About this house rental
My restored home is just over 1800 sq ft and consists of three BR's, a good sized dining room and living room for gathering. Parking available on premises for up to two cars. Additional parking available just across the street. Great local eateries, access to the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are all within walking distance. A walk to Canada is shorter than a drive on most days and they put on a pretty good fireworks display in every night during the summer. A five minute walk will get you to the greatest viewing places you'll find anywhere to watch. This is my only property; I am not a manager nor an absentee. I take great pride in providing you a great experience and my ratings support that. All laundry is done in water at 160 degrees F as per CDC recommendations with Lysol laundry additive in addition to Tide and Oxyclean. Knobs, wall plates, on/off switches, remote, locks, handles, are cleaned with Lysol or an alcohol/water solution. These are hospital standards that my daughters and I set for every guest. All that stuff aside, I am lucky enough to be in one of the greatest places in the world. In addition to being so close to the Falls, I am surrounded by great events during summer. The local outdoor scene is made better with concerts at Artpark and the Harbor in Buffalo . Check their websites for details on who is coming to town. A few hours walking along Center St in Lewiston will pass quickly and is a great way to eat, shop and enjoy a very cool village. When you're done, ride the rapids of the lower Niagara River in a Jetboat (serious fun). Consider a day at Ft. Niagara and Youngstown. Cap off your day with some great local craft beer here in Niagara Falls or in Lewiston. Book a few days and enjoy. If you go home hungry, parched or unentertained, it's your own fault. MY PROPERTY IS REGISTERED & LICENSED WITH THE CITY OF NIAGARA FALLS. The city has recently begun an all-out crackdown on unlicensed and in some cases unsafe dwellings that are advertised on various websites. I encourage you to exercise due diligence in researching your rental as arriving at your location only to find they are not operating due to a lack of licensure would not be in your best interest.

Dan takes pride in his property and cares about the experience of his guests! Very clean, and so close to all the attractions you want to visit. Well appointed and so convenient, would recommend for a weekend get-away or business visit. Plenty of dining very near by and a short few blocks to Little Italy. Morning run along the Falls so very nice!

Great location, beautifully restored home. All our needs met. Lots of fluffy towels & soaps were waiting for us. Loved the shower! Dan our host was wonderful & promptly responded when I had questions. Hope we can return in the future.

Great location, clean house, snacks, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of clean towels, even the little shampoo bottles! The host is readily available if you have any concerns (and we had none).

This was our second time staying at this home. Anytime we come to Niagara falls, this is the only home we stay at. The host is fantastic, the space is lovely and the location is absolutely the best in the area! Highly recommend!

Great location, excellent accommodations
The house location couldn't have been better - less than 10 minute walk to the Park. Beautifully decorated, with many photos, old & new, of Niagara Falls. The 3 bedrooms, all nice sized, had comfortable queen beds. Very spacious and clean place for my family of 2 adults, 2 kids to relax after a day of sightseeing. Dan was responsive to questions both before and during our stay, and treated us to yummy donuts on our last morning. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This apartment was impeccably clean and an easy walk to the Falls. Plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 children) and communication with the owner was prompt and helpful (with great restaurant recommendations!). Would definitely return if we were back in the area!

Perfect Spot
When you first turn onto Buffalo Ave and head to the house we were a bit nervous....but that feeling was squashed as we approached the house, it was quaint as were the other homes that surround this home. We got inside and the kids were so excited at home beautiful this home was, we felt right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was a great size. The living room and dining room sat us all pretty comfortably. I didn't get to spend much time on the front porch, I wish I had. The location is ideal, just a short 10-15 minute walk to the falls, we literally walked there everyday and at night time, too.
This home is well cared for and VERY clean.
If we are ever back in the area I would stay in this house in a heart beat.

A Nice Getaway
Staying in Dan's house was so much better than a hotel. The property was clean and we had so much room to spread out. This was the first time our family has traveled since the start of the pandemic and we were impressed by Dan's cleaning procedures. We cooked multiple meals and the kitchen was well equipped and enjoyable to cook in. The bathroom is well updated and the shower was amazing! The property was close to the falls. We also took a day trip to Lewiston and Fort Niagara both of which were not a far drive from the house. We had the perfect Covid-19 safe getaway thanks to Dan and this property.

Very welcoming
I've never felt so welcome walking into a rental house. There were towels and soap on our beds, phone chargers in each room, and snacks in the kitchen. The house was adorable and in a great location! We walked to the falls and the casino. Dan was great and we had a fantastic weekend!

Awesome house and location
Loved the house and its location to Niagara Falls. Owner was very easy to communicate with and work with and went out of his way to help us when we departed and we encountered freezing rain. Highly recommend this home.

Great House
My family which consists of my husband and two foreign exchange students were coming up to visit Niagara Falls. This house popped up and looked perfect. And it really is perfect! It's a three bedroom house with one bathroom and was perfect for our group of four. The features in the home are absolutely stunning. You can tell the owner took great pride in taking care of this home. The kitchen was perfect to cook and prepare meals. The host was also was kind enough to leave some waters and snacks for us. On our last morning here, he dropped off some donuts from the local bakery. The location of the house is perfect also. It's about a five-minute walk down to the falls. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Very pleasant experience starying at Dan's renovated property. The house retains lots of original character with a good mix of modern eminities. Dan was very gracious and even staryed up into the wee hours to help us check in. Highly recommend! A+++

Absolutely amazing
The house was beautiful and clean, had a great time seeing all the sites and nature, nice neighborhood with no noise from neighbors or anyone, near the falls for short walking times and shorter drive times, way better than a hotel, absolutely loved it!!!
