sitio comodo para hospedarse en familia

valoro que aunque no me quede en el hospedaje que reserve por la aplicacion, el personal del hospedaje se comunico conmigo para informarme al cambio y a la vez dandome una segunda opcion de hospedaje, la cual tome y me fue muy util comodo y placentera la estadia

no tengo quejas del hospedaje. en general todo fue muy bueno

Ubicación el barrio es bueno hay restaurantes y fácil de llegar en uber

Pésimas instalaciones nosvenden una habitación con una humedad tan evidente que el techo se cayó encima. Una gotera a las 2 de la mañana y a las 7 se cae el techo. Horrible pude salir herida

La peor noche de mi vida

Las áreas estaban bonitas y muy limpia todo ordenado, los colchones bien como también buenas almohadas , perfecto para descansar ya que no hay ruidos alternos que te interrumpan el sueño

Solicite una habitación con 2 camas dobles y las más grandes que tenían , al llegar te entregan otra totalmente diferente a la solicitada y lo peor no te dan solución los propietarios teniendo disponible las que tú as solicitado, y no devuelven el dinero me toco dormir apretados y con un abanico que tenía un ruido bastante molestoso el cuál tampoco lo solucionaron , el lugar no hay muchas opciones para comprar ni tampoco restaurantes , en el lugar atracan mucho

Problemas para pagar con tarjeta. Finalmente nos tuvimos que ir.

La ubicación

En Booking se anunciaba que solo aceptaban pago con tarjeta. Lamentablemente al momento de pagar con tarjeta pedían el pago de 5% adicional por gastos. Y para peor, solo se podía pagar con tarjeta por un enlace enviado por WhatsApp. Luego de probar con 5 tarjetas y llamar en varias oportunidades para autorizar el pago con nuestras tarjetas, no pudimos pagar. Así que pagamos una única noche en efectivo y nos tuvimos que ir. Por otro lado, el alojamiento no tiene timbre, hay que pedir por teléfono que vengan a abrir la puerta. Después de la primera vez, dan un código de acceso, pero la puerta se trabó todas las veces que quisimos abrirla. No me gustaría estar de noche esperando que el sistema se reactive parado en la puerta. Por último, pedimos nuestra factura.... nos prometieron enviarla por WhatsApp, insistemos, pero nunca la recibimos.

ACEPTABLE

El mayor punto a favor es la ubicación, queda cerca de todo. Realmente el precio también fue de las cosas que tiene como punto a favor, es un hotel para personas poco exigentes y que va "solo a dormir" al hotel. La ducha tiene agua caliente

Habían cucarachas en el baño La puerta del baño no cerraba bien, la cerradura estaba dañada. El televisor tenía unos puntos que no permitía ver bien el contenido Podrían estar más pendientes de los huéspedes, limpiando mejor la habitación y tal vez ofreciendo café en las mañanas. Los demás huéspedes hacían mucho ruido después de las 11 pm y no dejaban dormir, y también muy temprano se escuchaba ruido. No cuentan con parqueadero

Laureles Home Hotel

I contacted the property to tell them I might arrive after 3:00 pm if my plane was late. They wrote back to me saying they have my reservation, they will be waiting for me. I took a taxi from the airport for $100 mil pesos to find out that Juan cancelled my reservation. I arrived at 3:30pm. He sent me to another property in a less desirable town and would not pay for my taxi. The other hotel had roaches on three walls of the room including the bathroom and curtains. They told me there was room on the next day at the original hotel. After paying for another taxi and five mil pesos more for a room they said they have a monthly rate but I would have to pay a higher rate for the first seven days. There were roaches on the kitchen counter and in the room. When I was about to get into the shower in the morning the housekeeper told me that the hotel was full and that I could come back tomorrow. The wifi was terribly unreliable. This property is in a nice neighborhood with bad management. Your reservation can be canceled at any time before and during your stay.

one/two nights is ok

good location in Laureles.

we booked only one night and then wanted to stay for the second night, they have said “ok”, but the price was already higher in almost in 10 times more in compare to original price on Booking.com. They said these days there is a concert here and if don’t want we have another guests who wants. For some reason after my staying there they have cancelled this booking in application🤨

There is no reception so if you arrive early in the morning you can't leave your backpack there earlier then 9:30. And you can't check in earlier the 2:30.

the place is full of local tourists who cook massive meals at night (there are only 2 stove burners) so sometimes you are waiting from 6-10pm for dinner. the kitchen “closes” at 8pm but you can still use it if you enjoy being yelled at the next day. a colombian family forgot to clean up their mess and blamed us the only two gringos in the place and the owner tried to ban us from using the kitchen. we used it anyways and left though. also there is a big balcony you cannot smoke on which is strange for colombia so you must go to the street.

The staff was nice although they kept changing the price I was confirmed to have with booking. Every time we discussed it they gave me a different price

Smaller than you think... Only 1 window very small and opens into the hall. bathroom very small but a true issue is bad wife.

the location is very good, it’s quiet and safe

it’s not a physical check in , it’s more like air B&B and I did not know this when booking. I would have liked fresh towels as we stayed for 4 nights and did not receive any fresh towels

Good location close to many restaurants, nice sized rooms and decent hot showers. Beds comfortable enough and place kept really clean

Ok place, but profile misleading

Physically the place was alright

They mislead on their Booking profile, offer rooms for reservation that they don't have available, amenities that they don't allow guests to use unless they pay, and even the check-out time. I booked a more expensive room to be more comfortable based on the description and they said they don't have it and put me in one of the other ones that were cheaper for the same price I reserved. Then they claimed guests can't use the washing machine that they have listed on their amenities unless they pay the same amount laundromats charge (keep in mind this is me to wash my clothes, not them doing it for me like a laundromat). By that logic they can demand that guests pay to use any amenities listed like the fridge or the toilet. Finally, they tried to kick me out out early and I had to show them the reservation to prove what the check out time is supposed to be.

No reception nor staff on site so the check-in is not the smoothest and noise at night and in the morning are horrible. specific rules like those of an Airbnb with no reception should be implemented. I barely slept 5 hours
