Start your day with a cup of coffee or end your day with a glass of wine on the large wooden front porch overlooking a beautifully landscaped yard. Swing on the porch swing or relax on chairs with ottomans. Listen to the fountain and watch the birds in their nests or the hummingbirds feeding. Lemon, and a lime trees fragrance the backyard, and a vegetable garden. Scooters and Little Tykes cars for the kids. Experience the California lifestyle- play bocce ball, horse shoes or corn hole. Grill on the gas barbecue, sit on the glider and enjoy the sounds of the fountain, eat your meals on the large outdoor patio table, roast marshmallows with the kids on the fire pit. You will leave Anaheim with many magical vacation memories. Kitchen and Elegant Master Retreat: The spacious kitchen has a large, deep, Farmhouse sink, and butcher block counter tops. Stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, Italian 2 oven convection stove, and double door refrigerator with ice maker. Everything you need for cooking is provided, pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, platters, casserole dishes, plates, glasses, including wine glasses. Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods, blender, toaster, Kitchen Aid mixer. Spices, flour, sugar, oil, tea bags, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. LG Steam front loading washer and dryer in the house. We have many toys including a train table ,play kitchen, family games, dolls, puppet theater, books, dress up clothes.A large dining room table plus booster seats and a highchair. Upstairs is the Elegant Master Retreat with two pedestal sinks, toilet, shower and bathtub. The bed is a Sleep Number fully adjustable California King . Armoire has a 27 inch flat screen HDTV. Additional Bedrooms and Bathroom: The two additional bedrooms are downstairs. One bedroom has a California King size bed and flat screen TV, the other has a Queen size bed and a twin.Memory foam mattress toppers and high thread count sheets with extra pillows. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. We can also provide a toddler bed and a portable crib. The second full bathroom has a pedestal sink and deep soaking claw foot bathtub. Tub also has a shower head and a hand held shower fixture. Each bathroom has fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, hair dryer, toilet paper, and cotton balls. For your convenience we also have a highchair, booster seat, pack and play, safety gates, bathtub toys and a Sit N Stand stroller. Off street gated parking and full use of the 10,000 sq. ft property. There is a ring door bell located by the front door. Activities: Beautiful beaches are located only 30 minutes away. We have beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, and sand toys for your use. Restaurants, Packing House Food Hall, Art Galleries, Museums, Ice Skating, Farmers Market, Parks, Starbucks, and Anaheim Brewery all within walking distance. Angels Baseball Stadium, Anaheim Convention Center, The Honda Center, Childrens Discovery Science Museum, shopping malls, Outlet mall, movie theaters, Vans indoor skate park, childrens zoo, antique stores, California Missions, Knott's Berry Farm, Knott's Water Park, fishing, golf, hiking a short drive away. This house has the perfect backyard and playroom for small children and the most well-stocked and equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a vrbo. The owner lives behind the house and can pop over to help with anything you need. She was extremely helpful.

This historic home was perfect for our family. While we only had adults this trip,
I can see returning with our adult children and grandkids. Loved all the historic details yet all modern needs met. Close to Downtown Anaheim and Disney. Clean, safe and lots of charm. Our host was wonderful too with timely communication.

Candee was a perfect host and the home was a perfect choice for us to stay in. It was 5minutes from Disneyland and had so much for our 7 year old grandson to do. It has many restaurants within walking distance that are good,too. The stay could not have been better!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was convenient to Disney and very comfortable. It was a short Uber/Lyft to the park entrance so we didn’t need a car. In the house, we had everything we needed and more. It was very well provisioned. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces— fire pit, pickle ball, bocce ball, foos ball and old fashioned porch sitting. With our host’s okay, we picked some lemons and made a batch of homemade lemonade. The beds were comfy, the towels plush and plentiful. The whole property was super cute inside and out. The host was very kind and attentive.

Wonderful location, situated just a couple minutes from Disneyland! We used this as our "home base" during our Disneyland vacation, but our only regret is not being able to spend more time in the house! It is beautiful architecturally and beautifully landscaped, not too mention spotlessly clean! The six year old with us absolutely loved the playroom completely with tons of toys and there is plenty of things for adults to enjoy too, like horseshoes, boccie and a firepit in the backyard.
Our host was awesome, and available if we needed anything, which we didn't, because this vacation rental has it all. You won't regret it if you stay here!

This home was a perfect match for our family. For a few days, we cared for our 4-year-old grandson while his parents were attending an out-of-town event, and the home was a perfect place to keep him busy. It is full of toys and the backyard is a perfect place to burn some energy with all the activities available. Later, our grandson's parents (our kids) joined us, and we did the normal Disneyland and Universal Studios visits. This home is so close to Disneyland; it was the perfect location. The owners/hosts were the best I've experienced with rentals. Kandee was very welcoming, showed us around the house, was always available for questions, and had the best suggestions for what to do around town with our grandson. If we come back to the area again, this will be the first place we will look to rent for sure. In fact, we would probably schedule around its availability so we could be sure to stay here!!

My kids were over the moon at Kandee’s place. We were visiting Disneyland in October and she decorated the home for Halloween. My daughter is still saying she wants to stay at the “Halloween House”. Kandee pulled out all of the stops and put up birthday banners for my son who was turning 5. The home is well equipped with all of the amenities you could wish for. The backyard is to die for, great place for having dinners and letting the kids run around. My kids loved the scooters, sidewalk chalk, and cars. They also loved the playroom and all of the toys. The home is historic and lovely but has all of the modern comforts. They offer strollers, toddler beds, and a high chair so you can leave those items at home. Kandee was responsive and an excellent hostess. We will stay here again! The only downsides are the proximity to the freeway (however, the sound wasn’t too bad and didn’t interrupt our sleep) and it puts you extremely close to Disneyland. The other downside for chemically sensitive folks (and I know I’m the minority here, so I bring my own wash cloth, pillow case etc as a rule) they use Febreze or something similar in the home and some items were strongly fragranced. I know I’m in the minority so I only say that to warn the sensitive people like myself. The scents did not bother my husband.

We loved staying at this property. if you have children ages 7-3 yo this the perfect space. The home as a playroom and a huge backyard that will entertain your children. The home is a historical home filled with historical art work/articles. I love how clean and neat everything was. Kandee was an amazing host. She responded quickly to my questions. She went above and beyond to be accomadating. We were checking in late on a Monday evening and Kandee knew I needed groceries. She recommended that I have groceries delivered and she volunteered to put them away so we had a refrigerator full of food when we arrived! Kandee hass a heart of gold!

We are very frequent VRBO users and now I wish I would have rated my other stays lower since this stay was better than all others and a 5 star rating does not set it apart. The owner response was great from the very beginning and personally greeted us upon arrival. VERY clean, the best stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, fantastic location. The description in the listing was very accurate. Lots of things to do and to play with for kids and adults. This house is on a very quiet and very low traffic street. Good TV and good WiFi connection, ample parking including driveway and on street. We go to the L.A. area 2 or 3 times per year and I hope this house will be available again for us. The owners are fantastic.

Our family loved this sweet, comfortable, very well maintained home. Charming home, well stocked kitchen and fabulous outdoor area for all to enjoy. Home was clean and cozy. Proximity to many popular destinations in the area. We will definitely stay here again! The host Kandee, was very attentive and accommodating. Couldn't have been happier. :-)

I cannot even express how thankful I am to have found this VRBO for our family’s trip to Disneyland! My son has many severe allergies and Kandee (owner) wiped down all high touch surfaces even AFTER the cleaner did a thorough clean just to be safe. She was going to leave a s’mores package for us, but remembered my son has anaphylaxis allergies and gave us the option. It is a gorgeous property, inside and out. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you need is there!! We had groceries delivered to the home and didn’t need to worry about any pots, pans; utensils or supplies! She thought of everything. The beds were super comfortable and the AC is amazing!! If you are going to Disneyland it is SOOOO close!! We were easily able to drive back and forth throughout the day and were always relieved to come “home.” And that is exactly what it felt like.. a home away from home. Kandee (owner) is so quick to respond to texts, and even gave us a bottle of wine when we arrived. I was so blown away by her attention to detail and how thoughtful and considerate she was. Our whole family felt sad to leave today, but we are certain that we will stay at this VRBO when we return and we will tell all of our friends and family to do the same! AMAZING experience!

This house is very nice with great decor and amenities. Historical house very clean and comfortable . Great hosts and a very short Uber/Lyft ride to Disney. Loved the yard and we used the BBQ and fire pit.
It’s close to freeway so you do get some freeway noise but it was not something that bothered us too much sleeping. I would stay here again!

My family and I very much enjoyed this property. The right amount of beds and accommodations for the family including two kids under 2 yrs. We all had so much fun with the games and toys provided. Perfect location. Kandee and her husband are so nice and ready to help with our needs.

This is a lovely home with a fascinating history. The location of the property was more than we were expecting as Disneyland is literally just right down the street. The price was definitely worth the experience and stay. The amenities that were provided we more than enough to keep the entire family occupied. My brother and I definitely enjoyed the backyard grill and firepit. If Anaheim is in your schedule, I highly recommend this location.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Kandee’s property. It was located so close to Disneyland and wonderful shops and restaurants. Everyday we would come back to what get like our “home”. The kids had a wonderful time playing with the many toys inside and outside the house. The kitchen was fully stocked which made meals so easy to make and enjoy at the house. Highly recommend to any family with kidos!

I thoroughly enjoyed this house rental as it was a super cute, well laid out home with lots of fun amenities for families and adults. It is convenient to Disney and the Anaheim convention center which is where my tradeshow was and took about 8-10 mins to drive there. It is also close to the Packing House food hall in Anaheim and close to plenty of grocery stores and Costco. I am already planning to come back and stay again for the same tradeshow next year.

We had an amazing stay. Kanee and Art treated us like family. They communicated at a level I have never experienced before and genuinely cared about our stay. They left a few treats for us and really were the best. We will absolutely be staying here again and again.
The house is beautiful. In a city where you're never really quite sure if the quality of the home will match what you see online, this property exceed our expectations. The toy room was a hit with the kids, and the furniture and amenities were great. The backyard was huge with so many fun things available for the family. The fire-pit, bbq and bar, the pickleball court and lots of outside toys for the kids made it so fun to use. This felt more like a real home than someone's rental property. Even the towels were fluffy and soft. How often does that happen? Let me tell you...rarely.
One minor thing to note is that the home is near the freeway and a major intersection. Due to a portable AC unit being in the window of the master bedroom, some of the outside noise does leak in. If you're a light sleeper, you'll want to take note. They did provide a sound machine, which we used that helped tremendously.
All in all, this was the first and only place we stayed where we were truly treated like family. The property is amazing and perfect for a family. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to be able to enjoy more time in the backyard in the evening.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. Location was great, very close to Disneyland and the packing district. The house is full of charm and rich with history. The yard was incredible, so many things to do and games to play. Our host (Kandee) was great as well, very communicative, kind and thoughtful. We couldn't have dreamed of a better vacation!

Our stay was short but very nice and relaxing! Kandee was so helpful showing us all the amenities available for our stay. As it was, we spent 2 days at Disney (2 miles away) and not much time at the property, but for anyone that has kids, wants to take a break from Disney or just use the home as a base - it is well worth it! We found our accommodations both comfortable and appropriate. There are lots of kids things to do at the home, as well as relaxing areas for adults. The neighborhood is safe - and a good restaurant 1/2 a block away. I/We would definitely recommend this home to any party that would like to accommodate various age groups and needs. We will be back! So many great things to say about this charming gem! Our sty was to visit Disneyland and attend the Harry Styles concert. We opted to stay off the DL property this time so that we could have more space and it was a very quick, convenient Uber ride over to the parks which also saved on parking.
The beds are so comfortable (sleep number in the main bedroom!), the host has generously thought of every detail to make your stay lovely and comfortable, and the backyard is to die for - it was perfect for some downtime between all of our activities. Multiple outdoor games, a gas firepit, tranquil water features and great lighting for nighttime - not to mention the s'mores kit our host left for us. Must also mention all the charming and festive decor and the huge front porch with lots of seating and a porch swing where our three daughters also spent a lot of time relaxing and chatting. You can clearly see the Disneyland fireworks from the front porch.

Everything was as listed, my grandchildren loved the playroom and outdoor area. The inside was well appointed and perfect for every need. I have bad knees so the only trouble I had was getting off the couch but nothing to complain about. Love the coffee station and I now have a new favorite coffee! So nice to have a place to relax outside Over a fire and we enjoyed the BBQ one evening. Thank you Kandee, it made our stay simply wonderful!

Kandee was a wonderful and thoughtful host. We arrived earlier than anticipated and she was kind enough to let us check in early on short notice. The home was lovely and had so many amenities from the toy room and outdoor entertainment for the whole family to the small touches like kids bandaids and toiletries. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this home to any family looking to bond and spend time together.

I don’t even know where to begin! This is a true gem of a home in Anaheim built in 1911. Kandee (owner of the home) met us and gave us a tour of the property! Wow! Her house is fabulous and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in every room was noticed. She had it decorated for Halloween and just made us feel at home. My husband and my mom and my daughter all stayed. Every morning my mom and I would enjoy coffee on the front porch. It was so relaxing and a very quiet neighborhood. We spent the days at Disneyland and were exhausted after the long days so it was so nice that the home was just a quick 5 minute drive away. The evenings were perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit and Kandee even left out stuff to make s’mores. My five year old absolutely loved making the s’mores and then we would play the big Jenga game outside. My daughter can’t wait to go back to the house and now calls it her California house. In addition we are now signing up for piano lessons because my daughter loved the piano at her home! Also a huge side note…..there were two king beds! So amazing! One of them even was a sleep number!!. We didn’t use the third room but it had maybe a queen bed in there with a twin. Super spacious rooms! Huge win for us! So many wonderful special memories formed at this beautiful home and we can’t wait to stay here again! Definitely a must!

Beautiful house! Lots of accommodations- fully stocked kitchen. Felt like we were staying at our aunts house! So close to Disney and if you don’t feel like driving the 5 minutes- Ubers to the house we’re never over like 12 dollars! Great backyard, we will definitely be coming back (:

We had a great time staying at this house. The host was the best we have encountered yet. The house was very well equipped and furnished. It is an absolute great house if staying in the Anaheim Area. Easy access to interstate, to Disney, to the Angels stadium. The house feels comfortable and the backyard is so much fun. The house really is as advertised.

Extremely well appointed. Beautiful home. Gorgeous backyard. Two of the beds are a bit hard and could use mattress toppers. Otherwise we loved it.
