Aproximativ satisfacator, ne am bucurat de farmecul orasului mai mult!

Cina a fost foarte buna

Bauturile scumpe si slabe calitativ, am primit alta camera decat cea rezervata, si conditiile modeste de cazare, am rezervat o camera de 4 persoane, am primit 2 camere foarte mici de 2 locuri. Maxim 2 stele, fara exagerare. Micul dejun modest si acelasi in fiecare zi, mare parte din personal neprofesionist .

Don’t book this hotel even they give you free stay

There is nothing to like the property.I was dodged by watching booking.com pictures but reality is worse.

The hotel access is horrible.you have.to climb the 10 steps to reach the reception and lift.Reception door so low my head was bumped into.Toilet is smelly and exhaust fan wasn’t working.Bed linen were stinky as a result,I had to cancel my stay and moved to other hotels. I did ask for refund but they refused to pay.Any future guests should be careful before booking by the watching of booking.com pictures

If you do not care about the cleanliness and you plan to eat somewhere else, is a good place to stay in the city centre

The staff is really nice, respectful, always ready to help. They helped us with the luggage, tried to solve the issues we had. It is really nice to almost all touristic attractions you need to see in Istanbul (walking distances). It is near the Tram, near the central bus station. A lot of places near where you can eat, drink, everything you need.

The facilities were really bad. The tv was not working, had some issues with the connection (a guy from reception had to come several times to get it fixed, but still had issues). The shower was broken, the sink was clogged, the shower was going all directions but where it was supposed to. We had no hangers for the clothes (when asked about hangers they could give us only one). In the bathroom there was a sticked chewing gum on the floor, the room was dusty, not really clean. The towels and the bed and pillow covers were gray-yellowish with some dirty spots (probably really old, and the spots that did not go off with the wash). The breakfast, was really poor, we got an small omelette to split between us, we got some salami and some meat that did look (it was pink) and taste not good at all. The fruits did not look fresh… chai was good.

Hotelul este intr-o zona foarte buna, aproape de obiectivele turistice. Camera era curata, si trecea zilnic cineva prin camera sa schimbe prosoapele si sa aranjeze lucrurile. Personalul a fost profesionist si s-au straduit sa te faca sa te simti bine. Receptia a fost deschisa non-stop, asa ca ne-am putut caza si foarte tarziu, Cafeaua de dimineata era facuta la espressor manual si deci a fost destul de buna, La majoritatea hotelurilor la care am stat in Istanbul cafeaua era de la automate de cafea , chiar daca unele din hoteluri au fost superioare acestuia, Pentru pretul platit mi-a depasit toate asteptarile .

Camera a fost destul de mica , dar nu m-a deranjat neaparat acest lucru, ( Nu vin in Istanbul sa stau in camera). Micul dejun a fost identic in fiecare zi dar nu m-a deranjat neaparat acest lucru, La venire noastra baia mirosea a canalizare, dar a doua zi a rezolvat femeia de serviciu cu niste pastile de naftalina aruncate pe la scurgere,

Всё отлично, нас разместили в номере с чудесным видом на бухту Золотой рог.

Регулярная ежедневная качественная уборка номера, кофе и чай /вода ежедневно в номере, отзывчивый русскоговорящий персонал. Понравился завтрак, но если приходите к 10 утра на завтрак иногда не хватает кренделя )

Хорошая слышимость соседних номеров

Preis Leistungsverhältnis Grandios!

Sehr gute Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Super freundliche Personal besonders der Salih mit seinem Super netten Humor und Hilfsbereitschaft. Die Lage ist grandios. 24 Stunden offene Geschäfte in der nähe. Von der Straßenbahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sehr gute Restaurants Teuer sowie einheimische Restaurants die etwas günstiger ist. Sultanahmet 10 Minuten und Eminönü 5 Minuten. Von Marmaray auch ca. 5 Minuten. Besser geht es kaum. Die Personal sprechen alle gefüllt alle Sprachen. Für das Geld, was mann für die Tage bezahlt bekommt man viel zu viel. Bin positiv beeindruckt und Überrascht

Zimmer sind etwas eng sowie Bad. Aufzug bis 1 Ebene fehlt.

The location is perfect. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Amazing view from the fire escape staircase. Great breakfast, but gets boring after 2 days as it is always the same - given the hotel is associated with a restaurant chain, they should really consider offering more variety.

The rooms and especially bathrooms are small, crowded and improvised with furniture and equipment placed around with no sense or particular concept. Everything is old and falling apart.

Would pick it up again and again, great value for the price

- Amazing Turkish breakfast with free coffee and tea - great room (the matrices was a bit hard, but they had a soft blanket that I used as topper and that was great) - room cleaning every day - free water every day - close to tourist atractions

Everything was great, except maybe for the restaurants music and live music on the street that was up until midnight. But manageable with windows closed.

Great stay :D

The staff is super nice and helpful and tried their best to answer our requests. Rooms are cleaned everyday. It is very close to the Sirkeci tram station and metro station ( less than 3 minutes) and is walkable distance to Sultanahmet area , Eminonu , Galata , Karakoy..

Rooms are a bit small ( especially the bathroom) but it was expected). Breakfast is the same everyday but it is overall a good breakfast.

Very good stay, but could be better with small improvement.

The hotel's prime location makes it an ideal base for exploring attractions within walking distance. Daily room cleaning and towel changes ensure a comfortable stay. The exceptional staff, particularly Anas, provided outstanding assistance, enhancing the overall experience.

The room for three people felt too small, making it hard to move around and store luggage. The bathroom needs work too—the shower head is fixed at a height that's inconvenient, and the sink faucet splashes water everywhere.

No fire safety planning or information. There was a fire on our second night of stay (had never happened before on property) which I understand was out of their control. However there was no information or fire exit signs to follow. Luckily we were escorted out by a member of staff via the back exit staircase which was blocked by buckets. Management need to reevaluate theirs fire safety procedures. On day 3 we got stuck in the elevator and staff could not locate the key straight away to manually open the door. Another frightening experience for us (children were already traumatised by the fire) which supposedly had not ever happened before. I can’t fault the staff for being very helpful but they need proper training for these kinds of emergencies.

Best hotel in the heart of Fatih, warmly treated n taken care by Anas and Salih, highly recommended.

Ideally located next to tram station, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Top Kapi Palace, Gülhane Park and many other tourist/shopping attraction 5-10 minutes walk. Nice and quick breakfast, very charming and welcoming staff, you feel like homy . Love to stay again, highly recommended for tourist trips.

Staff extremely friendly helpful and professional. Location is excellent walking distance to historical site, tram metro and ferries are also walking distances.

Our room was little bit small but again we managed and we’re happy with our stay

A delightful stay in Ethnica old city, Istanbul

The location of the Ethnica hotel old city is excellent-close to a metro station and tram stops. Breakfast was typical Turkish, the same every morning, but we didn’t mind. The restaurant offers very delicious food.The boys who work in the hotel and the restaurant are trying hard to make their customers happy. The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly every day. The hotel offers authentic experience.

My only complaint is the noise during the night since the hotel is on a busy street. But also that’s the vibe of the old city.

An ideal place for those who want to see the city. Many historical objects are nearby. Everything is within walking distance. Great staff. Great food. If I come back to Istanbul I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the most famous places in the city. Staff is corteous, friendly, proactive and super attentive. They were always willing to help and make our staying enjoyable. Our room was comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed. Extra point for the restaurant where we had delicious breakfast and dinner.
