Good place to stay in a quiet city heart. Real slow mo

Best location in Vilnius. Over welcome front desk.

Sauna should be repaired. Breakfast is not a 5 star hotel breakfast.

Pleasant

Breakfast and the staff (at the reception and restaurant) was the best part of the stay. Very polite and on top of their duties.

Room requires some refreshment and I informed the staff when checking out.

It has small spa. Loved the location. Vilnius was nice! Breakfast is tasty (extra menu for eggs, waffles, pancakes etc). Last day on a breakfast we met nice lady, who made jokes, was warm, quick and helpful - she should be the service manager :)

Expectations were much higher for that price. We booked twin rooms, got double (they moved the beds when we asked). 2/3 morning we had to eat breakfast in the bar, because there was no room in the restaurant (it is way too small for serving breakfast). In the bar there was no service, no breakfast menus (we only knew to ask for a menu because we knew there should be eggs etc), had to ask everything ourselves. Asked cappuccinos, got lattes. One morning all eggs were overcooked. Most of the breakfast staff acted like it's their first day there. Small things matter and next time booking something else because I love to get my coffee fast in the morning (not waiting 15min) and drink it warm with my warm breakfast. Maybe some coffee machine would be great idea if you can't handle all the guests?

The staff members do not communicate enough with each other. Some of the requests should have been repeated a couple of times to different people.

This hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars and also doesn't deserve to be called Kempinski; what a disgrace.

Breakfast ok, should be much better for 5star hotel Room and facilities are nice Nice SPA Lounge area is cozy and welcoming Location in Vilnius

We arrived on a rainy evening with a lot of traffic, there was no space to park the car in front of hotel so we literally parked on the pavement by the entrance door. The entrance to the hotel was not cleaned - very icy and full of snow, so we struggled to even get from the car into the hotel without falling on the ground. There was absolutely no staff waiting for guests to arrive. In the end we had to go into the reception and ask for someone to come out to help us with the bags; the staff seemed annoyed and asked "how many bags do you have". A guy then came out with us and took our bags and dropped them on the FLOOR by the reception. The check-in was very unprofessional as well, no one is trained, absolutely no service. Another disappointment was the bar - they didn't have sugar syrup for cocktails (takes one 1min to make it) so we literally got super sour Daiquiri which we didn't drink. Staff in the bar have very little experience and knowledge about drinks. Breakfast was nice, but service horrible again. No welcome, no explanation how to order food on the menu etc. The 5th floor corridor had very weird and strong smell, guessing the carpet need deep cleaning. Overall hotel is a bit aged. The hotel charges 40eur/night for a dog (?!), we had bed and bowls prepared in room, but no snacks for dog as we are used to. No one ever brought water for the dog when in bar or dining. SPA & pool only open at 10am which is the oddest thing; we looked forward to a pre-breakfast swim. To conclude, we think the hotel doesn't have enough staff and the staff are completely untrained for 5star hotel service, they have no idea what they are doing or what they are supposed to do. 5stars in Europe - you will have staff waiting for you to arrive by the door and your luggages taken directly to the room. We paid 400eur for one night including parking and dog and it was a complete disappointment and waste of money.
