Everything , fabulous breakfast really Imperial!!
Water seeping from shower room to the whole bathroom due to blockage and proper drainage

Stunning hotel with fantastic staff and great included breakfast.

The room was elegantly decorated and spacious; I felt like I was staying in a palace. Housekeeping knocked on my door to give me complimentary chocolates (and there were already many complimentary treats in the room). The bed was so comfortable I woke up thinking I was at home. All the staff were so helpful and kind, and the location is perfect for a trip to the old town. Excellent value for money - a hotel of this standard in the UK would cost 5x more.
The breakfast didn’t have many options; it was very small

Great location, overall exceptionally clean and tidy, extra comfortable bed. (4 pillows for one, yes please!! )
Fantastic staff at the reception, Arturas and the other girl I’ve forgotten the name..
I was greeted with delicious treats, care, and an extra mile was done to give me a call at 5am so I won’t miss my flight. Thoughtful Breakfast box was offered and prepared with care. Absolutely fantastic hotel.
I can’t thank you enough!!!

Everything, the staff, location and the quality. You have access to everything within walking distance and close to the Vilnius bus station if you need to take a bus.
The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we have a nice time there and also the breakfast was amazing as well more importantly kudos to the staff of the restaurant during breakfast.
They were very polite. I will be back again
It would be unfair if I say there were things that I did not like.

Staff at the front desk and in breakfast room was professional and polite. Bathroom was spacious and nice. Bed was very good.
We had juniorsuite on 3rd floor and the only view was a dirty brick wall. Breakfast was quite limited and same items every morning.

This is an older style 5 star hotel that is perfect for a short stay. The rooms are really lovely and have everything you need. Every detail is looked after.
The staff were super helpful - they allowed me to check in extremely early for a fee and as I was leaving early in the morning they organised a breakfast box which was very generous with contents. The location is great with many bars and restaurants around and attractions close by
The gym could use a few more weight based options

Staying in the Imperial Hotel was quite a very good experience. We enjoyed the location, in the very heart of the old town. We have to mention the beautiful view from our window. We got a king bed size bed, so confortable! The breakfast is served in a very beautiful room so-called "amber room" and we got well made eggs "benedict". A must! The hotel employees are very polite. We could'nt say anything negative about The Imperial.
Unfortunately, we did not have the opportunity to eat at the Imperial Restaurant. The first day, it was fully booked. The second day, we were out by the time of the branch. So, let's try it the next time, hopefully!

Ground floor reception, exceptional service. Reception staff super friendly and we was greeted and acknowledged as soon as we entered the building every time. Staff implement standing to greet which is very impressive!(something we dont see in Lithuania often)

I love this hotel. Client oriented service. Breakfast is fantastic! A room was cleaned and well prepared. Clean towels and bad stuff. The restaurant's meal is so delicious.
