Great hotel and great location to explore Istanbul

Good location, nice & clean, friendly, helpful staff & great breakfast.

Had a wedding on one evening which happened to be when we wanted to rest…which was impossible. Guess we were just unlucky. The Turkish Bath was somewhat disappointing as it was small & we essentially paid €10 each for a sauna…as the Turkish Bath area to lie on the warm stone already had someone there…so unless we wanted to on top of her we couldn’t also lie out there.

Great location

The location was ideal, close to a lot of the tourist attractions.

The swimming pool and the staff. The manager was very kind and even gave us an early check in.

Reasonably good place to stay as a tourist

Located in a very convenient place close to most tourist attractions

Amazing extended family vacation! Great location, very helpful staff!

Amazing location - just a few steps from the tram stop, and walking distance to many attractions. Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially the restaurant / breakfast folks. We had our daughters' birthday during our stay and they brought cake / celebrations to make it special. Thanks Mehmet and team! The restaurant can manage allergy requirements very well. The breakfast is top notch. And also the dinner at the restaurant is fantastic

I think the housekeeping can be improved (cleaning of rooms, etc.)

Very enjoyable stay and a very good hotel in a superb location.

Location Layout - personal feel rather than a corporate style hotel Comfortable and quiet but great location close to tram and walking distance of many sights.

Breakfast was a little disappointing - am not a fan of buffet style presentation and it all looked a bit tired. Staff a little bit too focussed on their mobile telephones!

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, excellent location.

The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the Blue Mosque and Ayasofya, bazaars, boat tours and public transport. My suite was beautiful and spacious and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a huge variety and friendly staff. I loved all the cheeses and olives. Reception is efficient and very helpful. The Olive Restaurant serves the most delicious Anatolian cuisine. This was my second visit to the Yasmak Sultan and I will definitely return.

The bathroom, although spacious, lacked a few simple necessities: Better lighting above the bathroom mirror, a towel rail next to the wash basin, a hook for a toiletry bag and a hook in the shower for a wash cloth. The shower was very small for a luxury suite and the soap dish was crooked and my shampoo bottle kept falling off. But this did not take away from a very good experience.

One of the best hotels I sultan Ahmet area

The breakfast was very good. The location is also great.

We have stayed in the first floor, sobthere was some sawage oder coming from the bathroom that was a bit annoying. I amnsure the hotel management are aware about this point and I wonder if it can be solved.

Very good

Hotel is well located. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I booked Hamam with foam bath and massage and it was excellent. The view from the restaurant is to die for.

Though room was clean it still smelled like smoke. I am only assuming that it used to be smoking room some time in the past. The mattress was way to soft for me, but I recognize that is personal preference.

Disappointing

Staffa are friendly and helpful. The room was small and the bed was not comfortable. The area is busy and it makes sleeping a bit difficult, however it is close to historical attractions. The spa facilities have extra cost of 10 euro per person.
