftop patio with a fire table and wet bar was ideal for our end of the evening nightcap! Would definitely rent this one again!

Location was central for everything we needed. However, it is right on a main road with one of the bedrooms backing directly onto it. Bring ear plugs and you should be fine.

Great trip with friends. The property was clean and many amenities made the stay very comfortable. Let me start with the beds. The master was a king and very comfortable. The second bedroom had 2 queen beds which were also so comfortable. So many pillows too, extra blankets, all of this was great! There were several games and even a gaming system which we did not use but I thought would be great for a family. The kitchen was well equipped. And had nice cookware as we cooked breakfast everyday. The property itself was too far from town to walk but Ubers were super easy and ranged from $7 - $25 depending on place and time. Far cheaper than renting a car. We would definitely stay again.

Great property that is close to it all. The unit was very clean and had a great design. Comfortable accommodations and a communicative owner. The neighborhood is in transition but felt very safe. There is some road noise, but the owner kindly provided ear plugs and it was not bad. Overall a great stay at a great value.

This is a great rental that was convenient to downtown Nashville. We rented for CMA Fest and the hosts made everything super easy. We traveled from the rental by Uber and it could not have been easier. Would definately recommend this place!@

Two couples stayed for a Monday to Friday getaway. We had plenty of room, everything was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We were supplied with coffee and a few other items in the pantry as well as body wash and shampoos which was a nice touch. The property manager provided us with a great list of things to do and places to eat. The neighbourhood is a little sketchy but it's up and coming. We had no issues and we would stay there again. They are extremely responsive to inquiries. A fantastic experience.

Four of us- family- stayed here and enjoyed the property- great decor which says of the owner, “I care about this condo” to me. Not drab and dull as some properties listed. Comfy beds, all amenities as described and easy to get to center of Nashville. I would definitely recommend this property and I’ve stayed in lots and lots of Vrbo places in lots of countries.

This was such a neat place to stay! We planned on walking to Broadway, but the bus was more convenient as it was right across the street! We would definitely stay there again!

This townhome is well stocked, located within minutes of Broadway and easy to get in and out. While the neighborhood is under transformation, we never felt uneasy and found it very quiet. The deck and fit pit are great amenities on a cool evening. Beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need! Thanks for a great time!
