Nestled in Wildwood, this charming condo for £199 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Spacious Wildwood Condo located on Ottens Harbor with an open and airy floor plan and three decks overlooking the harbor! Park your boat or personal watercraft in the private slips behind the condo. This unit has three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Condo is located on the second and third floor, with great views of the harbor and Friday Night Fireworks. The main living floor of this unit features high cathedral ceilings in the living room with an open floor plan into the kitchen and dining room. It should be noted that the large couch in the living room has a pullout bed to accommodate additional sleeping needs. The kitchen has all needed amenities including microwave, stove, toaster over, dishwasher, coffee maker, ice-maker, full size refrigerator, and trash compactor. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools in the kitchen. The dining room table has seating for eight people. There is also plenty of natural light from the various windows in the dining and living room. Both the dining room and living room leads to the main living level deck that overlooks the harbor. This deck is equipped with an outdoor table for dining with friends and family. This desk also leads down to the community deck (shared with the 1st floor condo) via a spiral staircase. The community deck is giant and great for entertaining and playing fun outdoor games, such as cornhole. The community deck will also lead you down to the docks and your personal 40-foot long boat slip. The first floor also offers two nicely sized bedrooms with one bathroom. The one bedroom has three bunk beds, with a nicely sized double closet and dresser. The other bedroom on the main living floor has queen bed, with a nightstand and full size dresser, as well as another double closet. Heading up the spiral staircase leads to the master level. At this landing, you will find the washer and dryer, a small desk away from the rest of the house, and access to the top deck overlooking Ottens Harbor. On this deck, you will find a table and seating for four for enjoying cocktails as the sun sets. At this level you will find a master bedroom with a queen bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and large closet. There is also a beautiful master bathroom, which has been recently renovated. A quiet, well-behaved pet will be considered for an additional charge of $25 per day or $175 per week for professional cleaning. NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS! Minimum age requirement is 25. Younger people welcome with parents. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker garbage disposal, range/oven, microwave, toaster, dishware, silverware and glassware service for eight. Spacious, open, dining and living Area with table for eight. Counter has 2 counter stools. Cable TV with with wifi internet. Central air and heat plus ceiling fans throughout this vacation home. Parking for at least 2 cars in driveway and plenty of street parking.

Our family of 11 had a great time at your property. We stayed in the upper unit and although surprised initially that the bottom was owner occupied, they were super friendly and the top unit was quite spacious and exceeded my expectations. Rob was quite responsive and flexible… great customer attention! The house is bayside with plenty of outside space, beautiful views from all the decks to experience the activity of the “Wharf” traffic. Close enough to all boardwalk fun and the property is “pet friendly” which was a tremendous plus as well!!! We brought kayaks, floats used the boat slip and enjoyed our time after the beach off the dock! Bedrooms and inside living area is spacious and completely upgraded, kitchen and appliances are a tad outdated, But wasn’t an issue overall! Once again, thank you Rob for graciously sharing your beautiful home with us. We so enjoy the beautiful views and the peaceful surroundings. We feel right at home from the moment we entered the front door. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you for your warm hospitality. Catherine

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location located right on the water and within walking distance to the Wharf. We would definitely stay there again.

Brought a boat, Kayak and floating rafts. Had a great time off the dock. Perfect location for water sports and direct sight of Friday night fireworks. Kitchen and kitchen appliances outdated but otherwise no complaints . Would rent again

While the deck is nice the interior was dirty, especially the kitchen. Oven was disgusting. Cabinets full of a lot of junk. Ant traps and ants throughout. Most pans should be thrown out. Bathrooms were not clean. Carpet in desperate need of replacement. Plumbing issue in the upstairs bathroom is a safety concern with water spilling out onto floor is not wiped periodically while showering. Better options elsewhere.

We enjoyed this property , we loved that we could crab off the dock , take our kayaks & wave runners out. We could walk to the Wharf restaurant for dinner. The fireworks on Friday night could be seen right from the deck . We would definitely rent again

Robert provided excellent customer service! His house is conveniently located near the boardwalk and beach. We loved the outdoor space and watching the boardwalks Friday night fireworks from the upper deck.

The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space inside and having the dock for our boat out back on the canal was an added convenience. Nice sundecks and enjoyed watching the activity on the water. Close enough to beach and boardwalk and trips to Cape May. We really enjoyed our stay!
