Took a girls cousin trip and this house was so perfect. We had a great time and had easy access to downtown as well as a beautiful house to enjoy when we wanted to relax. Would definitely recommend and will come again!

The house was clean and just right for the 6 adults in our party. We enjoyed our stay!

The overnight road construction was a bit of a bummer but not the fault of the host. The house was clean and comfortable but had either a musty or pet smell that was noticeable.

Jo's home was the perfect spot for biking the island. We had a quick/short ride from the ferry to the property. The location provided the opportunity to bike to Siasconset Beach (Bluff Walk) and Madaket Beach and a walk into town for lunch and exploring the downtown area. The home is comfortable with an outdoor deck and shower. Jo was also immediately available when I contacted her with a few questions. Highly recommend

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Would have liked cable, cooler but overall a great place for a week on Nantucket.

Well appointed and charming cottage. Conveniently located along the surfside beach path and a short trip to downtown. Pretty yard with an outdoor shower. We loved our stay at Casabella and hope to be back soon!

Jo's property is perfect! It is clean updated and still cozy. It has a great private back yard and deck for morning coffee and evening cards with a glass of wine. Its proximity to downtown makes it perfect for a walk and affordable to Uber. We booked anticipating my mom (92) to be able to come and be on the main level with 2 more bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Jo was easy to connect with and her home was perfect for my sons welcome party at Or the whale and wedding at the Whaling museum on Nantucket.

The house was perfect for our family of 6 visiting Nantucket for a wedding.

Our stay was wonderful. Jo was very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to our requests.
The house is exactly as described, perfect for our 3 couples. We walked into town several times, easy to do. Convenient to bike trail and a few restaurants/grocery store.

We absolutely loved this house, it was perfect for a group of 6 of us. It was clean, the beds very comfortable and the back deck was perfect for yoga. A pretty 15 minute stroll to town or a 5 minute stroll to a coffee shop.

Super easy rental and exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. About a mile walk into town or $15ish Uber ride. Great location.

The cottage was perfect for me and my family while we were in the island for my sons wedding. We were close to him, downtown and the venue. Everything was easily accessible. We had all we needed for a perfect, cozy and comfortable long weekend! We would definitely stay here again when come back for another visit!

Casabella was a perfect get away with family . Unfortunately, tropical storm Ian cut our time but we still had a memorable time on the beautiful island of Nantucket. The house is well equipped and so warm and inviting!

We stayed 3 nights in Nantucket. The house had all the amenities that we needed. We did not cook but it appeared to have everything a person would need. Great location.

So many things to praise. Let's begin with the amazing outdoor shower, which is clean and has fabulous water pressure. Every one of our six guests used it and raved. The house itself is well located and is about a one-mile walk to Main Street/downtown. The kitchen is perfectly-sized, though we never cooked in it. Everything was clean and organized well. The living room is very comfortable, and there is plenty of seating for many people.
The back porch is another hit: the road has "island-level" traffic during certain times of the day, but the back porch was an oasis we used all day long. The one parking space was perfect, and the little neighborhood you drive through to get to the house is adorable, and is very secluded. The beds and bedrooms were perfect for our six people, and the bathrooms were nice and clean (though we only used the outdoor shower, so I can't report on water pressure).
The only suggestion we have is to consider getting a larger TV; it is located pretty far from the couch, and isn't very big.
Otherwise, this house is comfortable, functional, and beautiful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We came for a weekend in Nantucket for some of our closest friends and this place was perfect! Close to all parts of town, and a really clean cute little house. I don’t know if I will ever come back to Nantucket, but if I do, I will absolutely stay here again. Everything about it was great!

We had a great time Staying at Casabella. We would definitely stay again! We came with our six month old and had a few family members stop by as well. We loved the private backyard and the proximity to town. The house had everything you would need for a Nantucket weekend. Very clean and exactly as described! Would highly recommend this place!

This was our first time to Nantucket and it was a perfect spot!

The house is an adorable 3 bedroom, 2 bath w/beautiful hydrangeas in front, and a nice patio deck in back. We spent our mornings on the deck drinking coffee. But the feature we all loved the most was the outdoor shower!! Everyone needs to experience that!! We loved it!
House is located on the Mid-Island Loop shuttle route and the pick up was a short walk in either direction.
We had some questions, mainly about checking in, and the owner was very prompt in getting back to us.
I would stay here again!!

This was the perfect house for my 3 month old son’s first vacation! We had the best time at Jo’s charming Nantucket house. It wasn’t too far from town and was centrally located that it didn’t take too long to get to the beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck each night after we got home from dinner. Joanne was very quick to respond to all my questions. We would def stay here again.

We found the house to be lovely of decor, pretty without being fancy, very well appointed - everything you could need for relaxing, cooking lobster, family dinners. Would have loved bicycles and a beach umbrella, but otherwise just about perfect. Road noise from front side of house, but lovely secluded shady feel to backyard, super outdoor shower. Great home for a family vacation.

The property is perfect for a family stay on Nantucket. The house was clean and well kept and had a nice back yard and deck. And the location is great — a short walk to cafes and it’s right on the bike trail. Bike 5 minutes to town or 10 minutes to the beach.

Beautiful cottage with great location. The patio and back yard were perfect for spending time outside. Very spacious.

Stayed for a week and we were very happy with our choice. Very clean, great landscaping and back deck. Beds were very comfortable, lots of hot water and kitchen well stocked and the cooks in the family thought it was a good layout. We rented bikes down the street past the bakery. Were able to ride to about 5 beaches. Surfside beach is about 10 minutes by bike. Didn’t need a car; used bus, bike and Lyft or walked. All in all a nice place to stay.

It was the perfect little house to come back to during a weekend of wedding festivities! Great location, the bikes were a huge plus for getting around! Loved the privacy of the yard! Clean house, all the amenities! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

My mom, sister & I couldn't have been happier that we chose Casabella for our long weekend on Nantucket...we each have already thought about which other friends & family we plan on bringing for our stay!
Charming, immaculate and well-stocked, the house was everything we had hoped for. Comfy beds, lots of linens, a beautiful deck/yard for enjoying the morning...
We were within walking distance to a Wave bus stop (important for us, as we did not rent a car), a liquor store, small café, restaurant with live music (a big plus for us), the Sea Grille, and we even walked to Stop & Shop for some supplies.
Joanne was helpful with information, recommendations and prompt replies...all much appreciated. We look forward to our return!

Our group was so pleased by this property, although right ion the road across from the schools, the house felt secluded and serene. We adored the back yard space and deck. The rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. If you rent a car, everything is about a 5 min drive away, beached, downtown, markets, ect. We were even able to walk to the Chicken Box, the bike path, Stop and Shop and breakfast spots. Joanne was a wonderful and responsive host. We could not be happier!
